The world’s best attorney I appreciate every time and effort she has done with my case I’ve been working with her for the past three years. She is the best attorney I could even ever ask for what these bad reviews is not true. She works with time patients and everything even our fees, she’s the best attorney, anyone can ask for the state of California I would choose her over anyone with my case she has done a tremendous job. Wow! I’m not sure where to begin! I had the pleasure of spending two years with Candace Jones as my attorney in a Family law matter. This Attorney is extremely professional, informative, a beast in the courtroom, and a great person overall. I’m thankful that God led me to find her on Google. Best of all she is local! Great for men or women in need of an attorney. I am someone that appreciates Google reviews, but I also understand everyone doesn’t value the same wonderful qualities that Candace Jones brings to the table as an attorney and in general as a person. So, when making your decision while looking for an attorney, consider that everyone is not honest in their online reviews when it comes to the negative ones. However, I can tell you from my actual experience that she takes the time to fully understand the details of your case. She will do what she needs to do, and be where she needs to be, and handle what she needs to handle, as far as what was contractually agreed-upon. She understands the sensitivity of each case and takes her time to understand the details of each person’s individual situation surrounding their case. Kate helped with me with powers of attorney for healthcare and asset management when my parents needed to start and get some assistance. In addition, she has helped with getting paperwork sent when hospitals refused to send the appropriate documents. What I could not get done in 3 months Kate got for me within 30 minutes of them receiving her letter.

Ms. Schreurs has helped my entire family with various cases for the past 12 years. Anywhere from dissolutions,Wills/Power of Attorney to a personal injury matter, which is not her forte but she settled the matter for us in a short period of time.
She is very easy to talk with and she explains the step by step process.

With the excellent results of Stage 1 (K1 + K2 visas to enter the US), we retained Ms. Perez for Stage 2 (Application for permanent status - i.e. green card. I'm so glad we did. The results were the same - completion with quality and minimal stress.
Ms. Perez speedily prepared and filed our documents for submission to apply for permanent status. She was clear with her guidelines and patient with my reviews and changes. She even handled a mistake I made that caused a small delay.
The result is that we are done!!! :) My wife and her two children arrived in the US early this year. They received their employment authorization documents, are now working, have their driver's permit and the kids are already enrolled in college courses.
Just a week ago, they were excited to open their envelopes marking the end of this stage to hold their green cards in their hands. Wow! The Lord was gracious to gift us with a fast process for this stage after the need for patience in trust in the first stage.

What was the problem that you had before you called our law firm?
I had many issues with my Vehicle but most of all trying to get a call back from an attorney was the hardest thing. So many out of area attorneys not very helpful was the WORST!!!!!

I bought a factory-certified 2017 Kia Sorento in fall 2018 from a local dealer.
In June 2023 at 55,000 miles, I first noticed a burnt oil smell when driving my car. The Kia developed an oil consumption problem and started burning 1-quart of oil internally each week, without any external visible trace.
I took my car to the Carlsbad Kia dealer, who performed all the service on it, and explained this latest problem. I brought it there several times through the end of 2023, hoping for resolution.
While still under factory warrant, the dealer said there was little they could do for me. They advised me to drive the car until the engine died and gave me the phone number to report my problem to Kia America HQ.
Likewise, Kia America pushed back and said I need to resolve it through the dealer. Feeling frustrated, I filed a complaint with the federal highway agency, NHTSA.
In January 2024, a family member had problems with a new hybrid Jeep Wrangler he bought and enlisted help from San Diego Lemon Law attorney Doug Sohn. That family member encouraged me to contact Doug’s office to see if they could also help my case.
In late January, I followed-up and filed an inquiry on the law firm’s website. One week later, they contacted me to set up an initial background call with attorney Doug Sohn.
I explained the whole problem to Doug who said he’d research this problem with other Kia owners and report back to me if he felt we had a valid case.
In February, Doug contacted me after his research, he felt I had a valid claim and agreed to take my case. We held a brief follow-up call to review how their firm proceeds on these cases, how valuation of my vehicle and their compensation works, and sent me forms to sign.
His staff asked me to submit several documents about my purchase of the car, title, service receipts, etc. Two weeks later, Doug provided me with initial draft of his letter to Kia America, outlining my case as supported by his research of this oil problem with Kia and Hyundai vehicles. His letter requested that they buy back my car, based on my damaged engine and unreliability of the frequent need for oil.
In April, my relative settled his claim with Jeep through Doug’s help and received full reimbursement for his problematic new vehicle.
In May, we received Kia’s acceptance of Doug’s proposal to buy back my Kia Sorento. I was overjoyed, with a great sense of relief on that news. The law firm warned me that Kia is not the fastest to resolve these cases and said it would take about 120 days to be completed.
As I drove the car for another four months, I kept replenishing oil into the engine every 1 to 2 weeks based on my driving. The car was becoming more unreliable, and it actually blew a cylinder during my last month of ownership.
By October, Kia finally arranged a date for me turn-in my car at the local Kia dealer, working with a 3rd party firm who handles these arrangements for Kia America. In early November, the law firm received payment from Kia, and Doug sent my check for agreed settlement amount.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with the law firm’s detailed follow-through and steady communication. The staff kept me informed regularly on the progress of my claim.
If you have a ‘lemon’ problem with your vehicle, I highly recommend contacting San Diego Lemon Law Attorney. Doug Sohn has decades of experience dealing with auto makers on their defective vehicles, and he’ll fight on your behalf to make it right for you! You’ll lay out No Funds for their service, as they are reimbursed by the auto manufacturers.

As a parent is it our duty to advocate for our children. We do the best we can and sometimes we may need additional assistance to advocate for our child. I was placed in that situation going up against my child's school and the school district. I didn't know who to turn to regarding my matter. From day one when I called the Moore Law Office everyone was respectful and knowledgeable. They were able to obtain Victory in my daughter case against her school and the school district. We do not recommend this firm. Initially, we were assigned to Meldie, the owner, and we were eager to work with her due to her phenomenal reviews. We believed she would advocate strongly for our daughter regarding her 504 plan and bullying issue. However, we were quickly reassigned to Jessica Graham without any notice or explanation.
Our experiences with Jessica were disappointing. Together, we created a plan that included filing a formal complaint to the Board of Education and seeking reimbursement from the district for therapy costs related to the bullying. Unfortunately, she never truly fought for our child. She did not attempt to negotiate with the district, follow up, or push further when they said no—she simply gave up.
Although we initially planned to file a complaint, which she had recommended, towards the end of our engagement, she completely changed her stance and claimed that such an action would only serve as a “cathartic” experience for our child. We spent thousands of dollars and ended up with very little to show for it. This firm did not represent our family like the advocates they claim to be; they are just lawyers.

I hired Mr. Dedecker for a dependency court case and the odds were really stacked against me. He fought really hard and secured my innocence despite the county counsel being against me. He took my case and he was optimistic about it from the start. He really cares and it shows. First he was incredibly knowledgeable. From the first conversation I had with him until the last he was able to successfully explain to me the process of my legal problem and what he was going to do to help me. He was very responsive to all my calls and questions and enthusiastic each time I spoke with him. I was shocked that he answered his phone on a weekend and was willing to talk to me! I definitely needed a lot of support during my difficult time and he was able to put me at ease. If you want an attorney that cares to listen to your concerns and helps you understand the system. Michelle is amazing,
Having to deal with my legal issues was stressful. I don’t know what to expect. When I met Michelle for the first time she was easy to talk to, answered all my questions and explained how things would go each step of the way. She was always available to answer my questions. This review is long overdue. A dissolution is an extremely emotional and draining process period. The best thing you can do for yourself and for your child may not just be to get a divorce, but to work with a firm that genuinely cares about your circumstances and will fight tooth and nail for you. I get emotional just reflecting on how much more I got out of my dissolution than I could have ever imagined if it weren’t for Paul, Liz, and Linda. These 3 ARE the light at the end of the tunnel.
Who you work with MATTERS, especially if you’re involved in a high-conflict divorce with children involved. Do what’s best for yourself and your children and retain this firm. Probate is a lengthy process but Amy Byrne is very attentive and responds quickly. She responding quickly, even when flooding occurred in Oroville and she did not have access to her office she maintained close contact with us. She is very articulate and wrote detailed easy to understand responses to all or our questions. She was willing to answer questions beyond the scope of the probate. The probate process is very lengthy in California but she moves things along at a faster pace than many others would and reduces the frustration created by the long process. She is the salve on the wound of a parents death.

I highly recommend the Norris Legal Group. If you want a Pitbull by your side to go after the other party, and a person who treats you with the utmost respect, Cameron Norris is the attorney for you. An extremely aggressive attorney, if you want, or a calm, confident, and respectful attorney, if that is the route that you prefer. I rarely leave reviews, but on the rare occasion when people or companies are exceptional, I always feel compelled to tell others. Cameron Norris and the entire team at the Norris Legal Group, are truly EXCEPTIONAL!!!
I initially wanted an aggressive attorney to go to battle with me, and Cameron gave me 100% confidence that he was that guy. He also was honest with me though and clearly explained what would come with my, "I want to go to war thinking". He did not just agree with me, and he very professionally explained the entire divorce process. I really appreciated this honest advice that I was given, especially once a couple of weeks had gone by, and I had time to calmed down.
During the consultation, I did not feel rushed and Cameron made me feel heard. He did not cut me off, and he allowed me to speak, cry and vent. I had a consultation with a different attorney the day before, who made me feel very rushed, while I was talking. The attorney kept cutting me of mid sentence, and he was a horrible listener. I came across Jeffrey after our "candidate" lawyer retired, and he suggested we contact Jeffrey. We met with him, discussed the case and he laid out the process and the pros and cons of the entire process very well.
The divorce case took about 10 months to solve the divorce and the child custody. The whole time Jeffrey was always available and kept us up to date with everything.

I called the office of Barbara May to inquire about a one time consultation. The secretary was incredibly rude. The whole conversation was infuriating. The secretary told me « let’s see first if you can afford our fees before anything. Then she told me we don’t have time for people like you who just seek advices » I was chocked. They charge 375 dollars for the first appointement and ask for $4000 before you even meet with them. They say they don’t have time to give people consultation, you have to choose them as long term attorney or they won’t give any advices on any matter. Where is humanity and kindness in all this? I never met Barbara but I know one thing her secretary sabotaged her work by being so hostile.
