Y’all, I was extremely skeptical about this bankruptcy thing through resolve. With everything being out of town from where I live and then having to talk to a bunch of different people every time. Then there was Jennifer, who confirmed all of my fears and reservations. From not returning phone calls to kicking the proverbial can down the road… Well, they fired her, great decision for the firm! Then comes Tegan! (Pronounced TAY-GAN) This rockstar of an attorney saved the day for myself and I’m sure multiple other clients! This chica literally works day and night to ensure all her T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted! She’s a straight shooter and will tell you exactly how the cow eats the cud! She won’t let you down though, if she says she will get back to you, you can carve it in stone! You can rest assured it will be her getting back to you, not someone she delegates it to also! I was divorced this year and my colleague last year and we both worked with Aaron Lodge as our mediator. He and his business easily get 5 stars for being professional, fair, reasonably priced but also firm with keeping us on track and getting the job done. One thing was almost a miracle, during the process my husband actually spoke civilly to me which was because of Mr. Lodge handling us so well.

My colleague here at work highly recommended Aaron Lodge to start my divorce, so after calling 3 attorneys and firms, I called Aaron Lodge, who is in Santa Cruz (I live in San Jose). I already knew I wanted (needed) to get a divorce, and he was so friendly on the phone and clear about next steps. I really wanted to get started right away because I know it takes like 6 months to get divorced. Within 24 hours Mr. Lodge filed the full divorce. My ex and I later decided to mediate with Mr. Lodge, and we paid $4000.00 as a fixed set price, and after 3 sessions and some emailing after that, Mr. Lodge wrote up a whole divorce judgment and filed it. I was so happy to not have to go to court once, and we saved a lot of money. I recommend his offices, the law offices of Aaron J Lodge fully and completely.

My father, who is 83, had a problem with getting rid of a time-share that ended up becoming a money pit. We contacted Kristy Hernandez due to her great reviews on Avvo. She advised us during our the initial consultation, though she would be happy to be our attorney, we really did not need her services at this point since no legal action was being brought against us. However, Kristy was kind enough to walk my father through the process as to how time-shares work and what we can do currently to get that "time-share monkey" off my father's back. To top it off Kristy did not charge us for her valuable time spent discussing the matter with her. If the time comes where we truly need to hire an attorney, regarding any ongoing legal problems with this time-share, we will definitely hire Kristy to fight our cause. Thanks!

I hired Ryan after initially engaging another lawyer that, as I progressed, I felt was not the advocate or legal counsel that would represent me like I needed to be in a messy and complex bankruptcy case. It involved issues with the IRS and FTB for back taxes along with "Substitute for Returns" for several years. Through it all Ryan was professional, timely and provide strong legal counsel with the tax issues. He clearly demonstrated to me he was going to be the advocate who would get me the best result in resolving the matters with the Bankruptcy Court, the assigned Trustee, along with dealing with the various other creditors involved in addition to the IRS and FTB. He walked me through the process and had me ready for the meeting of the creditors and advised as to how to present my case to the trustee and the valuations of property that were provided to the Court. In the end he demonstrated to me that he was engaged in the case and went all in on providing me the best legal advice for the situation I was in and needed to extricate myself from to move on with my life. It was not all about incurring legal fees but rather providing sound legal counsel to resolve the issues and being a true professional in all respects of the bankruptcy . Ryan has a good "bedside" manner that clients will need and in the end he has earned their trust and apprecation as well.

I just finished my case with Ryan Wood. I have never filed bankruptcy before and had $160,000 in debt. I make well over six figures and things were so bad I was borrowing gas money from my brother on occasion. Sad, I know. I was totally stressed out. Depressed. I was trying to research online and figure it out bankruptcy on my own. I knew because of my income I had to pass this thing called a "means test." It seemed I would never be able to qualify. I was very discouraged, but my brother who has filed bankruptcy in the past kept encouraging me to file. I called around, talked with three bankruptcy attorneys and ended up meeting two in person. One was Ryan Wood, who I ultimately went with. Sheesh, I don't even know where to start because I JUST found out my case was closed a few days ago, and I still can't believe it! I have such a weight off of me. Ryan was amazing. He is so friendly and encouraging. I have worked with lawyers before, and Ryan is NOT like other lawyers. He is nice. He is real. He is down-to-earth and... a little quirky, haha, but that adds to his personality. As a lawyer, of course he is busy, but he was reasonably responsive to my communications. He even called me once while he was sick as a dog to check in with me. He sounded like hell. At one point the court asked for further documentation. Of course, I panicked, thinking "well this is it, They are going to reject my chap 7 request." Ryan help me stay calm though. We got the documents together for the court. Ryan reassured me sometimes the court asks for clarifying documentation. He walked me through what the plan would be if my case was rejected. Well, it never happened. Ryan did a great job, and I have my life back. The collectors have stopped calling. My credit score is already up in the 600's since I don't have any more late payments. It started climbing soon after I filed. I did not expect that. And, now, I have money in my pocket again! Thank you Ryan!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -will

I was involved in an auto accident. Realistically speaking, more often than not, insurance companies don’t always have your best interest at heart. I felt confused. I've been working with Nathan and his team since 2017. Prior to my bankruptcy that Nathan is working me through I was funneled into a system that set me up for failure. Nathan took over my situation, walked me through everything we needed to do and has me on a path to financial recovery. I know this may seem cheesy to anyone who wasn't in my situation or worse but I was placed on anti depressants and entered into therapy and I really do attribute Nathan helping me out of my situational depression by providing a very clear to me path to financial recovery after my divorce, hospitalization and loss of a loved one that ultimately wound me up in my the mess that resulted in the situation I found myself in. Since filing for bankruptcy he has assisted me with the legal aspects of securing housing while in my bankruptcy as my father became gravely ill in 2018 and continually declined leading to him potentially needing to move in with me and my family at any moment. He also assisted me very recently with acquiring the court's permission for purchasing a vehicle as my car had a major mechanical fault during my bankruptcy. While I'm still slightly over a year out from my bankruptcy discharge just knowing that Nathan and his team are available for legal assistance I have incredible peace of mind that cannot be properly written in words. He also took the time to follow up with me on the final processes and what I need to do to prepare for discharge that will be coming within the next year. Very few other professional services have given me this level of care while I was going through the pitfalls of life. For this I am eternally grateful to Nathan and all he is doing for me, my family and all the other clients he has. Thank you!

Recently, I got cheated by car dealer. Eventhough, I had a no idea how to solve this kind of thing, I met car dealer serveral times in order to solve this problem. They said "No, We don't have any right for it" after then, I decided to ask someone who can handle it. After then, someone introduced me Steven and He sent some letters to them. Mr. Meisner was thorough and insightful and did a great job advancing and settling the cases for my daughter and myself after a violent car accident. I injured my back last year at my job and although it took a long road to get here we reached a settlement . I was involved in a car accident in 2012 and I had to deal with my car issues but just didn’t have the time with work. I started to have pain after a day or so and I was determined to find an attorney. I called Mr. Henrik Karapetian and he immediately followed up with my accident case. After hiring him he kept me informed every step of the way as my car was repaired, a rental was given and my injury case progressed. I never needed to call him for an update because he would let me know of any new developments as they came so I was really happy about that. Most important, my car was fixed immediately and my injury claim settled for an amount that I was very happy with. I had hired an attorney for a custody and support case but I was happy with the service and attention my case was getting. I wanted results. I hired Henrik after firing my previous attorney.
