Well, if you want to know about a business and their performance you should ask from the true client who had bad or good experience not few friends who leave good comment with 5 star rating.
I do not recommend Arsine and Grun. For the following reason, I gladly can provide a phone number who wants to know more.
1) she has not a good lawyer for cases that need more knowledge of the law. She is not fighter, she scare to go to trial and fight for me because she don’t have enough law knowledge ( she is rookie)
2) the staff is so unprofessional, if you yell and screen that’s not mean you know your job, because you yelled at the adjuster they made me 90% in fault.
Learn how to talk to people, listen to them, let them express their idea, don’t jump on the conclusion specially for people who English is not their first language.
3) Arsineh has no control on her staff behavior for the same reason she lost my case because her staff gave incorrect information to adjuster. Imagine how hard will be if you want to change the mistake
4) She has no dare and enough courage to go to court she thinks being an accident attorney means sending you to chiropractor, schedule with adjuster, sending the bill and make you happy. No that’s not a true lawyer duties
5) she lost my case with 90% in my fault, after long conversation with her i found out she has no enough knowledge, experience, and flexibility to fight. I withdrew my case and hired another firm to fight and I won the case
6) she is money hungry, but in bad way, means she offer you verbally %50 of the case but she write %33 in the contract, at the same time she increase the bills to make some adjustments without your knowledge, she offers a buddy shop, be careful this is trap.
7) conclusion, If you have a small car accident that someone hit you from behind, and you have 3 evidence, and you have lots of damage, totaled vehicle, and video recording she can help but if you have a car accident that needs more attention and knowledge then, she is not qualify. She follow the protocols like robot, if you want to follow the rules you could be a good IT programmer but not good layer.
A good attorney must have some flexibility, knows shortcuts, have some laws and rules knowledge, be innovative, and maintain your integrity.
I hesitate to leave this comment for past 9 months but I think this commence could help you to decide if you want to hire Arsineh and Grun. Always get 2nd opinion and don’t waste your time like me.
Think twice, read few comments and make sure those comments are not fake

I was in a car accident last year and things have finally settled. I was rear ended, two cars were involved and both were fighting over who's fault it was. I found Ghitterman, Ghitterman & Feld about 5 years ago when the law firm that was representing our son literally dropped the ball with a workmans comp. Case. They took right over and got us the results that we needed for our son. Our situation is different than normal where ours is a 3 case situation. We settled the first case which was the workman's comp case and we were very pleased with the results. We have just settled the 2nd case which we initially believed was not going to be a case, but we are now waiting for a settlement check in the mail and very, very pleasantly surprised with the outcome. Last case is in the works and I have no doubt that we will get the results we hope for on this one as well.
They made us feel heard, included us in all steps and decisions and fought hard for us as their clients.

We hired Ben 4 years ago after my husband was seriously hurt . He seemed like he cared at the time. However, as time went on it became apparent that all he cared about was himself. He did not fight for our case. Instead he used all the information and documents we gave him ..... and used it AGAINST US. Now 4 years later my husband is still in pain everyday. EVERY SINGLE DAY. I don't feel he tried very hard at all to win our case. My husband is injured for life. He will never have use of his arm again. Ben DID NOT do what he promised us... He said he was a fighting lawyer and that our case was clearly something he was able defend and win. It took a long time to be able to write this review, 4 years, because of all the heartache we still face , day after day. He did not consult with us on the last day in court.
He just never called again.

Slip and fall cases are very difficult. Nevertheless Ben and his team of professionals accepted my case against a very large retailer. It was settled pre-trial for a fair amount. I was referred to Jacklyn Bentley from the Bar Association. I was injured in a car accident. The defendant was 100% at fault. My car was totaled and my T11 injured. Geico refused to believe I was hurt. My first attorney filed the law suite because Geico would not settle. Unfortunately, he got ill and had to drop off. The second attorney had a heart attack and had to drop off on advice of his doctor. I spent two years trying to find an attorney while Geico beat me up. I contacted many attorneys. They all turned me down, as two attorneys had already been on the case. I went to the bar association for help. They sent me four attorneys to contact for a free consultation. Jacklyn was one of the attorneys. The case was complex. She was honest that her case load was such that she could not take the case but gave me several names to contact and encouraged me not to give up. She was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions. All the other referrals said no and left it at that. However,Jacklyn provided a lot of information about the legal process and gave me names of attorneys to try. She then went one step further and reached out to see how I was doing. She is more than a good attorney she is a compassionate caring human being. In the future if I need an attorney, I would not hesitate to contact Jacklyn.

We hired Thomas McDonnell after my husband and 96 year old aunt were involved in a auto accident. My husband was driving and was not at fault. We both had medical insurance coverage through our employment, and auto insurance. Our aunt unfortunately passed away from her injuries. Later, our medical insurance company wanted to be reimbursed thousands of dollars for the medical payments. Tom helped us through this devastating situation and we settled with a great outcome. During my juncture with Jack A. Fierstadt, As a former client I discovered him to be untrustworthy and not knowledgeable about the law. My concerns range from misrepresentation involving wrongful filings, and procrastination. Jack A. Fierstadt simultaneously misfiled cases, failure to know/properly apply the law, procedural errors, and procrastination in performance causing harm to "client interests". As a lay person when you hire a representative you except for them to be thorough, knowledgeable and loyal. Based off my experiences, I would not recommend Jack A. Fierstadt under any circumstance.

Jack and his team have done an excellent job in keeping this case on track and giving me hope of righting a serious wrong. He is knowledgable and skilled at strategy in litigation. This case is involves fraud , conspiracy , conversion and malpractice against trusted family members who took advantage of their position. The case is complicated and Jack has done an excellent job at keeping the opposition from clouding the issues with misdirection and lies. My opponents are formidable but Jack has turned their arrogance against them by repeatedly pointing out their false logic to the judge. This case is ongoing and details must be withheld for now.

I hired this attorney to represent my then 11 yr old daughter who was attacked at school and sustained severe injuries. He repeatedly asked for the same info losing documents, falling asleep during depos allowing the defendants to schedule 5 depositions allowing excessive over questionings and badgering of my minor child. He would make duplicate copies of info he didn’t need then couldn’t find important documents he did need that was provided to him several times. We discovered he was attempting to make a settlement without my approval then when I brought it to his attention he dropped her case and thank God another attorney got my child the Justice that this attorney failed miserably to do! We had a case involving a large company with what was described by a mediator as an insurance firm that was very difficult to deal with. We hired Kuvara Law Firm, and with no additional cost, they brought in Steven Cornet, a highly regarded litigator. When we finally entered mediation after a dragged out schedule set by the opposing team, we were able to observe our litigator in action. We had been advised by Mr. Cornet of the typical awards in the county where our trial would be held. The mediator also clearly advised us of the court, witness and other costs involved in trial. My wife, the party with life changing injuries from the collapse of a defective store display, and I had previously agreed on what we felt would be a fair net outcome for us after expenses. Mr. Cornet was able to negotiate that outcome. Further, the Kuvara-Cornet team negotiated with the medical provider and others to further increase our net outcome. Ultimately, our settlement was significantly more than we had anticipated. Colby Kuvara then arranged for us to have a phone conference about the possibilities of future medical attachments to our settlement. Based on that conference, we determined that no set aside would be required. Our full settlement check was mailed to us certified mail the next day. I would strongly recommend Kuvara Law Firm and Steven Cornet, attorney, for your personal injury needs.

I needed to consult with a lawyer on some General Litigation. I called around town to 3 local Sonora Lawyers explaining that I just needed a consultation for now about what to do in Small Claims Court but none would see me and actually recommended I try the Chenault Law firm. I called and the Chenault Law receptionists setup an appointment for me for a free half hour consultation with the owner of Chenault Law...Sally Chenault. They also have offices in Modesto, Ca.
I am 67 years old and over the last 50 years I have had to deal with a lot of lawyers and it has been my experience that female lawyers work twice as hard and are more honest then male lawyers in general. I explained my pending ligation to Mrs. Chenault who I will just call Sally who explained to me in detail what I needed to do in great detail for the full half hour. Since my damages where under 10K, Sally recommended Small Claims Court as my least expensive avenue. Her advice was so good that I was able to force a large National Corporation to pay me my damages due with out going to Small Claims Court by just sending a few choice emails through the proper channels. I received my money in 3 weeks instead of years without any litigation involved. Sally did not make a dime on me but gave me her legal expert advice willingly and for free.
My first impressions of Sally--very nice looking woman with a soft spot for dogs. She had a big "older" dog in her office she recently rescued (that tells me right away she has a kind heart). Also on her desk about 10-15 very organized hard bound case files in alphabetical order with different colored posted notes hanging out at various spots.
I was greeted with a warm smile and firm handshake- Sally is a sincere honest and hardworking woman that was not a bullshitter and informed me about the pros and cons of court and my case with this big Corporation....whether you wanted to hear it or not. I was impressed with Sally Chenault and when another legal problem, big or small comes my way I will be sure to consult with Sally Chenault and her Law Firm first as this "Lady Lawyer" has your back.

You have to be very careful about hiring this attorney. Your case will not get the full attention that it needs. You will have to check every thing he does including the spelling. He mixes up previous cases with yours. I had a case dismissed due to him not replying in time. Please do your homework and fully check this guy out. I would recommend to avoid using this attorney if at all possible. I was represented by Joshua Burt in a case against AT&T. When engaging the services of the attorney I signed a retainer agreement which clearly stated that he would have errors & omissions insurance (malpractice insurance).
After the conclusion of the litigation I contacted Joshua to inquire about his insurance provider. Joshua told me that he did not obtain the contractually agreed to insurance. When I learned that Joshua did not adhere to the contract I contacted the California State Bar to inform them of the breach.
The California State Bar informed me that Joshua was going through a personal financial crisis and as a cost savings decided to not purchase insurance.
Also during settlement negotiations I requested for Joshua to withdraw as my attorney and dismiss the case. Joshua continued negotiating after my request for withdrawal. It would appear the Joshua's personal financial crisis motivated him to disregard my request for withdrawal and to engage in bad faith negotiations in order to obtain a quick settlement which contained in illegal waiver of rights pursuant to Business & Professions Code 16600.

They will act like they care about your case and be friendly but do the absolute minimal amount of work possible. They literally charge you for every text message and any type of correspondence. He really screwed me out of a lot of money and didn't accomplish a thing. I was out 10k and the bills were just racking up. Nothing was happening in my case though. I was paying him what I could, about 200 a month. I didn't have any lump sum money left to pay him after the 10k. Just before a court date his office informed me he was not going to continue representing me unless I paid him another 8k upfront. I told them I was paying him all I could, so he quit my case. He left me right where we started over a yr prior only without any money and without representation. I mean it, absolutely nothing had been accomplished in my case after all that money and ask that time. I immediately stopped paying him at that point. I had already paid him close to 15k and my case had gone nowhere. He spent all the time in court arguing with the opposing attorney or requesting continuance just to rack up fees. I really think he and the other attorney (Richard Gahn) had a racket going together to rack up fees for their clients. Now, his office continually calls threatening me if I don't pay him. I've given him ALL I'm going to give him for the lack of service I received. I will have to say, he is kind, seems to know his stuff or where to find answers, and he seemed prepared for court .He did seem to know my case when he got to court, which is more than most can say about a lot of lawyers.
