What was the problem that you had before you called our law firm?
I had many issues with my Vehicle but most of all trying to get a call back from an attorney was the hardest thing. So many out of area attorneys not very helpful was the WORST!!!!!

I picked SAN DIEGO LEMON LAW, PC because not only did they answer my call the first time but they were extremely knowledgeable, professional but most of all caring and compassionate to my situation.

I bought a factory-certified 2017 Kia Sorento in fall 2018 from a local dealer.
In June 2023 at 55,000 miles, I first noticed a burnt oil smell when driving my car. The Kia developed an oil consumption problem and started burning 1-quart of oil internally each week, without any external visible trace.
I took my car to the Carlsbad Kia dealer, who performed all the service on it, and explained this latest problem. I brought it there several times through the end of 2023, hoping for resolution.
While still under factory warrant, the dealer said there was little they could do for me. They advised me to drive the car until the engine died and gave me the phone number to report my problem to Kia America HQ.
Likewise, Kia America pushed back and said I need to resolve it through the dealer. Feeling frustrated, I filed a complaint with the federal highway agency, NHTSA.
In January 2024, a family member had problems with a new hybrid Jeep Wrangler he bought and enlisted help from San Diego Lemon Law attorney Doug Sohn. That family member encouraged me to contact Doug’s office to see if they could also help my case.
In late January, I followed-up and filed an inquiry on the law firm’s website. One week later, they contacted me to set up an initial background call with attorney Doug Sohn.
I explained the whole problem to Doug who said he’d research this problem with other Kia owners and report back to me if he felt we had a valid case.
In February, Doug contacted me after his research, he felt I had a valid claim and agreed to take my case. We held a brief follow-up call to review how their firm proceeds on these cases, how valuation of my vehicle and their compensation works, and sent me forms to sign.
His staff asked me to submit several documents about my purchase of the car, title, service receipts, etc. Two weeks later, Doug provided me with initial draft of his letter to Kia America, outlining my case as supported by his research of this oil problem with Kia and Hyundai vehicles. His letter requested that they buy back my car, based on my damaged engine and unreliability of the frequent need for oil.
In April, my relative settled his claim with Jeep through Doug’s help and received full reimbursement for his problematic new vehicle.
In May, we received Kia’s acceptance of Doug’s proposal to buy back my Kia Sorento. I was overjoyed, with a great sense of relief on that news. The law firm warned me that Kia is not the fastest to resolve these cases and said it would take about 120 days to be completed.
As I drove the car for another four months, I kept replenishing oil into the engine every 1 to 2 weeks based on my driving. The car was becoming more unreliable, and it actually blew a cylinder during my last month of ownership.
By October, Kia finally arranged a date for me turn-in my car at the local Kia dealer, working with a 3rd party firm who handles these arrangements for Kia America. In early November, the law firm received payment from Kia, and Doug sent my check for agreed settlement amount.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with the law firm’s detailed follow-through and steady communication. The staff kept me informed regularly on the progress of my claim.
If you have a ‘lemon’ problem with your vehicle, I highly recommend contacting San Diego Lemon Law Attorney. Doug Sohn has decades of experience dealing with auto makers on their defective vehicles, and he’ll fight on your behalf to make it right for you! You’ll lay out No Funds for their service, as they are reimbursed by the auto manufacturers.

Our attorney retired and referred us to Ms. MacLellan's firm to handle our estate should something happen to my wife and/or me. We are both am very pleased with her work. She is easy to talk to, and she explains complicated issues in an easy to understand manner. I'm extremely confident that we are in good hands moving forward. Last time we met, we asked her for some advice for our son who is starting the difficult walk through a divorce. She had some very good points for him to consider, and she was even willing to meet with him to give him advice for finding a good attorney where he lives.
My wife and I feel fortunate that we have her helping us set things up so our three sons know exactly how we want things to unfold should something happen to either one of us. When I explained my situation to Mr Seyfi he asked me what I did? I told him I was a recording artist. He asked if I had any music available? After he heard a few tracks on Apple Music he told me to get out there and continue to make good music. And not to worry about this case because he was going to make it go away! And he did exactly as he said! After that initial meeting in his board room I never heard from the courts, police or anyone ever again. There are no words? This guy has strong medicine.

Mike Ayaz of Blake and Ayaz is the lawyer you want in your corner. He represented me in a case brought on by ABC. It was already in a default judgment against me because ABC never properly notified me that there was a case against my establishment. Mike was able to get the default judgment thrown out and allowed me to start anew. The outcome was more than expected. I like that he did not sugarcoat anything. He was honest about my chances and the possible outcome from the beginning. Oh, and he took my call from day one. The other law firm took my name and said they would call back the following week. Mike always returns your phone calls and makes you feel like you're never alone and that you have the best lawyer representing you. He is a bull dog and that's what you need when dealing with ABC. this attorney was completely usless in defending me as a 4th dui case in 10yrs. The CHP police report stated I was doing 96 mph on the freeway which is a false statement. I religiously use my cruise control and was using it on the night I was arrested for a dui. I was held down by force by two officers to take my blood. Mr Stotter stated to me that he would keep me out of prison which was a not true. I was sentenced to 2 years in state prison, back in 2010. My Stotter was useless in my case!! Mr Stotter did not, proceed in my case with a complete investigation of the details of my charges. Best you find a good attorney who can represent you further!!

I was glad my financial advisor referred me to Ron.
My Revocable Trust was due for a review and I also needed to make a few changes. Ron was very detailed and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. I was very satisfied and will be going to Ron with any future Trust issues or changes that need his expertise.

Divorce was a very emotionally painful experience and I was often unable to make calm decisions on my own.
She guided me through these situations with strength, calmness, and integrity at all times.
Without her support, I would not have been able to overcome this difficult challenge.
Because of her prompt responses and the steady stream of frank and calm advice you provided, I felt I could trust and accept whatever end result I got with her support.
Before I hired her, it was difficult to trust my former attorney because he was slow to respond and seemed to be little more than a clerical messenger.
Although I was not satisfied with the service I received from the former attorney, I was afraid of changing attorneys in the middle of the divorce process.
But after meeting with her and interviewing, I immediately felt in my gut that this was the right person for the job and I am so glad I made the choice to change attorneys at that time.
I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs solid help with family law.

Kevin is an excellent family law attorney. Actually I met Mrs Donovan in my hardest time ever when my ex husband kid napped my two little children and lost all my rights, it seemed impossible to get them back specially my ex husband took an advantage of me not knowing any of my rights but Mrs Donovan was supportive and fully equipped to help me and with her help I was able to get my kids back.

I retained Ms. Main about 6 months into my existing case after firing my first attorney. I was terrified and scared and discouraged because of my previous experience with the court system. My previous attorney dropped the ball and Ms. Main came into the picture and had to clean up his mess. From day one, she remembered every detail of my case and I was 100% confident in her court room appearance as well as all of the paper work that her office filed. She always put my son’s best interest ahead of anything else. She is truly ethical and was so professional in the court room even when the judge and opposong council left me with a sour taste in my mouth. She never stooped to their level and always stayed professional and fought for what was right! She is extremely knowledgeable and is “the smartest person in the room” (inside joke). Opposing council was a loud mouth and should actually be a criminal defense attorney, not a family law attorney. It’s actually disgusting how horrible other attorneys can be. HOWEVER, Rebekah is someone you want on your team. Child custody is heart breaking and gut wrenching. It’s expensive (however she is fairly priced and doesn’t charge above and beyond like most). After over two years from my initial hearing, my case finally was resolved and I am so grateful that I can now put the nightmare behind me. Let me add, it was opposing who consistently dragged out our case, not Rebekah. She wanted resolution as much as I did. She is extremely valuable and as far as I’m concerned one of the best attorneys I have ever known. Her staff is also awesome! I felt like they knew me on a personal level, I never felt like a business transaction. I am telling you now, if you are searching for a child custody attorney, do not waste your time looking elsewhere, hire Ms. Main. You won’t regret it. If I could give her 100 stars I would. Definitely would not recommend using Judge Amy Pellman for mediation services. She was incredibly biased from the start and made an unprofessional comment within 10 minutes of the session starting. Should’ve ended it there instead of wasting an entire day making zero progress on any kind of settlement. She was only interested in assisting one side on their goals, and did not advocate for me on any points. She might’ve been a great judge but clearly needs some more experience in mediation, where the purpose is to try and reach an agreement between both parties- not decide who she thinks is right and pursue their interests only. We hired another mediator after this failed session and had immediate success with them.

During our initial phone call, Aimee and I discussed the particulars of my marriage and as uncomfortable as it was for me to approach the conversation, Aimee's calm and comforting demeanor quickly settled my unsure nerves. Upon our first face to face meeting (during the Covid -19 pandemic), Aimee politely answered each of my many questions, took ample time discussing the divorce process and welcomed my feedback. Never was I rushed into signing an agreement or pressured to hurry the process.
