Mr. Sears is very knowledgeable about Special Education and what schools should be providing their students. As someone who is a well versed parent of a child with special needs, I felt that I was still not getting what my child needed in school. I struggled to get the school to understand and work with my child that I became so frustrated and my child was suffering daily. I contacted Mr. Sears for help to see if there was anything he can do. He helped me navigate the whole process beginning to end until everything my child needed was provided by the school. He continued to provide follow ups and updates from the school and did not stop until her needs were met. First and foremost I want to just let everyone know that this man/ lawyer is a gift from God and I’m not just saying that he truly is. I had so much going on at one point in my life I had cases everywhere and he took on my case where I was facing time behind bars and let me tell you I could always get in touch with him it was never a phone call that he did not pick up and he is not a lawyer that once he’s paid he ignores you, he’s sharp, smart has a good working relationship with prosecutors. I could go on and on about what an outstanding law firm this is and they never make you feel like you’re a bad person , even if you are guilty of what you’ve been charged. Randy always sees the bright side of things if you’re going through a case that’s tough Ferguson and Ferguson is the law firm to choose. I would recommend Ferguson and Ferguson 1000% especially if you’ve been charged with a crime that could get you a felony and time behind bars . They do exactly what you ask and I was looking at a class A or B felony and Randy got it reduced to a misdemeanor, no jail time and unsupervised probation. You can’t really name that many lawyers that can do that , but if you want a great outcome then it’s Ferguson and Ferguson who you want to go with. I don’t usually do reviews but Randy did such a phenomenal job in my case I have to recommend them. Randy is smart , honest and hard-working and he’s going to do the best job for you so make sure you choose them if you’re going through a case that could affect your life because these lawyers truly care about what happens with your life. Ferguson and Ferguson is the right choice.

Recently I needed representation in an Alabama case. I live in Virginia and had no insight regarding attorneys practicing in Southeast Alabama. I called several offices and spoke with paralegals or office staff but did not have a high level of confidence. I called Mr. Bryan's office and was told he was in court but that I could set up a time to speak with him the next day. I did so and the conversation was pleasant, professional and, while nothing was assured other than excellent representation, I felt confident he would do his very best to represent my interest. I had a situation with Southern Eye Group in Bay Minette, Alabama where they gave me the wrong prescription and I spent close to $400 getting new lenses, getting a new exam (to determine my real prescription) and the trouble of getting more glasses yet again. I called and called and they flat-out told me they were not reimbursing me and stopped taking my calls. Clearly, a lawyer is too expensive to use for just being owed $400, but Mr. Mitchell worked w/ me anyway.
Before I get into his goodness, I’d like to say that I am melo-dramatic over my principles. I was fully committed to spending money I didn’t have for a lawyer over this nonsense after the way this business treated me. Many lawyers were not available when the paralegals heard my story (due to the lower-tiered financial outcome for the lawyer in question is my guess.) Many are so good (I guess) that they were always in meetings. Mr. Mitchell was available the first time I called and talked directly to me. I promised him no money up front or anything. He genuinely wanted to hear my story and just started advising me right then and there.
He walked me through the entire small claims court process, told me what to do when they defaulted and told me to keep quiet for the next 42 days after I filed the default while the courts work on it so their team of lawyers can’t do anything about it once that grace period passed. Not only has he continued to show me the best routes to take in my specific situation, but he even had me continue to call him to let him know how things were going. I’ve been chomping at the bit to get these reviews out about this man. (I specifically asked him for this website so I could leave the review where HE wanted it.) I wanted to wait until everything was finalized so I could give a full account of all the kindness and advice this sweet man has shown me. I even brought him and his team donuts! He’s so freakin’ nice! I go OUT MY WAY to let folks know about him because his kindness is never-ending. He reminds me of the kindness Alabama USED to show to strangers. Salt-of-the-earth at its best.

Mr. McArdle is a very stand out and stand up motorcycle wreck attorney. When nobody else would even take a look at my case he did. His honesty and goodheartedness is what sets him above all others. He was straightforward about every aspect of my case. Mr.Derek helped me out alot not one but on two occasions, he fought my case where I first I had wanted to give up on it but he found a way.
