I put a residential house up for sale in September. An offer was made but the realtor prepared a disclosure that did not accurately reflect the sale offer. The purchaser refused to allow a correction. John worked through the problem with the real estate company and kept me fully informed of each position and issue. After a few weeks, and some intense negotiations, the real estate company made an acceptable offer to resolve the issue.
John was completely professional at every step, and very firm in demanding a fair resolution. He was clearly on top of the legal issues involved and I felt I was extremely well represented.
I would choose John again for any litigation or negotiation should I need legal advice or formal representation.

John handled a difficult case for me, came up with innovative solutions, and really knows how to "think outside the box". I went through a nasty divorce. My X was the best divorce attorney in the state. She dragged a property division only case through the court system for 8 years. It cost me $250,000 to litigate. My X overwhelmed my other attorney and paper worked us to death. She came after me again after the divorce and I decided to hire Todd. I met with Todd and we made a plan together to fight my X. We filed our own separate action in and court venue while fighting her in another where I had litigated my divorce. His strategy was brilliant and to the point! His briefs were short but concise! I needed a bulldog and got one. He wasn't afraid to state the obvious things that my other attorney would not say and he made them and got to the point. Before I was represented by Kyle Smith, I felt vulnerable to the L and I system. Any mistakes they made or delays in response on their part was costing me time and causing me stress. After three months of trying to deal with this on my own I decided I needed representation. Kyle took my case and helped to guide me and L and I all the way through to the other side of this case. Kyme is simply the peoples lawyer. I shopped around looking for help and no one seemed to be able or wanting to help me with my issue in getting my job back at a casino. I started by watching the webinar online and we met with Mike the next week. He was a very friendly guy and not what I was fearing in an attorney, but I had watched the webinar so I had some idea. He helped us put together our Living Trust and I just cannot say enough about the peace of mind that comes with knowing it was done right. As I have no knowledge of trusts or how to go about the final affairs of my dad passing, my dad always told me to "just call the card in the front of the book and he will tell you what to do!" I will say I have had a lot of questions for Michael Gunning and he is very friendly, informative, and helpful with any question I have either called or emailed! I have been surprised at how swift he answers my emails and his amount of patience he has with explaining in detail how to handle each question or situation I have encountered! After having a job site injury and getting almost healed and ready to return to the work field, I was given a prescription medication that I had an adverse relation to, this caused many complications and additional time off work as well as hospitalization. Brian worked tirelessly to see that I would be treated fairly and not be left partially healed or disabled. Without his help there would have been a lot of trouble getting the Labor and Industries case workers to understand and approve the required medical testing and procedures.

I appreciate Dusty Deisner if it were not him and his staff I not be here and many others. I was on the job on the company time clock in a company vehicle going to work site stopped for seven school kids at lunch and pedestrian cross school zone when lady travelinmf over 50 in a 20 hit me and car directly from the back. 100 percent disabled Wa state labor and industries as well as Negligent insurance companies denied me medical treatment since 052902 to save so many lives 8-9 total no less and be denied medical treatment 13 years to become 100 percent physically disabled Wa State further disabled a disabled by the injury and negligence of no recovery to find out nothing nobody may do its too late damage done and my disability worsens falls seizures and eleven doctors later many medical staffs later well I love them and I'm grateful here's why got to fall in love and be loved no money can determine life from my heart thank you Dustin Deisner its not about money in a case its about our lives all lives matter and to make things right when they are not. I was hurt saving 8 children's lives and several major accidents no fault of mine in a city bus all I remember is waking up in a morgue in the hospital to a lady screaming he's alive get the doctor now. Sarah helped me with my contract dispute and settled the case for a 7 figure amount back to me. The case just ended 2 days ago. I am writing to tell everyone how wonderful my experience has been with her. I can not thank Sarah enough for what she did for me during the litigation. The case lasted about 10 months. I was married to a narcissist and if you know, you know..... FIRST OF ALL, Kelsey is VERY experienced in this type of person and court case. So, if you are worried about what will go down on your case in court, Kelsey will far exceed your expectations of what a great attorney can do for you. If you're up against a wolf in sheeps clothing and you know they'll definitely play dirty in court, Kelsey will turn out to be your dream come true in the midst of a living nightmare and will do the final mic drop for you.
Kelsey took charge and kept my exs expensive attorney from burning our son and I out of receiving justice. She spotted the lies & manipulation and pointed them out immediately to the judge in a way he finally understood.
Kelsey knows the law like the back of her hand and I was so tickled watching and listening to her put my ex and his attorney in their place FINALLY. One time she even respectfully corrected the judge because she KNOWS the law and is fearless, like any attorney fighting for your childs life SHOULD be!
I honestly feel that my judge sided with the dad somewhat in this case and because I didnt have evidence of physical abuse in court prior to the evidence of verbal, financial and other types of proof of abuse was disregarded and the judge treated our case like I had simply changed my mind about my husband one day and chose to leave instead of what ACTUALLY happened. So I felt like the judge was looking for a way to grant my ex equal parenting time but Kelsey didnt put up with any of it. I was honestly tickled by the way she addressed my ex and his attorneys accusations against me. She told the judge that he was just hurling accusations at the proverbial wall hoping they'd stick lol
I got such a kick out of watching her at work and the other attorney was and is considered top 5 in Spokane. So, I was blessed to have Kelsey advocate for me.
At one point, I told her that she was good at her job and she humbly grinned and said that law runs in her family and that her dad was an attorney and she LOVES being one and THAT is key when you are searching for an attorney. In addition to John Zeimantz our company uses several other attorneys in various firms. The reason we use other law firm has to do with areas of expertise however Mr. Zeimantz works well as a jack of all trades. Of all the law firms we use his billing rates are the fairest and we find the least padding of any other lawyer our company uses from coast-to-coast. Mr. Lineberger was excellent in this case. He was extremely helpful in correcting the wrongs that occured in another jurisdiction. His primary purpose what doing what was right for my child. He stood his ground and did not faulter on the issues at hand. He was very knowledgeable in the proper channels to take to have my childs voice heard. If your looking for an attorney that will fight for your rights and help you with even the smallest of details concerning your case Tom May is the attorney for you. The insurance company adjuster tried to take advantage of me on every detail and Tom fought for me every step of the way. Without his help I would have recieved very little from the insurance company. He helped not only with getting the money I deserved for my personal injury but he also insured that my car was fixed correctly because the insurance company kept trying to cut corners and tried to not pay for all the repairs that were required. Tom made sure that everything was repaired to my specifications not the insurance companies. He had to fight them just to get my car cleaned and the cost was under $100 but they didn't want to pay it. Thanks Tom for your help. I highly recommend Tom May.
