I don’t typically write any reviews but Shiela was so Amazing from the initial consult to the end of the case that she deserves people to know what a professional, compassionate, kind attorney she is. If your looking for the best attorney than stop looking. I liked her immediately because she listened without any judgments, she didn’t rush me off the phone, she really listened to my case. It was so refreshing to find an attorney that was so good at what they do, make your feel comfortable, and pass zero judgements and care all at the same time. She gives you the facts, helps you understand what to expect which helped me so much. I found Shiela after my previous attorney really messed up a simple case for me and made it beyond complicated. Shiela solved the problem, where most attorneys wouldn’t even want to get involved with someone else’s mess, but she took the time, helped us and solved our case. My nanny was having some issues and needed to file for bankruptcy. I immediately thought of Sheila and thank god I did. She helped her with her case quickly and smoothly. Mr.Scwartz and I had a consultation about my potential case in a chapter 13. I had already spoken to at least seven other attorneys due to the nature and complications of my particular case. I found Mr. Schwartz to be the most intelligent, un -selfish, and most willing to figure out a solution to the problem without expecting me to hire him as my attorney. He knew that my case would have to be filed in another state and he would not be able to represent me. Even so, he gave me the best advice. What an excellent person he is.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with Scott Schwartz and his awesome assistant, Roxanne. We came to him a bit nervous but he spent a lot of time with us (free consultation by the way) and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. We knew he was trustworthy and genuine and we liked him immediately. Roxanne his assistant was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. She would respond to our (thousand) questions via email and phone right away. We couldn't recommend Scott Schwartz enough. You won't be disappointed.

When I first contacted Eric, I was in dire need of a financial rescue. Eric was easy to talk to and helped me to understand the best path forward. I was not an easy client. I think Eric and I changed the original filing documents more than maybe ten times. But through it all, Eric was right by my side, and he never made me feel like I was a burden to his practice. Doing a bankruptcy was one of the hardest decisions I’ve made. A lot of anxiety, stress, and having to lay out what I felt were failures. From my first phone call with Mr. Kelly, I felt better about the process. I had credit cards calling and making threats and didn’t even want to open the mail. He just took all the documents and entered all of them on the lists, and he gave me checklists of everything I needed to do. It really was painless, and I a huge weight has been lifted from me. Had big medical bills and my insurance didn't cover all of it. Had to file bankruptcy to discharge it. Did not want to, and really felt like a failure. Could not have asked for better help. I only had to meet with a court trustee for 10 minutes, and the rest was just painless paperwork and Tom handled it all for me. So relieved.

I really need a good bankruptcy attorney to help me with a growing financial problem, and had no idea where to turn. I didn’t know anything about bankruptcy, and I was anxious about the process and what might happen. A friend referred me to Tom, and he was outstanding from the start. I had to take the long route to complete the process, but that was because Tom put together a long-term game plan that worked, even though it meant he had to put in work for me without getting paid until the case was started. I got through Chapter 7 bankruptcy successfully with the legal help from Attorney Cliff Bordeaux. In 4/2011, I received an official letter from United States Bankruptcy Court Central District of California to discharge all my declared debts. It was one of the happiest days of my life! Attorney Bordeaux is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, detailed and thorough in handling my case. Throughout the entire bankruptcy process, whenever I had concerns, Attorney Bordeaux was there for me. He talked to me face to face in his office many times in the evenings and on Saturdays. Whenever I called or emailed Attorney Bordeaux with questions, he got back to me promptly. Before the hearing with the US Trustee, Attorney Bordeaux spent much time to thoroughly review all of the supporting documents. Look no further, Clifford Bordeaux is the best, the real deal. He charges $350 delivers $1,000's work. I was beyond lucky to have met him. Kerrie Justice is an intelligent lawyer with an athlete’s competitive spirit. Although she is obviously busy, Kerrie was always a wonderful representative of calm preparedness during my lengthy and tenacious custody litigation. I appreciate her knowledge, her calming presence, and her polite and respectful attitude in the courtroom, and outside of it. I can only assume the negative reviews were retaliatory response from frustrated phonies who lost against her in court because Kerrie did an outstanding job representing the best interests of me and my children in a very touchy and extremely stressful custody case. I was most pleased with her high level of integrity and tenacity during her closing statements because of how aptly she conveyed to the judge what was of highest importance to me in regards to outcome. She is very intelligent and was forceful when the situation called for it. I found Ms. Justice by a unique turn of events. It was one of those situations that when your at the end of your rope and attaching it to a rock to throw over a bridge something happens. Something you truly did not expect because the shoe has been consistently dropping in a 20 year marriage. He was going to make sure I could not leave and he tried hard to do everything in his power to financially destroy me and thus keep me and my children in a life he had complete control of. My story was embarrassing for me to tell. There were facts that I realized were a coin toss for one to believe. Ms. Justice listened and believed me. Pretty profound for a women who had been told for years she was crazy and imagining things. She could not promise me anything but that she would do her utmost to make sure my children and I survived this. We not only survived we are thriving. Jason Jones is a fantastic lawyer. Not only because he is extremely knowledgeable in the Bankruptcy Law arena, but also because he is patient, helpful and explains the issues with your case until you understand them fully. We live in an age, especially within the Bankruptcy realm, where lawyers share the common perspective of attracting cases that bring in a low-dollar, but at a high-volume. Thus, any client that presents a case with a complication, glitch, or a request for extra time invested via an additional explanation is avoided. Jason, however, does not share this perspective. My Bankruptcy case was extremely complicated. I accrued a tremendous amount of debt, prior to a recent marriage, that on paper appeared to fall into a Ch. 11 category. Previously, I spoke with several lawyers who frankly wasted my time with in-take forms and lack of communication. Jason, however, was different. On his own time, he listened to my situation, understood the intricacies and took on my challenge. In fact, Jason peeled away the layers and misinformation from others, explained the Means Test, and enabled me to realize that my case was really a complicated a Ch. 7 and not anything else. Ultimately, I succeeded with my case and would not have reached this goal if I didn't secure Jason's representation. He and his associate, Rachel, were extremely informative, knowledgeable and patient. I must have spent several hours on the phone with Jason understanding my complications that I know for certain was not included in my fee. I thank Jason and Avatar Legal for a job well done and would recommend his services to anyone who is seeking a great lawyer.

Jason was wonderful during our bk process. It is not a process that one is happy to enter, but he made us feel at ease right away. He had a long conversation with us, answered all of our questions, and told us what we could expect. At the start of the pandemic, my business was forced to close and my mother was simultaneously diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease which left me no choice but to file for bankruptcy. My accountant referred Stella stating she had a very calming demeanor and he was confident she would be a positive spirit to help me through the difficult times I was going through. From the first phone call, I was CRAZY ABOUT HER!!! Stella worked diligently on my case; she left no stone unturned and in my personal opinion (I've never filed bankruptcy before) she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was treated fairly. She took the stress away due to calls from creditors by absorbing all negative communication on my behalf; accepted documents at all times of the night or day and was there for me during a couple of tearful days when I just felt overwhelmed dealing with the bankruptcy, business failure, and my mom's medical diagnosis. One significant thing I want to mention - there was a lien on my property and out of nowhere, Stella remembered and filed a motion to make sure it was addressed before the charge off which saved me from possibly paying a company nearly 30K!!! I still don't know how she remembered such an isolated detail but thank God She Did!!! When my bankruptcy was charged off, I was actually sad because that meant I wasn't going to hear from Stella again....but I still email her monthly just to stay in touch because at the end of the day, she gave me a fresh financial start and I owe my new clean financial status to her! If you need a bankruptcy attorney who is smart, professional, well organized, compassionate, and just a great person - I HIGHLY recommend hiring Stella Havkin. She's the BEST!!!

I had interviewed several lawyers before I picked her as my lawyer. She was the only one who called me back directly. The other lawyers had their secretary called me instead. She also had a novel approach to my divorce. Unfortunately, it didn't pan out. Throughout the case, she represented me even when she had to taged out of my case due to personal issue, she still helped me find a new lawyer. Her price was the most reasonable out of all the lawyers I talked to. She is not the type of lawyer who is trying to squeeze as much money out of you. She is very caring. Even though my case didn't come out as I would like, I would strongly recommend her as your personal lawyer.

Mr. Gruchawka is a highly competent lawyer who not only helped me reach a favorable resolution to a complex legal problem, but also made the process as stress-free as possible. I worked with Price Law Group through my Bankruptcy and From the moment I had my initial call in I was impressed with their customer service. They answered in a friendly manner and didn't sound angry or bothered with me like some other places I called. Unsure and having never been through a process like this they eased my concerns by first listening to my situation completely. I was frequently cut off and not allowed to explain the full scope of my situation when I spoke with other law firms. They first listened then they explained how they may be able to help me. They broke down the Bankruptcy process and how long it would take and how much it would cost. They even worked with me and allowed me to do a partial downpayment. The thing that impressed me most is the responsiveness when I have a question or concern. I would email Scott and have a response back literally within minutes addressing all my concerns in the email. Their prompt response time made me feel as if somebody was ALWAYS working for me and not as if I was a second thought. The bankruptcy process is quite daunting and can seem overwhelming, however with the attentiveness and constant communication from Price Law, the process was easy and pain free. I would recommend them to be your 1st call and only call. After my review, I happened to check out the other reviews for this company just to make sure my experience wasn’t a fluke. I knew that my bankruptcy proceeding was going to be more complicated than most, so I wanted to make sure that I found an attorney who was a fully versed expert in the law and who was also a consummate professional. By my definition, a true “professional” not only has the requisite specialized skills; they also have a passion for their work and a compassion for their clients, which allows them to listen and understand.
