Danny Feldman's performance exceeded my expectations -- (which, by the way, were high). I hit a car that had pulled out in front of me at an intersection. My insurance company paid all the bills minus deductable and diminshed value of my car ($10,000 damage). BUT they said we could never win a suit to recoup my losses and compensate for minor injuries because the insurance company of the involved individual is recognized throughout the industry as very very difficult to deal with,
Mr. Feldman had been beyond helpful in a previous case, so I decided to reach out to him again. He didn't hesitate to get to work on my case right away. Throughout the process he kept me informed, answered all questions and perservered when others would have given up . Several times during the process, he correctly predicted the next outcome. Had I not followed his advice, my settlement would have much less.
Mr. Feldman did an outstanding job settling this case with not only the plaintiff's insurance company but also all the medical entities that claimed shares of the award.

Unfortunately, I have had two car accidents in the past 8 years both of which I was not at fault. I contacted Mr. Feldman's office on my first accident claim and was so impressed that I used him again on my second accident claim. I enjoy working with Mr. Feldman. He is professional and personable. He read over my medical records, listened to my story and picked up details about how the accident had changed my life that even I was unaware of. He was able to communicate with me so that I understood the process and reasoning behind some of the decisions he made on my behalf. I liked that I could email any thoughts, questions or concerns I was having and Danny would normally answer the same day. Phone calls were also returned promptly. I was really impressed with his intuition during the negotiation phases. He always knew what to do, it was always the right the decision and it always worked for my benefit. The office staff are professional and helpful as well. Unsure if I will ever need his services again but I won't call anyone else. I highly recommend Mr. Feldman.

Jarred Welborn has got the FIGHT. In a State (like Alabama) where I thought there was no possible way for a man to gain custody of his son, Welborn made it happen! He asked all of the right questions, collected every bit of information possible, put pressure on the opposition when needed, felt my "pain", listened to what I had to say and won the case.

I worked for the biggest tree company in the United States. After a on job injury in 2011, a friend recommended Tara Helms. Tara met with me and told me I had a good case and immediately got to work. She kept in touch with me when anything that came up in my case. I received e-mails, phone calls, and copies of all papers of my case. While working as a Social Worker I was both sexually assaulted, raped and physically beaten. Then and this is what a lot of people find more shocking then what actually happened to me physically is that I was sued by the County for being raped. If that is not nasty enough they hired private investigators to follow me around to and from my doctor appointments. It is hard very hard to get over being attacked the way that I was it does not help the healing process along to know that you are being followed again.
All by being assigned to case that did not meet our programs criteria. I had met with my supervisor three times that day explaining how this case did not meet our safety parameters for predominantly the children of the case I was given but time and time again she chose to keep her case numbers high and safety of those we were sworn to serve secondary at best.
Even after all of this you will have a hard time finding an attorney willing to one go to court secondly go to court against a municipality like a county. I went through several prior to meeting Tara that just weren't up to the challenge for one reason or another. I really had began to give up on finding an attorney that had the inner and outer fight needed for this kind of case. No attorney was going to make a lot of money of this case it was just a matter of finding someone that would do the right thing. If there is anyone better then Tara and more dedicated I have yet to meet them. She is a fighter, her record is amazing and most of all she really cares. Not quality's you find in many people these days. can't imagine recommending another attorney for anything.

Cameron won me a good settlement and he was always courteous, respectful, and professional. I have always had back problems & was hit while yielding on an interstate on ramp and was hit by a 16 yr old who was going about 30-40mph & texting about 3 weeks before the distracted driving law went into effect, and this dude never hit the brakes. I am almost certain he won my girlfriend at the time a good settlement as well. We separated before the case came to a disposition, but I referred him a few clients who he was straight up with about whether they had a legitimate case or not, and when they did, he took it and fought for them and as far as I know the case is still pending but I feel confident that they'll get good results with Cameron. He's very honest & upfront and you don't find that with many in his profession. He's almost brutally honest, but it's in his and the clients best interest if he thinks they don't have a case. The one I referred to him and he rejected ended up hiring another lawyer that kept him tied up where he couldn't work or do anything for 3 yrs, then lost the case. So, it took Cameron 5 min to essentially save him 3 years of waiting to find out Cameron was right. He thought Cameron just didn't want to take the case, but obviously in the end, Cameron was right and that's all that matters. His legal advice was 100% sound. I highly recommend him & he will be straight up with you & fight for you where it matters.

I was driving to one of my stores in North Alabama (in a company car) and out of nowhere was T-boned by another vehicle. The truck that hit me failed to yield to my right-of-way and said that he was waved through the intersection by an 18 wheeler. My car was hit on the driver's side door and spun around until I was in another lane and facing the opposite direction. The driver came to my window yelling that it wasn't his fault. I called 911, was cut out of my car, and was taken to Helen Keller Hospital, where I was seen by the ER doctor and transported to the UAB Trauma Unit. I had multiple tests, therapy sessions, and 5 surgeries over a year and a half or so to repair the soft tissue damage to my arm. During my first stay at the hospital I was contacted multiple times by an investigator--the driver that hit me was in a company vehicle and his company wanted me to make a statement about the accident. I was advised by a nurse that was checking my stats a couple of times when the investigator called to hire an attorney, and having never done so (and only living in Alabama for 3 months) I was anxious about what to do. I was given Ken Riley's name, contacted him, and felt very relieved for having done so. The phone calls from the investigator stopped after I directed him to contact my attorney, and I felt very safe and protected, as I was nervous about how to respond and how to protect myself. Ken worked patiently and supportively, always genuinely concerned about what I had been through and how I was healing, and guided me through dealing with Worker's Comp, depositions, and the mediations with both the driver that hit me and the truck that waved him through. I still have open medical, which is important, as I am still under medical care for nerve damage treatment. The most important part of the entire thing was knowing that I had someone in my corner, fighting for what was right, and allowing me to focus on getting well."
