My sister-in-law passed away in February. While helping my 80 year old brother in law sort through his financial matters we discovered that with the loss of income he would be unable to pay his outstanding debt. We contacted Mr. Solomon who accepted our case and helped us immensely during the bankruptcy process. Because I live in another city Mr. Solomon went out of his way to communicate with me by email in order to assist my elderly brother-in-law through the steps required. Mr. Solomon answered every email immediately upon receipt. He guided us through what seemed like an enormous amount-of paperwork and prepared us for the meeting of creditors which ended with a positive result. I had an unusual situation with my mortgage. Mr Weaver went out of his way to understand the issues and find a way to resolve them.

Tim Weaver did a superb job handling my legal problem. Very respectful of my situation and a great listener, he never over-promised me anything. He is reasonably priced and my outcome (once he laid out all the evidence for me) was much better than expected.
He did a great job explaining my situation and the options available. He even provided guidance on things I could do before we went to court that would ultimately be in my favor. He took advantage of every opportunity (no matter how small) that I truly believe eventually reduced the time and penalties I could've received.
Tim's staff also did an amazing job "behind-the scenes" as they were always available to take my questions, provide information, or pass along my concerns to Tim when he was out of the office.
Nobody wants to be in the position where they require an attorney. However, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Tim again if needed. He treats his clients like family members and never hesitates to go the extra mile for their benefit.

I can't say enough about Dean Reed, I am so happy I picked him to handle my bankruptcy case. I had a rather complex case and he answered my zillions of questions and always responded quickly and eased my mind every step of the way. He never got aggravated or short with me on any question I had and was always kind and patient. He knows his stuff and is a pro and stays on top of your case!!! While I was searching for an attorney I read some other attorney reviews before I found Dean and some complaints of those other attorney's were questions not being answered, no call backs and being left in the dark. This is so not the case with Dean. You are in contact every step of the process. Please do yourself a favor and don't look any further for an attorney. You will be very pleased if you pick him. I contacted Mr Expositio in May 2022. He was recommended by Met Life Legal program, from my employer in California. He was kind, interested, professional, and so helpful. He walked me through step by step of how to handle a Florida traffic citation. He followed up with phone call and texts and everything went exactly as he described. There was a wait involved, but expected as it was due to court scheduling, not Exposito's office or practice. I just couldn't get over how nice he was and genuine. THANK YOU SO MUCH! We had an unfortunate situation arise that required us to obtain legal representation. We met Alex Dowding during our initial consultation. Mr. Dowding was extremely knowledgeable about our situation and guided us through our case until the situation was resolved. Legal problems can be very stressful almost overwhelming. On a couple of occasions I became upset or stressed during our situation, but Mr Dowding quickly resolved the problem and thoroughly explained everything and reassured us everything would be ok; and it was. Recently, I called Patricia Carbone, Esq. to request an appointment hoping to discuss my IRS dilemma. To my surprise, I was able to speak to Attorney Carbone directly at that moment and we immediately entered into an initial question and answer dialogue. After a 30 minute conversation, Attorney Carbone explained to me, with great clarity, my position and the options that were available to me in order to resolve my case with the IRS. She explained how she could help me through the collection process including but not limited to the review and filing of documentation with the IRS, application preparation and submission, communications, and negotiations. She further described the efforts and action she would take on my behalf to minimize and where possible, limit my financial exposure to them. After about 30 minutes on the phone call, we ended the conversation and I hung feeling I had found just the right professional to represent and protect my financial and legal interests. To make a long story short, my IRS problem has been resolved.

Did you ever meet with a lawyer that gave you the shortest answers and minimum time, and when you left his office you felt even more confused?
Well this is not the case with David.
David will make sure you understand everything and gently explain all you need to know. You will never feel like you are taking his time.and you can ask as many questions as you need.
David was there for us just like a big brother. He made sure we completed all that needed and followed up with us in a very personal way.

I had three very bad experiences with previous lawyers. I did a lot of research before I called Sam. Key to me calling him was the content of the other reviews found here. As it turns out I didn't actually retain his services--in large part due to the fact that he was honest and forthright enough to explain that his area of comfort and expertise was actually not what I needed. He spoke to me for a significant amount of time over the phone while extremely ill. He called a peer to refer me to and actually called me back with that information just like he said he would. I knew from my consultation with Lisa McCue that my worries would soon be over. I had a consultation with another attorney who told me that I could only qualify for a Chapter 13 (and he didn't even look at any of my paperwork) and that I should try negotiating with my creditors. That didn't work out so well. I decided to see another attorney and found the McCue Law Firm. I was there for about an hour and did not feel rushed or felt like I was asking too many questions. I felt relieved when I left and I hadn't even started the paperwork yet.
I had many questions during the process of collecting all of the documentation needed for my case. I had so many questions and Carol, the paralegal working on my case, was so very helpful. She returned my phone calls, sometimes as late as 6PM and always made me feel reassured and was always professional. She answered every email I sent and addressed all of my concerns. She is truly an asset to the firm. Sonya was also very friendly whenever I called their office.
On the day of my hearing, Mr. McCue was prompt and we went over one or two things before heading in for my hearing. I was very nervous but he was also very reassuring and again, professional, not to mention personable and easy to talk and relate to.
Making the decision to file bankruptcy was a difficult one but this team is outstanding. I felt ashamed and embarrassed but the McCue's told me all of the reasons that I should not be and they were right. I am more than pleased with the quality of representation I received. Aside from that, it is my impression that this law office is not out to nickel and dime its clients, rather, they practice this type of law to help those of us in need and do a fantastic job.
