I needed a attorney for bankruptcy and was refered to Kristina by a friend. I called her and set up an appointment. Upon meeting her, I liked her instantly. Her fee was reasonably and I retained her as my attorney. She scheduled appointments for my convenience, kept me advised on what was happening, told me what I needed to do and when to do it. The whole experience made me feel like I was dealing with a friend instead of an attorney. If you want an attorney thats “got your back” then choose Kristina. You won't be sorry you did.

I talked with Kristina over the phone first. Then we met at a mutual spot, didnt have to go to her office like every other lawyer, even offered to buy me a bite to eat or a beverage to make things feel more at ease. (you dont get this kind of treatment from lawyers these days) Felt very comfortable talking with her about what to expect and what would need to be done to achieve my goal. She was very knowledgeable and confident when talking about the case at hand. She made me feel at ease with the process. Seeing how I had to spend money that was from selling my dream truck I was definitely looking for confidence and she has everything I was looking for.

The team at Buddy Ford's practice is thorough, professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgable. Buddy's experience shines through in his leadership of the cases and is perfectly complemented by his team, especially in working with Jonathan Seamch. Unfortunately, my wife and I had to navigate both a business Chapter 7 and a personal Chapter 11. Through the efforts of the team at Buddy Ford's law offices we were able to do so minimizing the financial impact to our living requirements as well as the time required so that we could focus on the work necessary to rebuild from the consequences of the bankruptcies. They are clearly respected by both the courts and trustees in the Tampa area which was very important in negotiating successful settlements in both cases. I hope to never be in a position to require the services of Buddy Ford again, but if I were, I wouldn't hesitate to call on them.

We had the pleasure of working with Daniel Etinger. He was very professional , “ down to earth “, kind and completely honest. He did a lot of research and background checking for us. Several emails, phone calls and a face to face meeting, (that he offered to us as a virtual mtg to save us the trip). At the conclusion HE felt it wouldn’t be “ beneficial “ for us to retain him. (We were a creditor). He said the decision was ours. We took his advice. He DID NOT charge us ANY fee for all his effort. Our experience was WONDERFUL. We would highly recommend Dan and his law firm.

I've just lost my business and everything else, and yesterday my car that was free and clear got taken away by the sheriff due to a writ of execution for a credit car debt. I called a lot of attorneys, and they all said pretty much that couldn't get my car back, that filing bankruptcy will not help to get it back. Most of the conversations were handle by the paralegals and very few attorneys themselves will take the time to talk to me. When I called Mr. Bigge's law firm I left a message, within an hour Mrs. Rodriguez, Bigge's partner return my call. She really listened to me, was very honest, compassionate and showed me their law firm is really there to help. She helped me and made calls in my behalf with out even knowing me, called me back several times to mantain me informed, until Mr. Bigge was able to call me. When I spoke with Mr. Bigge, because of the emergency of my case that I was trying to get my car back, he scheduled me in the morning of the next day, even though he was booked for the day. Before I went to his office he had already talked to the plaintiff councel and could get my car back. When I met with Mr. Bigge at his office, and he started asking me questions I thought everything was so chaotic in my life, but Mr. Bigge guided me in the right direction, showed me the light and made me realize my priorities. He explain that he's not in my plan until a year from now, that really showed me he's not there to get client's money, instead that he's there for the client's best interest.

I was in a custody/divorce case in 2013/2014 and Susan was my savior during that time. She got back to me in a timely manner when I had questions or information to give her. I was involved in a case involving a newborn baby and false allegations and after a year of little or no contact with my daughter I am now a thriving father of a beautiful little girl and spend half of my time with her. After 5 years, 5 attorneys and 25k latter i was blessed to find Mrs. Susan Lorene Ray to take over those useless attorneys that took their time just to profit from my situation and probably never even looked at my file. What all the others attorneys couldn't do in 5 years Susan did in such a little time with excellent results. So I’m sure every client experience will vary based off their factors regarding their divorce but here is my take on it. The firm can be expensive without a doubt. However I am sure there are more expensive and cheaper firms out there. I will be paying off my dues for a bit to come, but you are paying for the experience the firm offers. If I did not seek representation I would have absolutely been taken advantage of by my ex. The firms professionalism and knowledge was shown when my cases counsels started going head to head. I was represented by Chauntel Miller and she did an amazing job helping me throughout the whole process which was lengthy. Not only was she able to get a deal that I was happy with and worked best for me and my child she taught me some renewed attributes such as self confidence and discipline which was definitely lacking during the divorce. She is kind, patient and honest when you are working with her.

Mrs Alexandria who was representing me not doing her job my Ex was having in affairs I have all the proves gave them to my lawyer she said Florida law man can have many women they want. All. She was promised to do when a gave her the case At the end I come out with nothing. My Ex made 300k and I made 50k she make me pay for everything. I ended up paying him money. This firm enjoys harassing local businesses. Mr. Adam Miller has been trying to enforce and invalid subpoena for the past 5 months. TRYING is the important word. His shortcomings with paperwork could mean the difference in your case. Use at your own risk!! I would not use an attorney who cant even force someone to produce the evidence needed to defend you or win your case.

We hired Elena to resolve a child support case. She was consistently late, very unprofessional to my wife and overcharged us for a case that is STILL NOT resolved. Child support was never modified and she was completely unhelpful at the court dates

For the rest of my life, I will regret having hired Elena M. Perez as my divorce attorney. From the very beginning, I usually had to deal with her assistant, because Miss Perez was 'not available'. The few times I was able to speak to her, she never seemed to remember what we had discussed the last time we spoke. After almost 2 1/2 YEARS as her client, she decided to drop me. This could have been a simple divorce. I paid her a few thousand dollars for (what I consider) to be nothing, because I had to hire another attorney (who got everything resolved in about 2 1/2 MONTHS). In the beginning, I was 'okay' speaking to her paralegal (Maggie), but after a while, I discovered they were practically one and the same. The only difference was that Maggie was much more 'accessible' and had a much better memory. When I complained to Maggie about Ms. Perez' memory, she admitted to me that it wasn't a very good one. Their receptionist could not speak English. It was not long after I became their client, that the receptionist left. After I received a call from Ms. Perez that she had decided to drop me as a client, I received a call from her paralegal who offered to come to court with me on the last court date and she would help 'walk me through it' and also said that I should not tell Ms. Perez that she was going to do that for me. She told me she would not charge me so much as Ms. Perez since she was just a paralegal. I found out later from another attorney's office that the judge would not have allowed that. Yet Maggie had asked me for some upfront money. I have text messages and emails on my phone which can testify to most of what I have to say about this 'divorce attorney' and her co-workers. Some things, however, were discussed by phone so I have no way to prove those things. The last conversation I remember having with Ms. Perez (after she dropped me), was to request my records. At that point, she said: "but I thought you were going to allow Maggie to go to the Courthouse with you on the final date." Sounded to me like they were in on this from the moment Maggie said she would 'help' me - without Ms. Perez' knowledge. Very unprofessional 'team'. I would not let Miss Perez represent me if she would offer to do it for free.

Laurel let me submit a financial affidavit that was wrong. She did no fact finding or review before submitting. Glad I only hired her for part of it so changing lawyers was easily accomplished. One star because I couldn't do no stars.

Mr. Robold and his team made a very difficult time in my life easier. They listened to my concerns, thoroughly explained the laws and court procedures involved in child custody divorces/cases, and helped me to feel as comfortable as possible through the process. He, or a member of his team, were quick to respond to concerns, fears or questions that came up during my case. Mr. DeLaroche is an excellent family law attorney. He's a former circuit court judge and therefore has tremendous insight to the ins and outs of the law. I hired Lewis & Jurnovoy after having them recommended by a family member who had used them 20 years ago. Between a forced career change due to covid and going through a divorce at the same time I had developed a terrible financial situation and had become overwhelmed with debt. Mr. Lewis and Mr. Jurnovoy made my bankruptcy quick and painless. They explained exactly how everything would work, how long it would take, and how much it would cost at the very first meeting. They made sure the entire process was very smooth and painless. Even after ever my 341 meeting they stuck by my side incase I had anymore issues with creditors or collection agencies trying to come after me. If you are considering bankruptcy, call these guys. I promise you won't regret it.

I never was told the total would be $1690. I was immediately told pay $700 up front. I only noticed the $1690 on the receipt. I was then charged $100 for the FREE CONSULTATION of 7 minutes. The $100 was deducted when I asked for a refund of $700 a couple of days later, in LESS than one week's time. No reason for Jurnovoy to keep $100 when, because of their heavy workload from FOUR offices, he obviously had NOT started work on my case. I've asked for my $100 to be returned, LEWIS AND JOURNOVOY IGNORES IT. I am a sitting target. Single, 75 years old, cancer victim. They kept my LAST DIME.

Something that could have easily escalated, she turn it to be very calm and collected process. She knows the circuit and is very professional. I wish I could give a lower rating. If you are considering bankruptcy, please do NOT use this office for anything. They are unorganized and unprofessional. We hired Tony to look into bankruptcy options for my wife and me. Tony and Nancy rushed us for the $5,000 payment and took over two weeks to give us the starting paperwork to know what information they needed. We never signed any agreement or retainer and we had to call or e-mail every day to get information about what they needed (Also because they take their time responding). Nothing was clear from the start, and when you called and emailed to ask questions, Nancy and Tony became agitated and angry. They didn't want us as clients anymore because WE ASKED TOO MANY QUESTIONS! It's really ridiculous on so many levels. He and the office don't provide you with the necessary information on what is needed for them to get the process going, and then they get upset when you ask questions regarding what is needed. The icing on the cake was, after parting ways, the office still is trying to charge us over $1,600 for their "time." When you hire a bankruptcy attorney, you hire them for the job, not hourly. They got frustrated with questions and now want to try and charge their clients for their "time." LOL, I guess the joke is on them because they won't see that money, or at the very least, we won't be paying for it. WHATEVER YOU DO, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY!

This attorney wants all money up front. My husband had made payment arrangements at the beginning like a week ago and we had something happen and we needed to split up a different way. His paralegal was so rude did not even border on professional. If you are having money problems find an attorney that is not all about the money. Find one that truly cares because this man does not.

Please dont hire this attorney!!! Had the worst experience in my consultation. The guy was RUDE, didnt even allowed me to explain my whole legal situation, within 5 minutes he was already dismissing me without any help, recommendation or consultation on his part. Did not seem to care whatsoever about my situation, his answers were quick and short like rushing me to get out of his office. He showed no empathy or even courtesy at the time. The guy simply doest not care much to help his clients or and honestly treats people like garbage. Now I understand why he was working out of a diminute multiuse office facility with pretty much no staff. Do your self a favor seek the help you deserve somewhere else. Legal matters are serius and you will not want to trust someone so incompetent like this attorney.

Chris and his team (including Emilee) we’re so very helpful when I decided to file for bankruptcy. Due to a series of events, including a divorce, I had accumulated an amount of debt that was staggering to me. What’s more, there were several creditors that were becoming very nasty in an attempt to recoup their money, and because I had fallen on hard financial times, I simply couldn’t repay them. Chris and Emilee helped get all my filing paperwork in order. Even the hearing wasn’t as horrible as I’d expected it to be, thanks to their associate Isabel. Terrible experience with this office. The secretary got my information incorrect several times then had to constantly ask for the same information after it was sitting right in front of her. You were hired and paid in full $1700 for a chapter 7. It took you weeks to get back to me that you couldn't file chapter 7 for me because i made too much money. When i said ok i no longer need your services then, you kept trying to sell me on a chapter 13. I had to fire Chris Crowder before he could even get hired. Too bad i had paid in full (very stupid on my part) Chris Crowder said i can only give you like $500 back. He tried to rob me of $1200 after he couldn't proceed with what he was hired to do. I have filed a formal complaint with the Fl bar association. His simple response of "why are you getting mad at me? I didn't get you into this situation." You are absolutely correct. Every bit of information in the consultation is crucial and i learned the hard way. He never went over, working overtime as such a critical impact and i realized that. But for you to lock the doors of your business after telling me you're keeping $1200 is pathetic. You are a pathetic sad and weak individual. I will never do business with you nor will i recommend anyone to do business with you. You are a scummy lawyer and that is it. When it was all said and done i was refunded $1000. So he got $700 to tell me he couldnt do anything for me. I have yet to see a receipt for what that $700 has gone to.

Called for appointment and advice as need to get POA and other problems taken care of and secretary said she would see if any of the attorney’s could take this. She would call me back with answer and if they couldn’t she would give us some referrals to call. I mentioned how important it was and it has been over a week and no answer. Epic bad experience/waste of money, time and energy. To be succinct his staff couldn't be more rude and unhelpful which is actually the highlight of his practice. I made at least 13 unreturned phone calls to his office. With an impending hearing I felt desperate and disconnected from my case which involved my home. As my court date drew near I had no recourse but to call the Florida Bar. They were extremely professional and helpful and explained that they would send him a letter (which would take about 10 days). When I explained that my hearing was in less time than that they asked me to hold and called his office immediately. They returned to the line and indicated that he would be calling me. Surprisingly, he did. He was very agitated that I had the gaul to call the Bar. It was obvious that the only reason he called was because he was being exposed for the unprofessional he is. I wouldn't hire this guy to detail my car, much less do important legal work. You are the reason people group lawyers in with used car salesmen.
