I do not know if these other reviews were paid for but this attorney has been non responsive for two years telling me where I live the mds won't take liens. If he was not able to represent me after a car accident he should not have taken my case. The chiropractor was irate as he had a verbal lien with her and did not pay it so she dropped me. She had some choice things to say about his office staff as well. Meanwhile he refused to take calls and leaves me hanging. Now I have to file with the state bar and look for an attorney that handles all this beware car accident attorneys are a dime a dozen find one in your own city

I did not have a good experience with this law firm. They rush you to sign the settlement paperwork but do not explain how much money you will receive. You do not receive the amount that is on the forms that you sign. As your attorney they should explain everything so that you are not surprised when you receive your check. This seems dishonest to me. Also, research the law firm before you hire them. They are being sued by an employee. This is public information, anyone can find it. They are an employment law firm but there is a lawsuit against them.

I have been a corporate lawyer for 26 years. When I was injured in 2017, I suddenly found myself on the other side of the aisle: I needed a lawyer. I did research, spoke with colleagues, and interviewed several attorneys. From our very first conversation, I found Daniel to be very straightforward and honest -- two highly unusual characteristics for lawyers. What most impressed me, however, was Daniel's responsiveness. Each time I called, Daniel personally answered the telephone (it's far more common for lawyers to use their staff to sift through possible clients). Webb Law helped me with a simple matter, it went smoothly with the other party and required about half the estimated amount of effort. Webb Law inflated the billing hours to consume 100% of the retainer. A planned meeting with one $250/hr employee was attended by three people billing nearly a combined $1k/hr, their attendance was not necessary and did not add value. Sending me a boilerplate document was billed at 2 hours. I contacted them about my concerns and they dismissed them and offered legal mediation as the only resolve. If you choose to use Webb Law be very clear about who you are meeting with, what their cost is, and how long it will take.

I was really happy with the service provided by Daniel and Ayal. They always made themselves availablr to answer my questions without making me feel like a bother. Only putting 4 stars instead of 5 because Maria, the receptionist, was kind of rude. But I just spoke with Daniel for the first time since my wedding, and when I told him about my experience with Maria, he explained that she was only at the firm for a week until him and Ayal picked up on her less than friendly attitude and let her go. Very much respect that they saw the issue so quickly and fixed it.
