We hired Mr Vaknin to represent us on a BK case in 2014. He was there every step of the way with us. Not only did he manage our case but also gave us great advice on how to recover our credit worthiness after the discharge. I was able to raise my score to 814 over time!!
Recently we discovered an old lean on our property that should have been released. One call to Mr. Vaknin and he took care of everything.

I've used Mr Barnes for 2 legal issues with two different manufacturers. In both cases they were settled and handled in my favor with a lot of due diligence by Mr Barnes. I had the great fortune and pleasure to find and work with Sean Laird on a case I was seeking representation for. I hit the jack pot by shear luck, or a blessing from above, using a Google search for a nursing home lawyer. Sean Laird was straight forward, sharp as they come, and kind to boot! He is not pushy, bossy or arrogant…experiences I have come across more in my particular field generally speaking; having worked with different types of lawyers on cases. So if that has been your experience too, you won’t find it with him. He is excellent at what he does; he’s to the point, guides you if you get ahead of yourself as these cases are emotional, and does so in a balanced approach that you feel valued and part of the team. He is tough in his fight for you and/or your loved one. I have the upmost respect for Sean Laird, with or without a settlement. If I ever had any case or situation, where I needed a lawyer, I would want him to represent me. Unfortunately, as far as I am aware, he only tackles cases involving nursing homes- elder care abuse type cases. I hope to never need a lawyer again, but if I did, I’d want him. I visited a couple different BK Lawyers. But it was Mikalah that was referred to me by a lawyer that was retiring, and said he'd hoped to pass on his practice to Mikalah because of his skill level. Anyway true he wasn't the cheapest I talked to but when your talking BK, that's nothing I want to get cheapest deal when we're talking this magnitude of an issue. Joseph helped my wife through a difficult bankruptcy. She had unresolvable personal tax debts amounting to $75,000 left over from a deceased husband's past financial mistakes and extreme medical bills caused by an unfortunate accident and lousy healthcare thanks to the Obamacare health law.
