The absolute worst and the most unprofessional people. Please do not work with them. I would leave no stars if I could. My case has lasted longer than 4 years and I called to try to get information on my case and they did not give me any answers and the person who answered the phone Chris was the absolute worst he should not be assisting people nor answering phones if he is going to act like people are bothering him and extremely unprofessional.

I have no words to express how thankful I am to have found Beatriz. Look no further. She knows what she is doing, she is actually available to answer your questions, she will work on your case very closely. The only thing I regret is to not had hired her sooner. I was involved in a traffic collision that left me with debilitating injuries. I had multiple injuries that were preventing me from living my life and maintaining my responsibilities. I was very overwhelmed by my injuries and my situation. Enter Torsten. I met Torsten and his associates through a friend of a friend and word of mouth advertising. I explained my situation, and he was very supportive and reassuring from the inception of our professional relationship. Torsten ensured I was comfortable with the process by answering all of my questions and explaining the process, including when I would call him out of the blue when i was freaking out. Torsten and his team blew my expectations out of the water with their professionalism, competence and quality of service. I was initially surprised by the amount of time Torsten and his partner spent with me. He didn't contact me through an assistant. Instead, Torsten and his parner worked with me directly, and that was the standard throughout the process. The process was three years of medical treatment and constant stress. I had no idea how to manage my stress and anxiety, but Torsten's effective communication and assertive support gave me peace of mind. In a time of pain, disability, confusion, stress, frustration, and fear of the unknown, I had confidence that everything was going to work out because of the time and effort Torsten and company invested in my case and recovery. I feel very lucky to have been recommended to Torsten Bassell. When faced with personal tragedy and an overwhelming loss it is difficult to have the energy and know-how to navigate through legal action as well. My case had the additional challenge of working with estranged family members and their counsel. I wanted to make sure my voice was heard and my interests were upheld. Torsten put me at ease immediately. He is very personable and trustworthy and I knew he had my best interests at heart. Mr. Bassell provided the interface and worked well with the other counsel. He handled my case with professionalism and control as well as compassion. I was in an accident a few years back and got badly injured. Unfortunately, I made the silly decision of handling my claim with the insurance company myself at first. After the insurance company strung me along for months though, I decided to hire a lawyer and I asked a friend if he knew anybody good. He recommended Torsten and Nicole, who had helped my friend out in the past. When I called Torsten and Nicole, I wasn't sure what I'd be getting into. I'd never had a lawyer before, but they talked to me about my case on the phone and then we met in person and I felt at ease. They never pushed me to do anything and were happy to meet with me to discuss my case whether I hired them or not. Of course, I ended up retaining them, and I couldn't be happier. Nicole and Torsten worked so hard for me on my case and ended up filing a lawsuit and battling with the insurance company for about a year in court. Along the way, the insurance company kept tossing BS offers at us and I was getting really frustrated with the entire process. It seemed that the insurance company would never pay me what I deserved. But Torsten and Nicole kept assuring me that the insurance company would come up with more money and that this was just the game they always played with people's lives. It turns out, they were right. After pushing and pushing through the lawsuit, the insurance company finally gave in and offered me a great settlement a few weeks before trial just as Torsten and Nicole predicted. Obviously, I'm happy that I got the money I deserved. But I was even happier with who got me the money. Torsten and Nicole were not just my lawyers. They were my friends. They took the time to listen to me and understand my problems and they stood up for me until the end. There were ups and downs for me emotionally throughout the process, and if it weren't for them, I'd probably have broken down completely and taken one of the insurance company's BS offers. In the end, I know I got what I deserved because of Nicole and Torsten. They are wonderful people and made me feel confident that I had great attorneys in my corner.

A truck driven by a female driver (while she was doing her nails while driving) ran into our car, spun around and hit us again. I received an injury in the location of the C6 and C7 in my neck. The attorney we had, totally mishandled the case. We were two days from losing our case, because our attorney did nothing. I contacted Gordon Phillips and in two days he turned the entire case around and we won. He has helped our extended family members for over 35 years when small situations arise that we needed his advice. He is brilliant, effective, charismatic in his negotiations, never rude or condescending like some attorney's. He really cares about you, your welfare and your case. He is very protective of his clients and stays on top of everything. The small details are what are often missed in contracts and litigation, that is just one of the reasons he is so effective and amazing. The most important thing, he wins cases because he is totally prepared, has great respect for his clients and takes care of the small details. I believe that Gordon is very thoughtful and firm in his beliefs in what is right and wrong. I appreciate that he and his staff are available after hours and even on the weekends. Gordon and his staff kept me informed throughout the development of my case. I was specially impressed with Gordon's preparation at mediation. Gordon walked in with poster board exhibits and I believe that this technique truly helped settle my case at the value it settled for. King Aminpour is hands down the best car accident attorney I have ever dealt with. I have been in three car accidents in my life and have had to hire an attorney each time. I had a landlord tenant dispute and thought there was no hope. I quickly realized the landlord was violating many laws by not performing needed repairs. I elected to move out and sued the landlord. My slumlord elected to settle the case because it was clear he was going to lose at trial. I was happy to receive a nice settlement check.

Friendly informative customer service. My lawyer's case worker made me feel very comfortable during my long total loss process. While i was CAR LESS . My case was very difficult since the other person did not admit she ran the red light! But my Attorney fought long and hard and even though it took some time i was always kept in the loop which was perfect for me since my work hours didnt allow me to call during the day for status updates. Ms. Rubio always spoke to me after office hours. She always took my call when i called her cell phone. Now i got a new car and im happy. i will gladly recommend this office. Thanks Chris Ingram law office for a smooth and straight forward process for my EB1 case. Let me breakdown my experience with them: 1. Intake: detailed breakdown of the categories that I could apply for. Tim was my intake specialist and he answered all the questions I had and gave me confidence to choose this lawfirm to support my case. 2. Onboard: pay the lawyer fees accordingly. I started end of Jan 2024. 3. Paperwork preparation: the team was available to talk to me via conference call appointment a few times. Majority of the communication will be via email. For my case, I focused the energy on 3 categories + Merit. The team shared the template for the recommendation letter for me. However, from data gathering and writing recommendation letter for signing, I had to all do it by myself. Once having all the approved document for each category, then they would proceed with having the category for writing by the legal team. Things happen in series so my entire case was not ready to be shipped out till end of August 2024, so plan your time wisely. I was hoping the team could be a bit faster, and they got back with additional charges if I wanted to expedite the case filing. I think this was just misunderstanding and later they clarified their intention, which I appreciate the transparent and professional communication language that the entire team upholds. Sometimes the email feels a bit generic and repetitive, but maybe that’s part of professionalism and ensure of constant reminder for your case. 4. Case shipping: they shipped with priority Fedex mail and provide me with a scanned document for the entire package, so I know things are included part of my petition. A tracking number was shared once the case got shipped as well. I paid for PP, and received the decision notice in time promised. I was in a bad car accident four years ago. Unfortunately it put me in the trauma center when returning home from the hospital I felt lost and confused. I was on pain meds and I could hardly walk. My experience in leaving a high conflict marriage (with a litigation attorney) has been nothing but frightening. Feeling confused, dismissed, deflated and defeated by a marriage I had put so much of my efforts and energy into left me lost and lacking any belief things could improve. Meeting Greg Silva was intimidating as I had lost faith and trust in attorneys after contacting many throughout the Bay Area - all dollar driven (watch out for those ads). Learning my rights which is never clear in our present society and putting faith into a stranger was my biggest growth and lesson thus far. David Falik is someone who can hold this with care, class and grace. The cost is high, however, their level of expertise and the safety I felt in my experience thus far has been priceless. I’m slowly getting my life back. Mr. Falik (and Silva & Associates) are ready to fight for your rights and if not well-verse in an area, they continue education to prepare. Mr. Falik has phenomenal listening skills and shocking expertise in handling high conflict personality types to an unbelievable degree. There was a young girl in the front with purple hair and she was very helpful. Asking me if I needed any water or coffee and showing me where the bathroom was. As soon as my family met this guy Jacob he was such a jerk. He was not very helpful. He was the worst lawyer I can say I’ve ever met in my entire life. I didn’t like the way he talked to his staff as if they were beneath him. Working in an office as a team means working together WITH potential clients. To top it off he was on his phone the entire time while we were talking and it was social media!

In Feb. 2024, I retained the Law Offices of Steve Gimblin to represent me after I sustained a minor traumatic brain injury (mTBI) in a bicycle accident and experienced acute post-concussion syndrome for approx. 9-10 months. After signing the retention documents, nobody ever called me. Three months passed with zero communication until I was informed that my case was being dropped. The reasons cited were facts that I could have told them myself right from the start. These guys we're unprofessional, unmotivated, and mostly just wasted my time. This firm doesn't seem to care about public safety or helping obtain justice for innocent victims. Shame on you, Steve.

I contacted Mr. Serrano in regards to a possible medical malpractice case. He was very responsive and attentive to the specific details. He stated there was an issue with this statute of limitations which he felt had most likely run out. He also gave me referral to another attorney for a second opinion which I appreciated. After some time of reflection, I had some additional questions, and left a message with his front desk for a return phone call. This was last week. I never heard from him. Today, I received a denial letter. It would have taken him less than five minutes to answer my questions. Part of being a professional AV Preeminent attorney is returning your phone calls, I believe.

Hired this attorney to represent my girls who were the cheerleaders in accident with Murrieta Mayor Alan Long. The girls were deposed and many questions that had to be filled out. We were told by Mr Serrano that Alan Long would be having to do same! We were informed only days prior for a mediation which was more of a bullying pressure tactic! I was told Alan Long was destitute that he owns nothing that he is upside down and is in bad financial shape! I later find out this not to be true and found out that Mr Serrano NEVER DEPOSED Alan Long! Mr Serrano states that I pushed for settlement which is a total fabrication! I have the messages that state I was not going that it was last minute and being pressured when I did not have enough information to make an informed decision! I also have Mr Serrano on recording stating my girls would not be charged for this meeting and when at this meeting the arbitrator said that was not true! So there is no trust and it is my belief he did not represent the girls best interest it was a fast buck and we are filing complaints with the bar association!

Big rush to get me signed up with "The Dominguez Firm". I had a concussion from the accident. The "people" assigned to my case were not interested in getting me medical help... I was sent to a Doctor that had ordered an immediate MRI, yet they could not find a MRI machine to accommodate my size and that was a part of theyre lien program... Two months later I still have not had the MRI... I have lost partial sight in my left eye and I have hearing loss which has gotten worse due to the lack of attention. This "law Firm" has caused me additional injuries by the lack of care... BEWARE

Couldn’t of asked for anyone better! Robert Kiser was always one step ahead of the game, everything was settled in a 6 month period. When I received a call from him letting me know the settlement amount I was in such surprise to hear how much he was able to collect. Robert Kiser is a very hard worker, very honest and straight forward guy, if for any reason you’re confused on anything he will call you in and try to explain it the best he can to you so that you fully understand. He is NOT IN ANYWAY SELISH, he cares about his clients and does whatever it takes to get the best outcome for you! He has a wonderful hard worker secretary that is on top of everything, she’s such a sweet wonderful lady. They both work great together and I 100% recommend Robert Kiser as YOUR NEXT LAWYER.

In the 7 months that it took to resolve my case, I only got the speak with Robert once. All of my correspondence went through Claudette his legal assistant. She is very polite ,but that doesn't make up for the poor treatment I received from their office. The Law Office of Robert J Kaiser never returned my calls and would not call me when they said they would. Between dealing with the at-fault parties insurance, and the law office, I had to make endless calls to remind them to work on my case and to check the status in order to get a check for my totaled car. A lot of the time she'd be like ohhh well we haven't heard back form the insurance so we haven't done anything... well... its been over a week and they said they would call back within 1-2 days, don't you think you should call and find out? I get that these things take time, but it really felt like everyone was sitting on the laurels while I was unemployed and without a car. Unfortunately when I did get a check for the property damage it was barely enough for expenses due to losing my job and to pay $1000 to the junk lot for 'storage' for a month because the slow lawyer and car insurance couldn't decide what to do with my car. Good luck If Robert is 'out to lunch', he likes to take long lunch breaks as long as 12-3pm, and even if he is in the office, well, 'he just got back from lunch' so he probably needs another hour or so to re-acclimate. I stopped visiting the Chiropracter in the beginning of August because I had enough of their games, I was starting to feel better and knew that the visits were going to cut into my meager settlement. August, September, October blew by, I was busy with school and called when I could, but they were often busy and would have a reason to call back, so weeks would go by and I would remember, oh yeah, weren't they supposed to call me back? In the beginning of November, I finally had enough and took a loan from my parents so that I could buy another car. I was sick of communicating with the Law Office of Robert J Kaiser, so as you could imagine, there was radio silence for a month until the Christmas holiday. Robert actually called me and told me that the insurance hasn't responded to their phone calls or e-mails in months so he is just now going to attempt to contact a supervisor to get my case closed. Turns out that as we expected the other person didn't have enough coverage, it was capped at the minimum $15k, so the insurance refused to pay anything over that, and the Law Office of Robert J Kaiser was just like, okay! FINE! I've had enough I just want whatever check I can get and go. I'm done dealing with scumbags and insurance companies. Well January rolls around so I call every chance I get to see where my check is. Finally in the second week I call and miraculously they find my check in my file, despite their promise to call me as soon as it arrived. It was verging on comical how bad this office is. From my check arriving, to me actually having it in my hands took another 2 weeks. They had to reimburse my health insurance (which they got a whopping $200 reduction), and their chummy chiropractor which miraculously took off nearly 50% (sounds like some sort of scam to me but what do I know). There probably aren't many good lawyers out there, but if you want a proactive and responsive lawyer, look elsewhere.
