My husband and I had a very positive experience with Mr. Olmstead. Everything was handled efficiently. We were treated with dignity and respect. Most importantly, I believe Mr. Olmstead is honest and has integrity. I contacted him after nearly being defrauded by a paralegal working under another local lawyer. I got through Chapter 7 bankruptcy successfully with the legal help from Attorney Cliff Bordeaux. In 4/2011, I received an official letter from United States Bankruptcy Court Central District of California to discharge all my declared debts. It was one of the happiest days of my life!
Attorney Bordeaux is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, detailed and thorough in handling my case. Throughout the entire bankruptcy process, whenever I had concerns, Attorney Bordeaux was there for me. He talked to me face to face in his office many times in the evenings and on Saturdays. Whenever I called or emailed Attorney Bordeaux with questions, he got back to me promptly. Before the hearing with the US Trustee, Attorney Bordeaux spent much time to thoroughly review all of the supporting documents. He offered solid advice to prepare me for the hearing with the US Trustee. On the hearing day, Attorney Bordeaux was in the room with me. He answered questions from the US Trustee when my mind drew blank. After the hearing, Attorney Bordeaux updated me on progress leading to a final decision from the US Trustee.

Look no further, Clifford Bordeaux is the best, the real deal. He charges $350 delivers $1,000's work. I was beyond lucky to have met him. This is an extremely knowledgeable attorney, excellent work ethics and a wonderful human being. He is so considerate, careful, keen to my specific situation, and with some quick wit. Clifford Bordeaux successfully protected my interest as a creditor and got the debtor' case dismissed. Not only that, he went the extra mile on the research work and strengthened my position permanently. Because of Mr. Bordeaux, I can finally take a breath. He is so good on all aspects beyond word. I hired Matt Metzger in a bankruptcy case where I was the creditor. He usually works on the behalf of the debtor. The debtor cheated myself and 49 other creditors, then fled to bankruptcy court to escape her debt. So this was a different case for Matt who normally works for the other side, but could be an advantage since he would know their usual strategy.
Matt is an energetic, hard working, and innovative attorney. To say that he is a multitasker underestimates all that's going on in his head. He is good at looking for and finding "out of the box" solutions to legal problems. His persistence and diligent hard work ultimately pays off. I only had one issue with Matt, he wanted me to settle at a sum that I felt was insulting and ridiculous so I refused. The debtor ultimately came up to my sum and we settled. I would recommend Matt to anyone who needs legal assistance in the realm of bankruptcy. I don't think you will find a better or harder working attorney. BTW, he appears to have a solo practice, unusual these days but seems to fit his lifestyle.

Bosky answered questions for my grandma a few years ago. He was super helpful and talked to us like friends, none of the crazy legal jargon that no one understands (unless your a lawyer or in that profession). He is super friendly, nice and professional. I would like to share my most positive experience regarding CalWest Law (Ali Nader).
I must say that Ali worked wonders for me in my bankruptcy case, I was scared and stressed before the outcome of my case. I had plenty of debt where as Ali Nader relieved my stresses, not only did he remove huge debt, he educated me on each step before committing to filing and through the accepted process. He was always available speaking directly with him, whether he was at court or in his office he always was there. I had a second and a third and it was amazingly removed freeing me of those predatory lenders. My life has been great and I am able tomaintain my life just from the education alone from Ali.
I recently contacted Ali Nader and he still remembered me without a charge, he educated me on some questions that I had. I LOVE Ali and his firm and I hope and pray that he will always be available (which I have no doubt). Lastly, very pleasant staff.

I had the great fortune and pleasure to find and work with Sean Laird on a case I was seeking representation for. I hit the jack pot by shear luck, or a blessing from above, using a Google search for a nursing home lawyer. Sean Laird was straight forward, sharp as they come, and kind to boot! He is not pushy, bossy or arrogant…experiences I have come across more in my particular field generally speaking; having worked with different types of lawyers on cases. So if that has been your experience too, you won’t find it with him. He is excellent at what he does; he’s to the point, guides you if you get ahead of yourself as these cases are emotional, and does so in a balanced approach that you feel valued and part of the team. He is tough in his fight for you and/or your loved one. I have the upmost respect for Sean Laird, with or without a settlement. If I ever had any case or situation, where I needed a lawyer, I would want him to represent me. Unfortunately, as far as I am aware, he only tackles cases involving nursing homes- elder care abuse type cases. I hope to never need a lawyer again, but if I did, I’d want him. The Price for the Service Mr. Antico provided was EXCELLENT! No complaints! I SAVED a SIGNIFICANT amount of money compared to several other attorneys in the area.
Sure, everyone's financial affairs are different, some people have more assets than others, but I think that I was treated more than fair for all of the work that Mr. Antico performed. After our first meeting I realized that I should wait a couple of months before filing my BK because I had received a SMALL (three zero's) insurance settlement within the past year and had given half to my brother to pay an earlier debt.
Mr. Antico explained that the Court could go after the money I had given to my brother and order HIM to pay it back to satisfy the Creditors... and if you know my brother... well, that would be a drama worthy of a Shakespearean tale!
To keep things simple I just waited until the year had passed and then he filed the bk and it went through with NO problems.
Here's another helpful tidbit of info... Mr. Antico's name starts with the letter "A", which means when you go to the BK Court in downtown L.A. (watch out for the human mud on the sidewalks down there - I had to dodge THREE piles in a two block walk!) your wait time to see the Judge is non-existent, as they always start with the "A" Attorneys. I feel sorry for the clients that have to wait for the F to Z last names.
