I had a horrible situation where the apartment manager of my complex used his financial means to coerce someone into committing perjury and submitting a false declaration against me to get a restraining order to kick me out of my building. The apt. mgr had hired a federal prosecutor and was out to ruin my life, but Fadi and his team would not back down and we ended up settling outside of court. Fadi cares about his clients and not only is he a shrewd lawyer, but he's also a good man and I will be forever grateful. I always refer him.

If you really want a direct, personal, and honest experience with a lawyer, Fadi Amer is the man to go to. I had complications with my insurance claim after I had gotten into a car accident. I ended up trying a few different attorneys before I ended up with Mr. Amer. From the very beginning, I was warmly welcomed to the firm (with lots of smiles and care), and was able to see Mr. Amer, not too long after my arrival. He had already looked into my case, and immediately started to go over it with me detail by detail, explaining everything along the way. In all honesty, what made him stand out was how upfront he was with the situation and at the same time I can really see that he is a caring person. Despite Mr. Amer's professionalism, he still made me feel very comfortable to the point where I felt as if I have known him for years. Also, what I really liked was the fact that he followed up with case almost immediately and constantly, making sure that all my questions were answered. Plus his first consultation is super cheap. Give him a call, I guarantee you that you find a lawyer that will be as helpful, professional, and caring as him.

I was involved in a very serious car accident which left me severly injured and left with a limp. I want and saw 3 other personal injury attorneys and just hated how pushy and salesmen like they were. Fadi was 180 degrees different and actually encouraged me to see other attorneys. Everything about my experience with Law22 was excellent, and the overall result of my case was more than I expected. I first met Paul about 6 years ago when I was trying to get my dughter back from her grandparents in Texas. The process for me took about 3 years total but Paul was only involved over the final year.
Before Paul I went through an attorney who wasted about 18 months of my time and probably $20 k. Paul got the job done in a fraction of that cost and time and he had to do a lot of research on Texas laws to accomplish this (my previous lawyer did none of that). I am convinced that had Paul been my attorney from the start the seperation from my daughter would have been a year at the most.
Since then I have recommended Paul to several friends and family members and will continue to do so. I have also used him for advice on different matters such as lawsuits and labor issues.
Paul is also very fair when it comes to costs and will pull no punches when discussing these matters. If something is going to take time and/or money he will be very up front with you but will work with you too. If he feels you have no chance to win he will not take your money or give you false hope. He is very up front.
Paul does not like to lose, but this doesn't mean he won't take on a hard case. He is a bulldog and if you decide to retain him for any matter he will go to the mat for you and relentlessly do what it takes for you to walk away happy.
I give Paul an overall excellent rating. I gave him a "good" rating on resposive but he was probably better than good. Surely the fact that he can handle just about any type of matter and he keeps pretty busy made his respose time a little longer than I wanted. With that said, he probably had 20 things going on at once while I was concerned only about my one item.
In a nutshell, I wouldn't hesitate and in fact have hired Paul again for any of my legal needs. He has proven to me to be very competent but just as important in this field he is trust worthy.
If you have a need for legal representation Paul Ultimo is the person you want to hire.

Paul was very understanding and compassionate throughout my entire divorce proceedings. He always had my best interest in mind and fought diligently for me and my children. Paul was constantly trying to make my out of pocket expenses as minimal as possible and was very fair to me regarding those expenses. Paul had great knowledge of applicable case law regarding my situation and was able to obtain the most fair settlement that we could hope for. I received a prompt response after E-mailing Barbara Craig, through AVVO. I was offered a free consultation immediately. Upon arriving at her office, my daughter and I were greeted very warmly, both by Barbara and her pet dog, Rosie. I was sent a notice to vacate my apartment, after nineteen years of residency. I believe the property agent who issued this notice, made a wrong decision as it was all based on slander. The agent refused to listen to my side and would not renege on this notice. Barbara listened carefully and reviewed the matter and explained why it would be difficult to fight. She was decisive and called this agent. She was very professional on the phone. The agent refused to withdraw the notice. Whilst I did not hire Barbara, I was overwhelmed with her generosity - what should have been a one hour free consultation (generous in itself), turned into a two and a half hour one! How many attorneys do that and expect nothing in return? She is a wonderful person and totally committed to her work and to helping people. I would definitely recommend her and would consult with her in the future, if I need a lawyer. She also has an extraordinary and interesting background, which I admire.

I found Barbara while searching online for an estate planning attorney who could complete my documents quickly before a drive across the country. While going through a very nasty divorce (3 years and counting), my ex took control of my business and stopped paying all debt I co-signed for including community property debt. I was faced with the decision that nobody wants to make.... I had to file bankruptcy.
I met with numerous large, medium and small law firms. Most meetings were with either a sales person with little knowledge or a paralegal. Having done my own research, I quickly learned that each time I was given bad advise and pressured to "sign up before it's too late". I came across Brian via Avvo and scheduled a meeting. Expecting to meet with another sale person or paralegal, I was pleasantly surprised to meet with Brian himself. I kept him busy with question after question during a meeting that lasted almost an hour. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was wasting his time. In fact he kept asking if I had further questions for him. He seemed to like the rapid and numerous questions I kept throwing at him. He had answers to the questions nobody else did and knows bankruptcy law inside and out. Some other firms I met with told me I had to have my divorce finalized before I could file. However, Brian was the only one with the knowledge and expertise to get my Chapter 7 filed and discharged. My case was not a simple one as my ex attempted to block my discharge and I had numerous creditors due to my business and assets. However, Yuri and Brian got it discharged with no problem. Both Brian and Yuri are the only attorneys I would recommend. If you have a simple or complex bankruptcy, I would not recommend anyone other than Brian and Yuri. The entire law group couldn't have been better to deal with!
Don't waste your time like I did with bankruptcy "mills", sales people and paralegals. I simply can't say enough about how great Yuri and Brian are...... They will take good care of you!

There is always that saying, you get what you pay for, and the staff and Mr. Fear was worth every penny. Kayla was a pleasure to work with and kept me up to date on every step they took as well as being keen to detail on all the documents needed for my case.
Mr. Fear sat with me and detailed everything on the schedules and brought to my attention anything that may draw questions or concerns and we dealt with them at his office before hand.
When I arrived for my meeting of creditors, Mr. Fear was already there waiting for me. Sitting and watching about 5 others go before me, 4 out of the 5 were missing documents and were rescheduled; their lawyers seemed lost and never intervened. One lawyer and her client were rescheduled almost immediately for missing documents.
My case was sent to confirmation almost immediately after I sat down, the trustee had no real questions for me and although she had a question about one particular document, Mr. Fear had it readily available on his tablet.
This is the second time I had to use Mr. Fear for hardships in my life and I am glad that I was able to hire him again to help me get a fresh start. I hope to say that I would never need his services again, but if I did, I wouldn't look anywhere else.

At the time I met Misty I was involved in a complicated Bankruptcy case pertaining to Probate matters that had been in dispute for three years. My court case at that time had cost me in the upper dollar amount of 80K, paying three pervious attorneys to defend me. Due to the complications of my Bankruptcy and Probate case none of my previous three attorneys seemed to know how to end the case filed against me so that I could have my Bankruptcy approved and Probate case closed. After meeting with Misty she explained the complications of my case. The litigants who filed the case against me were using the Bankruptcy courts to continue their Probate arguments thus effectively not allowing me to complete my Bankruptcy and settle the Probate case. I was being audited by the U.S. Trustee and sued in Bankruptcy Court for probate matters. Misty immediately contacted the U.S. Trustee who was auditing me, meeting all the Audit requirements she was able to have my Bankruptcy audit approved with no penalties or disagreements all within weeks. She then began to work on a strategy to have my Bankruptcy converted to a Chapter 13 that effectively ended the dispute regarding the Probate case. Misty strategy worked my Bankruptcy was approved and the Probate case that had been an open court case for three years was settle and approved also. I personally be leave if Misty was my attorney during the initial opening of my case it would not had lasted three years and cost me 80K. Her dedication to clients, her morals and honesty far exceeds her peers. Misty is an attorney that sees more than a client, she involves her self in a case as if it were personal and treats her clients like family, she is an attorney that takes action and truly wants a resolution in the best interest of her client.

Misty was outstanding in helping me with my bankruptcy. In the course of my business (real estate), I have worked with many lawyers, and in general I do not have a high opinion of attorneys. Misty is an exception - not only did she handle my complex case (dozens of assets, 30+ creditors, community property issues) very skillfully, she also managed my fears and concerns with compassion and understanding. When a creditor unexpectedly disputed the bk, she helped me in my decision to settle. My Dad had just lost my Mom and was forced to file for Bankruptcy. I was lucky enough to find Joanna through my employer and she could not have been more helpful or understanding of our situation. My husband and I had to resort to filing bankruptcy due to extreme medical bills we incurred. We didn't know anything about the process. We were referred to Legal Helpers through a family member. Our case was assigned to Joanna Stevenson.
Joanna was not only pleasant, she took her time to explain the process

I know Alan from around the community. I needed a trust attorney and met with him. Because of the pandemic, we had to meet virtually using zoom. He was very accommodating. He was able to answer all our questions. Once our questions were answered, we submitted the paperwork. Alan completed our trust docs timely. Once it was completed Alan met with us at our home to sign the documents. He also answered other legal questions outside the trust matter. I will recommend Alan for all your needs.

We hired Mr. Geraci 4 years ago for work. He was fair, always helpful, very professional and especially knowledgable. It was a difficult time for us and he was very supportive and positive. Many times he gave encouragement analagies that things would get better and they did. We share some of those positive thoughts with others to this day, who need encouragement.
Mr Geraci clearly understands his practice, the law and clearly how to best use them in his field for his clients interest. Four years later, we had to recontact him for copies of some paperwork and immediately he responded he would have it to us within 48 hours! I consulted with Mr Wiesen regarding a situation whereby I am being harassed monetarily by another attorney with whom I met for an initial consultation. I was treated so very respectfully by Mr. Weisen, as well as given the time I needed to discuss this situation. I highly recommend Ruben Fuentes! He helped me with my divorce and I was divorced in about 6 months! He also helped me get the child support and spousal support that I was entitled to by law. On top of that he also gave me a reasonable price and let me make payments. I was not able to find another attorney that was willing to arrange a payment plan for me. On top of that Mr. Fuentes and his staff gave me the best customer service and they were not rude. It was a pleasure working with them. Like many unfortunate Americans, I too fell hard on economic times with job and home loss. With limited income the collection calls immediately poured in followed by civil court judgements from credit card companies and their collectors. I was sunk, both financially and mentally. I felt trapped. Depression soon set in along with fear. Fear of the unknown, being served, garnished wages and additional court judgements. When I made that difficult decision to file BK7 I was referred to Anthony and he honestly did an AMAZING job handling my case. I am so grateful for that referral. I couldn't have asked for a better representative. After filing and making a brief appearance before the BK Trustee (which isn't as frightening as you think especially with Anthony by your side), my case closed and my BK was discharged a couple short months later. Mr. Dadmehr recently assists me with my chapter 7 Bankruptcy case against his own financial interest.m I had already retained his firm to defend me in a collection action. I was about to be foreclosed on and didn't have a clue who to use. Now someone mentioned another lawyer but when I went on line I saw all the same name so I didn't know which one they were talkig about. So I basically picked on. I was blessed that I ended up picking a good one. I only had about 5 days or even less before the sale date and when i got the call back, they gave me all my options, they were very honest and that let me know what decision i had to make. i decided to file the bankruptcy and they got the paperwork done and sent out and that stopped the sale.
