Once again, Linda has come to my rescue. Earlier this year I was issued a speeding ticket from Anaheim Police Department (doing 65 in a 35.) I was worried that my insurance was going to go through the roof due to this violation.
I contacted Linda, sent her my citation and I didn’t think twice about it. Linda kept me informed every step of the way - when she got court appearance extensions, when she was attending my arraignment and when she attended my trial. Of course, she was able to get my case DISMISSED!!

After sustaining severe injuries in an accident, Chris was recommended by a mutual friend. Chris visited me in the hospital and although not in the right frame of mind to pursue a lawsuit, he started doing needed investigation for me and my family.
Once I began to heal and rehab, Chris and his assistant Aaron Sibley were very professional in eventually filing a personal injury lawsuit against the defendant. I was impressed with the compelling case that Chris presented on my behalf.
As a result of the case presented by Chris, we settled out of court with the defendant. I felt the final settlement was fair and compensated me for the severe trauma that I suffered.

My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that. I worked on 2 different cases with her. One for consultation to launch a business with my partner. And another one was to build a paper contract for my existing business. Both of the case, she took time to break down to help me understand very well, and that was a big eye opening experience for me. He told me that he hadn't lost a trial in a long time and he didn't want mine to break the streak. I didn't either ! We went to trial and he was in control of the courtroom. He was totally prepared. We were lucky to find Aaron Morris and Deanna Stone of Morris and Stone Law Firm!
I was being named in an Anti-Slapp case by Senator Catherine Blakespear. Morris and Stone jumped in, wrote the Judge a very well thought out and detailed statement with supporting evidence from previous Supreme Court cases proving that I should not be named in the Anti-SLAPP.
In the end the judge agreed with Morris & Stone's statements in its "Entirety". It was obvious the judge was impressed with with Morris and Stone.
If I ever have any legal issues in the future I will certainly contact Aaron Morris and Deanna Stone. If you're reading this review I recommend you call them as well, they give a great consultation are extremely knowledgeable and fair.

Scott does a great job of taking care of my legal issues, so I can focus on my Property Management business. I had an issue with a person that had purchased a building from me, and then many months later tried to make an issue that there was a problem with the 2nd floor of the building. We disclosed all in Escrow, but this person still tried to make an issue of it, and Scott quickly and efficiently took care of the issue. This is just one of the cases that Scott handled.
