I was t-boned by a distracted driver and wrestled w/the other driver's insurance company for several months before talking to Timothy. He was so helpful, knowledgable, and confident. Since hiring him, so many details have been easier. Best of all, he has been the advocate I needed when I didn't know what to do and people were giving me the runaround with insurance or paperwork or answering questions. After being in a horrific head-on auto accident a family member put me in contact with Mr. Nodland. If I ever did anything right in my life it was contacting him. From the time I was placed into a room at the trauma center I was life flighted to the harrassing phone calls started fron insurance companies. After contacting Mr. Nodland, those stopped so my family and I could consentrate on the upcoming surgeries to put me back together. The nurses had nicknamed me "Humpty Dumpty". As the journey of recovery progressed Mr. Nodland handled all the legal matters with professional expertise. Always fully informing me of the status and options available. My personal injury suit became very complicated but Mr.Nodland never waivered and tenaciosly fought on my behalf. He always treated me and and my family as if we were his own family. After over five years a settlement was reached. It was more than fair and more than ever expected. Even after the settlement was reached and no increase to his fee portion, he continued to negotiated to increase my portion. Above and Beyond he fought on my behalf. I just can't say enough about Mr. Nodland. He knows the law and knows how litigate. No matter how complicated things can get he will not quit or fail to give the very best advice. Couldn't of had the result I had if it wasn't for Adam. Got the settlement we were looking for after jumping through a couple interesting situations. Adam was not phased by this. He was very responsive, kept me in the loop and let me know of the timeline of things as they happened.
I felt comfortable the whole time during the process, as it does take awhile with our situation we had.

Adam took an interest first and foremost in my physical health. He made sure I got an examination as soon as possible after my accident to ensure swift and accurate care. He was wonderful about staying in contact throughout the entire process and keeping me informed of all important events pertinent to my case. He made sure I was always aware of what I needed to do on my end as far as paperwork and doctors visits were concerned. When my treatment was completed, it took less than 4 weeks to reach a settlement, and a good one at that! Did I mention he did all of this while 300 miles away? Frank Hoover is a reliable and trustworthy attorney. He acted as a mediator for a car accident I was involved in. This mediation was extremely important to me because my injuries will be with me indefinitely and I wanted to be compensated accordingly.
I feel Frank Hoover is an excellent lawyer. He exemplified a non-biased opinion and reported to each side promptly and without persuasion. I initially worried I would not be happy with the outcome of the deposition and wanted to go to trial but was surprisingly satisfied with the job Frank Hoover did presenting my case to the opposition. He never showed he was impartial to one side rather neutral and fair-minded. I appreciated his dimeanor throughout the deposition because it represented his characteristics- strong qualities as an attorney.

Had a couple of "episodes" forced into my life including police harassment and a 4TH amendment violation by a police officer followed by another harassment incident with a different officer combined with some serious charges and so on...Brian Whitaker did a great job of having everything rightfully dropped. Sarah helped me with my contract dispute and settled the case for a 7 figure amount back to me. The case just ended 2 days ago. I am writing to tell everyone how wonderful my experience has been with her. I can not thank Sarah enough for what she did for me during the litigation. The case lasted about 10 months. She was pleasant, honest, humble, sharp, smart, organized and responsive during the whole process. Her hourly rates were low comparing her service level. She watched her emails days and nights, weekdays or weekends. One time I needed to get hold of her on a late Friday afternoon. I sent her an email. 20 minutes later she called me back. I put a residential house up for sale in September. An offer was made but the realtor prepared a disclosure that did not accurately reflect the sale offer. The purchaser refused to allow a correction. John worked through the problem with the real estate company and kept me fully informed of each position and issue. After a few weeks, and some intense negotiations, the real estate company made an acceptable offer to resolve the issue.
John was completely professional at every step, and very firm in demanding a fair resolution. He was clearly on top of the legal issues involved and I felt I was extremely well represented.
I would choose John again for any litigation or negotiation should I need legal advice or formal representation.

John handled a difficult case for me, came up with innovative solutions, and really knows how to "think outside the box". I went through a nasty divorce. My X was the best divorce attorney in the state. She dragged a property division only case through the court system for 8 years. It cost me $250,000 to litigate. My X overwhelmed my other attorney and paper worked us to death. She came after me again after the divorce and I decided to hire Todd. I met with Todd and we made a plan together to fight my X. We filed our own separate action in and court venue while fighting her in another where I had litigated my divorce. His strategy was brilliant and to the point! His briefs were short but concise! I needed a bulldog and got one. He wasn't afraid to state the obvious things that my other attorney would not say and he made them and got to the point. Before I was represented by Kyle Smith, I felt vulnerable to the L and I system. Any mistakes they made or delays in response on their part was costing me time and causing me stress. After three months of trying to deal with this on my own I decided I needed representation. Kyle took my case and helped to guide me and L and I all the way through to the other side of this case. I honestly feel that my judge sided with the dad somewhat in this case and because I didnt have evidence of physical abuse in court prior to the evidence of verbal, financial and other types of proof of abuse was disregarded and the judge treated our case like I had simply changed my mind about my husband one day and chose to leave instead of what ACTUALLY happened. So I felt like the judge was looking for a way to grant my ex equal parenting time but Kelsey didnt put up with any of it. I was honestly tickled by the way she addressed my ex and his attorneys accusations against me. She told the judge that he was just hurling accusations at the proverbial wall hoping they'd stick lol
I got such a kick out of watching her at work and the other attorney was and is considered top 5 in Spokane. So, I was blessed to have Kelsey advocate for me.
At one point, I told her that she was good at her job and she humbly grinned and said that law runs in her family and that her dad was an attorney and she LOVES being one and THAT is key when you are searching for an attorney. Attorneys like Kelsey one in a million and she is always thinking about your case just as much as you, if not more. You will LOVE having Kelsey on your side. I really do believe she has a gift. She knows the law by heart (shes like a walking law library calculator lol).

Jake Smith defended me on a very difficult DUI case, and I was looking at significant jail time. Jake strategically advised me at every step of the process, and we took our time evaluating our options. The offer presented by the prosecutor was not an offer at all. The prosecutor’s “offer” was more so an insulting challenge to take the case to trial, and was completely unreflective of not only the proactive steps that I had taken, but also of Jake’s assessment of the evidence in the case. We took the case to trial. During the trial, Jake COOKED the State’s witnesses.
