I gave her all details of the situation I was in and She patiently listened to every word not once making me feel rushed. In 2005, my company purchased some (new) heavy equipment for a specific project. The equipment failed immediately, and the manufacturer would not warranty the repairs. This resulted in an almost insurmountable financial hardship. I met with numerous lawyers, that would not take my case. Pete Mackey and his co-counsel, not only took the case, but won at trial. The result was the highest jury verdict award, in that particular court, in nine years! Pete remains my attorney to this day, and I have no apprehension in recommending him to anyone.

I got into a car wreck in Birmingham last year, broke my collar bone, and ruptured 2 discs in my back which required surgery. I was personally involved in a car accident a few years back. I was taken to the hospital and treated for a neck injury that resulted in surgery. The accident report showed the other individual was at fault. But as I learn quickly dealing with the insurance companies was almost impossible. A friend recommended that I should go see Greg Zarzaur. Greg set down with me many times as we reviewed my case. Of course there was no question after meeting him that he was the right attorney . I could tell that he cared deeply and understood my situation. The case is over today and the insurance company settled with me for around $120,000. I am sure that without Greg I would never have received any substantial amount of money. It's not really even the money. As of today I have gone through two surgeries but with that said I do feel like the insurance company's were held liable.
Would I recommend Greg to a friend, ..........I'd put them in my car and drive them to his office.
