Igor has been in my corner the entire time I have been in dispute with the IRS. Rick Baum guided us through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and we felt supported every step of the way. Our first consult was a year before we actually filed; we thought we could "do it on our own" and when that effort was obviously not yielding substantial inroads into our debt, we went back and started the official process. I was so nervous (and ashamed!) about it all, but Rick was both candid and supportive. Over the five years of the "plan," he responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed his help. He also has a great sense of humor! We are now finally done; though the filing was necessary more than desired, we are quite relieved it is over and that we had such reliable, efficient, and effective counsel. Rick Baum was excellent from start to finish of a 5-year bankruptcy; from helping us to fully appreciate the tradeoffs of this versus other courses of action, through the mechanics of the initial filing and intermittent formalities along the way, to the final close of the case with the Trustee. We could always count on Rick to provide a prompt reply to any inquiry we had, to produce all relevant paperwork in a timely fashion, and to remind us that this too shall pass. First, where do I start without sounding "overboard"? Let me use an analogy of our situation that can paint the picture of our situation. As with others, my wife and I have wonderful jobs and are hard working "common folk" that was riding a real nice wave of success (six figure earnings, travels, purchases, investments,etc.), but we came to realize that we were drowning in a sea of debt. When we realized that we were in trouble...we were "Really" in trouble (in terms of indebtness)...we needed a "lifeline". Here's were Jeremy Winter and his AttorneyDebtReset staff came to the rescue. We had never in my adult life needed an attorney and never thought we would be declaring bankruptcy, but we were doing just that. We were ashamed and unsure of our next steps....Jeremy made our whole experience less stressful than we thought it would be. In meeting with us, he provided a reassuring atmosphere both in the setting and with his words. He walked us through the entire process and was prompt in his responses. When his staff needed to perform a follow-up in obtaining additional information they were so professional. When the process was done we were able to start our road to recovery with a plan that worked out for all parties and allowed us move forward. With this being said, Jeremy Winter and AttorneyDebtReset are truly a blessing for people who find themselves in a situation requiring their expertise. These people know how to handle your business in a way that respects your dignity despite the miscues some of us go through. My husband and I went to see Mr. Antico at his Palmdale office, we presented our case to him. We were looking to either consolidate or file bankruptcy, but after he looked at our papers, he was very honest and told us that neither would help. I am retired and my husband is unemployed, he told us basically that we would have to meet certain criteria, in either case. I am glad that he sat down with us, and explained how each process worked. Mr. Antico and his staff are very professional, and return calls promptly. I have referred him to people that I know that are having financial problems and are considering bankruptcy. Mr Antico gave me a free consult. After he went though all the details of my case he put my interests before his profitability and informed me BK would most likely not work for me.! Gary has helped me get through a difficult BK. Not only is he a excellent attorney, he's a very nice person. He has taken time to listen and work diligently far beyond his fees. I would be far worse off without him. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a caring attorney. He knows his law and how to apply it. A friend told me to hire any BK attorney and that price should dictate that choice. I don't agree with that at all now. Gary fees are quite reasonable and I never thought the kind of service and care he gave me were available for any price. I've sent other people his way and they tell me similar accounts of his service. It hasn't been a lot of fun being in this place with my finances, but I 'm blessed to have met Gary in my time of need.

I originally hired Mr. Rosenstein to prepare my personal estate plan, which he did in a thoughtful and helpful manner. He took the time to understand my particular situation and patiently answered my many questions. Later, when I had an unforeseen, extremely urgent situation arise as a Trustee, he made himself available after business hours, and gave me sound legal advice which saved me an incalculable amount of time and money. He continues to advise the Trust on an on-going basis so that things are done correctly the first time, which keeps us on track and ultimately reduces our legal fees. Atty. Montefalcon was recommended to us. We made an appointment with him and explained that we were from out of town and on a tight schedule. So he actually came in on a weekend to get the paperwork completed! We had to go to the Philippines to sell our deceased parents property and close their bank accounts as well. All this in 1 week. I was dubious that this could happen, but when we arrived, our broker said that because we had all our paperwork In order, we were able to complete the sale of the house in 4 days! Atty Montefalcon thought of everything, from my sisters name change affidavit, to including both siblings on the special power of atty! Additionally, we were able to close their bank accounts without much hassle, because we were prepared with the banks required paperwork. I struggled for nearly two years making minimum payments on my bills getting absolutely nowhere and then my income decreased significantly. I called Olga in a panic. I liked the ease and speed of service that I received from The Mlnarik Law Group firm. I was fortunate to have been able to deal with Attorneys John and Nina and to observe them provide much needed guidance when I needed. I was always made aware of the status of my case. In my first meeting with Attorney John Mlnarik I can say that there was no pressure and Mr. Mlnarik took the time to answer all of my questions. The price for their services is not cheap but I would consider average market and very reasonable for the results I achieved by hiring this Law firm. We had a situation with a predatory loan from Bank of the West. We hired Mr. Houbeck to review the loan docs and renegotiate the loan with the bank. Mr. Houbeck contacted Bank of the West and pointed out several violations of the Truth and Lending laws as well and California Civil Code viiolations. Thanks to his efforts, Bank of the West forgave a large portion of the loan and restructured the remaining balance with a 1% rate and extremely low payment. I couldn't believe the miracle he pulled off. We are extremely grateful for his efforts and highly recommend him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Corrine was referred to me by a friend and I was completely satisfied with the recommendation. So, I am recommending her to everyone! She makes it a point to keep you informed on the process, the information needed, the timelines, and the minute details of "how it works". This made it a very simple process to complete. Corrine makes and keeps her commitments. She was flexible with my schedule. Her responses to phone calls and e-mails were the very same day, often within an hour (not a day or so later, like I have experienced with other lawyers). She explained what is needed from me, worked with me to gather details, aided in suggesting details I may have overlooked and not considered, and assisted where she could in gathering the necessary information. She was more than willing to be my representative in dealing with current creditors. She provided follow-up to verify that I was providing information to the necessary places within the required time frames. Corrine was also very flexible with the methods I provided information to her. It could be direct mailed, couriered, faxed, e-mailed, etc. There isn't a method she wasn't willing to work with. Her attention to privacy of information is very important to her and she made it a point to make sure I was comfortable with how everything was handled. Even when I overlooked an important piece of information until the day of the interview at the courthouse, she said it was no problem and handled presenting the information and it became a non-issue. If there is a negative to her abilities or work performance, I didn't experience it. The entire process was smooth and uneventful. Corrine was everything I hoped for in a stressful point of my life and she made it a relatively painless process to complete. She will always have my recommendation.

Valerian helped my husband and I through a very difficult time, bankruptcy. This was our first time enduring this process so we did not know what to do or what to expect.
