Being the first time going through a bankruptcy process, Mr. Moral and his team of expert made the entire process looks very easy. I found Attorney Nielson (Dave) during an online search as we were needing an attorney to represent my wife and I in our first home purchase. Dave drafted the purchase and sales, performed the closing and performed the title search for our recent home purchase. As a first time home buyer, I was not completely aware of all the legal characteristics of buying a home. Dave is clearly an expert of real estate law. He provided above and beyond service throughout the entire closing process. Dave educated me on the process and helped me understand the legal elements of buying a home. He was patient and always quick to respond to my questions. He was willing to correspond via email, something that was very helpful for me as I am deaf. Our recent home purchase was quite complex as the seller was a trust. There were multiple trustees, which made the transaction more complex. Dave was able to work through the complexities very effectively, which made life easier for my wife and I through the closing process. Tim is one of the best attorneys EVER . His fees for one are in line and he’s more than willing to work with you. As far as not knowing what he’s doing is laughable. I’ve dealt with several attorneys already and Tim by far is the best! I’m fighting for custody for my daughter and Tim is fighting for her as if its his own child. My sister-in-law passed away in February. While helping my 80 year old brother in law sort through his financial matters we discovered that with the loss of income he would be unable to pay his outstanding debt. We contacted Mr. Solomon who accepted our case and helped us immensely during the bankruptcy process. Because I live in another city Mr. Solomon went out of his way to communicate with me by email in order to assist my elderly brother-in-law through the steps required. Mr. Solomon answered every email immediately upon receipt. He guided us through what seemed like an enormous amount-of paperwork and prepared us for the meeting of creditors which ended with a positive result. Tim Weaver did a superb job handling my legal problem. Very respectful of my situation and a great listener, he never over-promised me anything. He is reasonably priced and my outcome (once he laid out all the evidence for me) was much better than expected. He did a great job explaining my situation and the options available. He even provided guidance on things I could do before we went to court that would ultimately be in my favor. He took advantage of every opportunity (no matter how small) that I truly believe eventually reduced the time and penalties I could've received. Tim's staff also did an amazing job "behind-the scenes" as they were always available to take my questions, provide information, or pass along my concerns to Tim when he was out of the office. Nobody wants to be in the position where they require an attorney. However, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Tim again if needed. He treats his clients like family members and never hesitates to go the extra mile for their benefit.

I can't say enough about Dean Reed, I am so happy I picked him to handle my bankruptcy case. I had a rather complex case and he answered my zillions of questions and always responded quickly and eased my mind every step of the way. He never got aggravated or short with me on any question I had and was always kind and patient. He knows his stuff and is a pro and stays on top of your case!!! While I was searching for an attorney I read some other attorney reviews before I found Dean and some complaints of those other attorney's were questions not being answered, no call backs and being left in the dark. After my wife and I met with several attorneys we knew after a few minutes of talking to Mr. Montalvo, he was the right attorney for our Foreclosure case. He made us feel at ease and showed a personal human touch regarding our situation. Through out the whole process Mr. Montalvo and his staff kept us notified of what was going on and kept us abreast of any changes to come which really helped set our minds at ease. With the many ups and downs we had through out the process with our case, Mr. Montalvo demonstrated his knowledge and expertise of his work by handling all of those bumps professionally and effeciently. Owned two properties: Investment property in foreclosure a couple of years and eventually Mr. Montalvo negotiated a release and waiver of deficiency. Primary Home: Defended the foreclosure tried to obtain a modification was denied 4 times ended up going to trial lost the trial. Entered a Chapter 13 Plan under the new loan modification programs was able to obtain a loan modification with forgiveness of principal and eventually got out of Bankruptcy as we accomplished our main mission of obtaining a modification. Mr. Petersen is extremely knowledgable in consumer debt collection and consumer collection cases. Hired this attorney for an aggressive debt collector that had incorrectly reported to credit report and was calling continually, violating several laws. He was able to quickly resolve the issue and represent me in the court case. He thoroughly understands and defends consumer rights against these companies that will try to bully you while they knowingly violate laws, and I had utmost confidence in his handling he case. He is on your side as a consumer, and fee structure was very fair. I have hired numerous attorneys over the years for different needs, and for consumer collection and litigation he is the best I've hired, can't recommend enough.

I contacted Mr Expositio in May 2022. He was recommended by Met Life Legal program, from my employer in California. He was kind, interested, professional, and so helpful. He walked me through step by step of how to handle a Florida traffic citation. He followed up with phone call and texts and everything went exactly as he described. There was a wait involved, but expected as it was due to court scheduling, not Exposito's office or practice. I just couldn't get over how nice he was and genuine. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Bankruptcy was a lsat option for me (although now I don't know why it was a "last option") It should have been the first instead of spending all my retirement money. We had an unfortunate situation arise that required us to obtain legal representation. We met Alex Dowding during our initial consultation. Mr. Dowding was extremely knowledgeable about our situation and guided us through our case until the situation was resolved. Legal problems can be very stressful almost overwhelming. On a couple of occasions I became upset or stressed during our situation, but Mr Dowding quickly resolved the problem and thoroughly explained everything and reassured us everything would be ok; and it was. When starting the Chapter 7 process we felt so lost and frustrated not knowing who to trust and where to turn. Adam Ellis in my opinion is one the most awesome human beings our family has ever had the pleasure of meeting. He believed in our son when nobody else did. So many times the parents can be treated very rudely, kept in the dark, Etc. Mr. Ellis not only kept our son informed, but my husband & myself as well. He only had the best interests of our son at heart. Mr. Ellis worked tirelessly on behalf of our son, he never took the easy way out. He knew we wanted to fight and he stood by us the entire way. The case has been resolved, but he is still in contact with our son to make sure all is going well and that he is ok. We will never be able to repay Mr. Ellis for all his hard work and dedication. I called Adam as a referral, and he met the next day with me in my office, which helped me a lot since I could not leave work. I was a basket case, and he was so calm and professional that I immediately knew I was in good hands. He got me in contact with a DMV lawyer to handle that part of the problem and he even attended the DMV hearing! That meant that he had first hand knowledge about the officers testimony, so he didn't have to wait for a transcript to proceed with his motions. He attended all of the court appearances for me, which saved me that time away from work. He knows the litigators and judges at the court very well, so he was able to give me guidance as to what I could most likely expect if we went to trial. He obtained the video evidence and the police reports, met with me to review it together and gave me his opinion about my case. He had already contacted the prosecutor to talk about a plea, and after seeing the videos he filed a motion to suppress. After he filed the motion, he worked with the prosecutor and secured a deal, two days before the hearing to suppress, that I am very pleased with. After the court appearance to accept the plea agreement, he went with me to the parole office to be sure I was okay there, and has proactively checked with me to be sure things are going well and providing me with the paperwork needed to seal the record. Throughout it all, Adam kept me informed about what was going on and what he was doing. I have heard of some cases dragging on for months and months, but I wanted a quick resolution. In two months, Adam had everything resolved for me, and I'm delighted with the outcome.

Background - I was a landlord (in this case) and had some deadbeat tenants who were doing everything they could to avoid paying rent. Lies, excuses - and I was trying to be nice to them. It was completely my fault for allowing things to go on as long as they did, and after I finally got them out of the house, they owed me in excess of $6000 in unpaid rent, not to mention late fees and the work I had to do to get the house back into shape. I tried to no avail to work privately with them, to get them to start paying me something... anything. Long story short, I got fed up with their lies and excuses, and found out that they actually were "saving (my) money to get married and buy a house" - much different from their sob story of "I lost my job and we can barely make it!" I was angry to say the least. Mr. Ellis was recommended to me by a personal friend and after meeting with him, I was feeling much better. He assured me that while I may or may not end up with exactly what they owed, he would see it out until the end. After the initial papers were filed with the court, the ex-tenants were served a suit. We handily won the suit and it came time for the damages hearing... This is another area where Mr. Ellis stood out with his insight, only looking out for my best interest. Although we won the suit, Adam informed me that through wage garnishment and other court appointed methods, it could take years for me to see anything, and it would possibly come in very slowly. I was already out the money, and I preferred to see a lump sum, or larger payments that would actually make a difference coming into my account. He was able to negotiate a very nice, short payment plan with large monthly payments coming in to me from the defendants. He also had the forethought to include a clause providing an effective double judgement if they default even one day on a payment. I have already received my first money order (no checks, deadbeats!!) thanks to Mr. Ellis and his hard work. Throughout the entire process, he was very efficient, timely, and professional. He actually had to wait on me! I was kept informed and he even sent me a link so that I could check on the status of my case online. I will not hesitate to call on Mr. Ellis for ALL of my future attorney needs. I could not give a higher recommendation in regards to his performance, tenacity, and the favorable outcome to my situation. THANKS ADAM!!!

Recently, I called Patricia Carbone, Esq. to request an appointment hoping to discuss my IRS dilemma.
