I had a great experience working with The Law Office of Steve Fuerch. I was injured in a car accident that was not my fault and was hit by an uninsured motorist. I was side swiped by finding out my ex husband’s parents hired an attorney for him. Confused and given a 6 day window for trail I had no idea what to do. I literally sat in my truck and cried (believe me I’m no crier as it doesn’t fix anything) I prayed and prayed. 20 minutes later I looked up. Immediately my eyes were drawn to the large beautiful red emblematic Maison Christian Louboutin Cabata tote bag then I saw her fire red heels, red and black fingernails and red curls to bring it all together. The stranger walked with sophistication. I got out my truck still crying and asked “excuse me, are you a lawyer?” She sweetly said “yes, family law” I replied “I NEED YOU”…within 10 minutes of speaking with Mrs. Stephanie Mendez I KNEW she was THE ONE! She brought me comfort with her knowledge. She took on a no bull$hit approach and I need that. I don’t do well with sugar coating information and she understood that from the beginning. She lets me know when Im not being realistic in my request and when I have to suck up my pride. I have absolutely ZERO doubt she has my CHILDRENS well being set as her priority. I joked that she was a walking devil in red but she has turned out to be our angel. I will hire Stephanie Mendez as my attorney from this matter and so on. We made a consultation appointment paid 100$. We start off with him constantly burping and slurring his words. Something felt off when he kept asking the same questions. He wouldn’t write notes of anything we would tell him then would ask us the same question we just answered literally seconds ago. We ended up walking out. We got frustrated that he was not listening to any information we were giving him. This is the worst especially when you come for help and you get someone who does the opposite

My experience with Mrs Quinn has been amazing, I hired her and it has been the best decision I could of made. I was nervous going through this process, but she made me feel confident and eased my nerves. She doesn’t take her job lightly and it shows. I knew I was in good hands when during our first court appearance 4 people came up to her and addressed her by her name and were like hi mrs Quin so and so hired you and you’re great just wanted to say hi. I know it’s the sheriffs jobs to remember the attorneys but even he addressed her by her name. It was respect well earned! Without getting into details of our case I will say she knows the law! And I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t know what they are doing, who does know what they are doing and just anyone in need of representation. She was recommended to me by my brother in law who hired her and I recommend her too! She is the best at what she does! 10/10.

This so called attorney loves to boost about her 50+ years as an attorney, she may have been at one time but she is nowhere close at being a good attorney, she didn't listen to me about the documents that my ex never supplied and never filed with the courts to get him to produce them either even after multiple times of letting her know. She would sit there in court like a deer with headlights on her, just sat there looking dumb and not asking my ex about anything I brought up and even told the other attorney what I told her in confidence and told her not to bring it up until I was able to get it taken care of and give her the evidence, 3 days later when we showed up in court she sees them in the hallway and she goes over and tells them what I told her not too.
All she did was run the bill up to 3 to 4 times of what it should of been.
This so called attorney needs to step down and give it up.

For the people looking for legal help, Adam will show up for you. He represented me for an affordable price. My case took over a year to settle and he never charged me past our agreement. I was facing years in prison and he fought and got me probation. Now we did have disagreements, but he was always professional. I was ready to take a deal for jail time and he got upset because I didn’t trust him. When he got me probation instead, I felt like an idiot for not trusting him. He drove up the hill over an hour regardless of traffic and had his associate show up whenever he was in court. His other friend/associate is also a top tier individual. He told me when I first caught my case that the case was weak against me and that the lowest I could ask for was probation. Sure enough he was right. Sometimes you have to take the best deal instead of taking a risk fighting for a win. But I’m a free man with no jail or prison time at all. Adam also got my probation fee waved as well. On top of that after our contract was completed, he was willing to help me with probation paperwork and things like that. He's also easy to communicate with. Out of the near 2 years of representing me, we’ve never had any substantial issues. Some attorneys rely on personal relationships with the prosecution to get favorable outcomes, Adam simply did the work. He negotiated for the best deal. I told him I didn’t want to do any time. He said he will fight for me to the best of his ability and that’s what he did. Don’t waste your money on someone that won’t show up or take your calls. Adam will show up and if he’s in court and the court officer won’t let him answer your call, he’ll text you fast. Don’t take your chances with a public pretender either. Sorry for the length, but if you’ve made it this far, I hope you make the right choice and hire Adam with inland empire criminal defense.
I hired Adam around February 2023, and we got an amazing deal in October 2024. Don’t play with your life/freedom. Call him

We hired Hirabayashi from a referral list given to us by DCFS. We had 3 adoptions that needed to be processed sooner than later so we opted to pay rather than wait for the “free one”. We sent off a check 2/17/23 and it was cashed 2 weeks later. He asked us for dates of availability for the next few months just in case so that he can schedule an adoption date but that it shouldn’t take too long. It was almost 3 months later that his office submitted the first form. We were told they were waiting on DCFS. Long story short, another few weeks go by and we found out they made an error on paperwork and they were resubmitting it. After that it we had to push to get an adoption date sooner than later. Paid the attorney in early February and adoption finalized last day of July due to errors on lawyers end. They first told us that they submitted the forms then they said they were going to submit the forms next week. Never got a straight answer from his secretary Nancy. Just a bunch of runaround. That’s when anyone answered the phone or even replied to an email.
After all said and done we look for a receipt or invoice stating what was paid and for what because my employer pays for all legal fees specific to adoption and we find that the “Adoption Expenses” form submitted to the court shows we haven’t paid yet which was filed nearly 3 months after we paid him. We ask for a receipt 3 times, 2 emails and one phone call, and on the third we get a copy of the original bill that says what we owe. Then Hirabayashi states, “Isn’t that the same thing?” Back and forth about him basically refusing to acknowledge he knows what I’m asking for. A simple receipt or invoice showing paid or better yet, be professional and supply an itemized invoice maybe.
Horrible experience from beginning to end. Wood not recommend. I truly believe he takes advantage of the fact that he’s on a list distributed by DCFS and he’ll get calls no matter what.

Mark was AMAZING!!! We tried for months on end to get our adoption finalized but never heard not once from our state appointed attorney.
We waited 4 months to hear from our attorney until someone told us about Mark, we decided to switch and try him.
With the whole Covid situation it slowed everything down to a screeching halt. Thankfully as soon as we switched to Mark he knew how to navigate the system to get our adoption finalized.
He was super communicative and we always knew where things stood. After waiting for 2 1/2 years and people telling us it would be another 1-1.5 yrs due to Covid, it took us a few months with Mark and everything got finalized. We couldn't thank him enough!! Mr. Hamilton changed our lives for the better. I had gone through divorce 4 years before without representation. I wound up moving to Orange County to be closer to my family. The marriage and settlement agreement gave my ex wife physical custody and me “reasonable visitation.” My ex wife decided that meant she could dictate visitation how she saw fit. As she remarried and had another baby, she decided she would only allow me to see my daughters once a year, told me I didn’t have a right to phone calls, and if I wanted the girls to visit me during the summers I could wait till they were 18.
I hired Mr. Hamilton to represent me and file a request I for order changing the custody arrangement. He negotiated with me ex wife’s attorney and represented me in court. I now have joint legal and joint physical custody. I get to drive up every other weekend to see them. They now will come down here half the summers and alternate holiday weeks. I can not say enough about the impact Pamela has had on our family. We are foster parents who wanted very badly to adopt the little girl we have been fostering for nearly two years. Despite being the only family she has known, DCFS was determined to place her with distant relatives with whom our daughter had never met. We had navigated the system as best we could but it was clear we needed a professional to advocate on our family’s behalf.

I hired Ms. Tripp and she rarely communicates, and went into court, made an agreement without my consent. Then, at a later court date that I was unaware of, she emails me at midnight the day of court indicating we have court - but provides no zoom call in numbers, or phone numbers, so I cannot be a part of the hearing. Case closes without me.

Definitely would not recommend using Judge Amy Pellman for mediation services. She was incredibly biased from the start and made an unprofessional comment within 10 minutes of the session starting. Should’ve ended it there instead of wasting an entire day making zero progress on any kind of settlement. She was only interested in assisting one side on their goals, and did not advocate for me on any points. She might’ve been a great judge but clearly needs some more experience in mediation, where the purpose is to try and reach an agreement between both parties- not decide who she thinks is right and pursue their interests only. We hired another mediator after this failed session and had immediate success with them.

Divorcing a narcissist is extremely hard, especially in a high conflict divorce and when attorneys smell assets and money. Prior to retaining Ms. Niedens, I had worked with 4 attorneys. Unfortunately, I did not feel like I had proper guidance and/or tangible representation with any of them. I felt as I was just a milking cow for all attorneys. I also felt oppressed and that there is no fairness for men in California. My first attorney was horrible and not trustworthy. The second was unable to handle my ex’s attorney who is aggressive and used unethical tactics. The third wanted me to, simply, bend over and give up on everything, and the fourth was too busy with many other cases - nothing was done other than billing me for communicating my ex’s demands. My divorce was lengthy, toxic, and very expensive.
Backward 9 years ago, when I initiated my divorce, I contacted numerous law offices including Ms. Niedens office. Even though my intuition and gut instincts were telling me to retain Ms. Niedens, I went with the shiny attorneys who have glowing reviews and prestigious offices thinking they would provide the best legal representation for me. I filed for divorce by myself and for years attempted to navigate the court system myself through the divorce and subsequent custody battle with the help of the self-help services at the courthouse. Finally after being beyond frustrated with my ex's continued delay and manipulation I hired Marsha to represent me. She not only secured a great custody plan, but came back again this year to keep it in place. She is prompt in her response, always available via phone or email, and so caring. She's wonderful to talk to, she really gets it and her attention to detail is amazing. I truly don't know how I ever tried to deal with all of this on my own.
