It was a joke with this whole law firm. They never answer the phone. Never respond to emails. Never paid out my doctor's or paid me my settlement check. Now I'm stuck paying out my doctors out of my pocket. Don't hire this firm. Go somewhere else. Save your sanity and save your money.

Let me start off by saying I am a father. And yes this father and his son got what they wanted . Jeff is a great lawyer straight to the point does not take any bullshit. gets down to business he will fight for you. I see some negative reviews on Jeff but he always got back to me by email and informed me about what was going on he changed my child's life thank you Jeff and Stacy. These guys do not charge an arm and a leg for there services great prices.

I hired Jeff Grotke to represent me in my child custody/ support case. Mr. Grotke and his staff performed awesomely!!. From the first interview until the final judgment I was informed of any updates, including court dates and was provided constant feedback throughout the process. Mr. Grotke and staff were able to secure proper visitation through the courts for my non-custodian child as while as primary custody of my youngest child. He fought hard with the Child Support Services Department to ensure my ex-wife provided accurate income verification which resulted in the reduction of support paid by 80%. Thanks to Mr. Grotke for doing something I’ve tried to do for over 10 years. I would recommend this law firm to anyone that needs real results.

Justin belittled me consistently and billed every second without answering the questions I had. He would interrupt when I was trying to clarify the legal process. His out of country location makes him hard to use for in person family court with an aggressive style and lack of patience or compassion.And would not meet expectations that he had set.

This guy will jump ship and sell you out. He does not put the effort into your case. He is shiesty and only about your money. You will mostly deal with his paralegal mellisa who is nice and well intentioned or Jose who should not be working for any attorney. I was kept uninformed, and my responses were filed at the last minute. I never felt justin was truly on my side. Instead I felt he was completely flaky, unprepared, and would handle my case on the fly. I was never even briefed for my hearings. when I received my files , I wasn't even aware of certain aligations against me. The guy would flat out lie about his actions. I think he's capable as long as you have plenty of money to blow. I would not recommend him as a family lawyer nor is he worth what he charges. He now mentions parental alienation on his sight. As a former client I guarantee, your child is not a true concern. Take your money to someone who is genuine. This guy should be reported for mal practice. He is a complete disappointment.

Very disappointed hired her and she sent someone else to court and I had to speak up for myself. Hired her again and she Lost the TRO. Asked her to represent in a civil suit she stated she needed to check for other counsel to help her. Nice mature lady sharp temperament means well.

Our lawyer recommended we call Marianne Borselle regarding squatters that would not leave a house we inherited. Marianne did the impossible. Through her efforts and her efforts alone, they just vacated the premises. I highly recommend her for this sort of problem.

During my juncture with Brandon A. Carroll, I discovered him to be untrustworthy and not knowledgeable about the law. My concerns range from misrepresentation involving wrongful filings, and procrastination. Brandon A. Carroll simultaneously misfiled cases and engaged in a pattern and practice of attorney misconduct. As a lay person when you hire a representative you except for them to be thorough, knowledgeable and loyal. Based off my experiences, I would not recommend Brandon A. Carroll under any circumstance.

Attorney Mr. Lawrence Strid has handled many business and personal legal cases for my company (ACG Technologies), and my family, and has always handled them expeditiously and always with an outcome that exceeded our expectations.
He really knows the law and has surprised us on several occasions with legal remedies that were creative and successful. He is always available by phone and ready to help and a true professional.
After several failed relationships with previous attorney's who were difficult to get a hold of or would not return phone calls, cases left in limbo and languishing, or not following through etc. I feel blessed to have an attorney in Mr. Strid who is readily available and follows through consistently on handling all our important business and personal legal matters. I highly recommend him and I promise you won't be disappointed.

We were represented by Mr. Strid in a civil litigation matter and an auto accident. In the auto matter, we felt he led us along and then just dumped our matter when it came to mediation by not fighting for us. In the civil matter, we received very poor advice (which we found out later from several other attorneys) and when things got tough due to the bad advice, he left us hung out to dry and dumped us when I had cancer. His bad advice has cost us close to $100,000. He does communicate well and return calls timely but has poor people skills. In both cases, he seemed uninterested in our best interest and only wanted to settle.

Mr. Andrew Chin, that's how I called him. I don't called him anymore because he has no time for me. That's what the young man at his office told me two months ago.a great guy I would say. My friend, it was more then just my attorney. He is very professional. And I trusted him. He got me out of trouble, help me when I stared business unfortunately, now he has no time for me. I am very disappointed. Just because I am an addict d doesn't mean I am a liar, criminal, or crazy annoying guy. I hired Jonathan Lewis to represent me after my son and I were badly injured in a car accident. Mr. Lewis was there with us every step of the way. As we did not have health insurance, he found us a doctor and got us the medical care we needed right away. He kept me informed about my case and got us both a settlement that paid all our medical biils and gave us extra money for what we had been through. Mr. Lewis not only worked hard for us, he also cared about us. I would recommend him to anyone.

This lawyer took my personal injury/auto accident case and filed a summons for court hearing, which was fine. He always had a problem however, not calling or taking calls from clients. I had used his legal services in the past, and his communications was always a weak point. Gary had scheduled a meeting with me and a case witness that traveled from northern C, to meet with him. Chambers cancelled the Thursday meeting and re-scheduled for the following Monday. The witness flew down again - and five hrs. before the Monday afternoon meeting his office called and cancelled again! The meeting was again scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. I called his office to speak with him and find out what was going on! He wouldn’t speak with me but I got an email from him (he wouldn't even call me to explain) and he stated in the e-mail that he is going to withdraw from my case - because I upset his staff with my calls about meeting changes and case details! Now, I have a pending court case and no lawyer! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

My car was totalled 7/29/09.The collision company recommended him highly. I brought all my paperwork to Mr. Amerberg in Sept of 2009. His paralegal Jessica took care of everything. It is now 3/15/11. Nothing has been settled. I call and it takes days to receive a callback and when I get one, it is always from Jessica and there is always an excuse as to why there is a hold up. I ask for copies of correspondence and never receive any. I actually think they have lost my paperwork. Anyway, I'm reporting him to the Bar. Don't Use this Attorney!

Hired Mr. Barba as a 3rd party to evict a tenant. He didn't seem to put much time or effort into the process. Never bothered to gather any information to put a case together. Seems like he wasn't competent enough to fight the case and evict tenant. He was given an up front retainer fee to pay for all cost, at the end he exaggerated his fees and doubled his cost. A lot of his charges were on basic clerical duties. He doesn't charge for actual time spend instead charges for what he is legally allowed. So instead of his fees being $2,000 like he initially quoted, it increased to $4,900. Not once did he step in the court room. Completed 3 legal forms. Made a few negation calls with tenants lawyer, dragged case for 6 months. I would have gotten a better results through a standard eviction paralegal for 1/4 of the price.

Bryan is an interesting lawyer. He seems awesome then you see how he treats his clients. He will talk down to you, in fact, swear at you. He will blame you for not knowing things and get upset at the very end for major details that he and his partner should have resolved at the beginning; things that effect your ultimate settlement. Also pay very close attention between what he says is the rate and what you sign in your contingency agreement. He says one thing and then takes the bigger chunk at the end with no recourse available to the client. He generally settles or wins so that is the only reason I'll say I'd recommend him. Just be prepared to pay to be disrespected on multiple occasions, be prepared for him not to do his early homework-waiting till the end to realize that particularities needed to be handled when he first takes a case, and be prepared to hear their rate is 'x %' when in reality it is 'y %'. I had more stress from dealing with this attorney in some ways then the actual personal injury I sustained. Anyway, he's a pretty good lawyer with a very abrasive personality. If you can find another pretty good lawyer without these issues, then go for it! Good luck to you all!

Nightmare. Opposing side is now using this judgement as a leg up and now children are suffering.

Tamara Binns knows very little about law. I actually don't know how she has a license to practice. She represented my ex in a family law case. She was unprofessional, catty, dishonest, and also dishonest with him, which is insane because he was her client. During court she demonstrated that she was also pro-abuser and anti-woman. Tamara states that she is a criminal defense attorney as well as family law and car accident. I hired her to represent my husband and she did absolutely nothing for him except kept asking for continuances. Never was there any motion made or did she object to anything that was being said. I have felt that I paid this woman to send my husband down the river. After he took the plea deal of 19 years that he, she told him that it was a good thing that he took the deal because the last 2 men she represented ended up getting life. I think that maybe she is an ok attorney in the other areas of the law like in family law, which she practices in more often, but she is definitely not worth hiring if you need her to keep you or your loved one from doing any kind of prison time.

They are quick to jump on a case relatively easy case in my opinion. after doing most of the paper work for them police report, Hospital records, witnesses statements etc... its been over almost 8 months and leaving over 7 messages call their main office got hung up on and receptionist having an attitude. Mind you we are a client very understanding and patience client, But as far as patience goes it ran out about 3 months ago. My little sister credit score is shot waiting for an answer. Collections from hospitals are flooding in still no respond. Calling their main office which was in L.A. I did not have the phone number of the San Jose office available so I asked the receptionist for the address and phone number of the San Jose office she tells me she is unable to located and wouldn't even try to goggle it for me I just found the office with one click of a button. Wow how dedicate are these lawyers and the people who works for them. I wouldn't recommend these law firm to my worst enemies or maybe I should. Shame on this law firm for taking advantage of people who rely on your law firm for any type of legal representation maybe the case is not worth their time if so they should of turn down the case when first presented.

I had to do everything to get the ball rolling. I got compensated for damages after 3 months of me calling and figuring out what I personally had to do. As far as attorneys they are not trustworthy and the service was poor. PLEASE DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY. Unless you have a huge claim to take out they will not help you. They canceled my physical therapy because it was not worth it to them to deal with my case. Rebeca was my direct contact and I sent in a reciept for my damaged laptop with a circle around the "tax not included" part of it. I called her several times to clarify this and got a check for damages minus tax and therefore could not fix my damaged laptop. She then proceded to tell me I had nothing to wait for except a call from the physical therepy office. After 2 weeks from speaking with her I contacted the physical therepy office (which i had to contact in the first place) and they told me that my Lean did not go through and tey were supposed to inform me about it. Terrible service all around. I recomend not employing their half ass services.

Mr Liss was paid $500 as a retainer for my probate matter. He made several broken promises. He had promised me paperwork to file and never provided it. A week later I email Mr Liss for the paperwork and he never responded. I then called him and he also never answered Two weeks after the promised paperwork to file he avoided my calls so I called from an alternate number. And guess what he answered! He couldn’t grasp his words when he answered and then again promised me the paperwork that weekend. Once again he failed on his word to provide it to me. So I wrote Mr Liss today and told him moving forward I am hiring someone new because this matter is very important to me. I basically got a letter sent to the other party for $500. Don’t waste your money.

He's convincing. He slandered me because I sent him a thank you with a reference to Jesus. He was furious because he said there is no God and Jesus is a made up story.
Why not just say thank you and give the gift to another?
Gets worse, then he strongly threatens he will sue me for slander, too.
I wouldn't do business with someone with so much baggage. Can't have an honest conversation.

Hired Dr. Eggleston at the suggestion of a medical provider after a car accident. He dumped our case after receiving a denial from the other persons insurance and then out of the blue just fedexed us our case file and dumped us. But don't worry, the staff at Eggleston's office made sure to contact our medical provider to tell them that they dumped us and not to expect payment! I work in a law firm myself, so I know how clients are meant to be cared for. DO NOT HIRE HIM!

Someone referred me to Attorney Nameth to handle my personal injury case involving my being hit by a drunk driver. Although I was standing on my feet, and was hit twice by the drink, hit and run Driver, Fred Nameth managed to assist the Insurance Company in not paying for the damages I incurred during the accident. I was referred to Fred Nameth by one of his previous clients and we were very happy with his services. My husband and I were in an accident where we were hit from behind. He was prompt in all his communications with me and my husband. He was very concerned about our health, referred us to a wonderful chiropractor and helped us get resolution. I would certainly refer him to others. I would use him again if we were ever in that situation again but I hope that never happen.

I found Vaughn via referral service was SUPRISED he was blind. After talking with him and his team of aids I could tell he was sharp as a tack.
He made it sound like case was interesting and wanted to help me.
He made a game plan right then. It's workcomp, I signed the paperwork to make him my attorney. He asked me to wait it would take a few weeks for everything to be processed. Being workcomp we had alot of paperwork to gather drs to see get the case started.
A few weeks turned into months. I was told to wait they were managing it things took time. I was shocked to hear; o we wanted to know would you be interested in settling your case today. Promises of case winning turned into hard sell to settle before he had to put any work into
He made promises to insure if u settled that day he would "then" devote energy into the case. But until then it was not worth it for him. Here I am a year into waiting he is know getting to my case three days before trail with no documentation he giving me a hard push to settle for .10% of what he originally said the case was valued. His aid had the contract all written up. I said no. They talked with the insurers she pulled put another contracted pre written up with a higher amount. This went of for half a day.
He had 5 pre written amounts instead of starting his client off with the highest going higher he working with the insurer to in courage me to settle low?

I was referred to Pierre Vaughn and hired him for my non-fault auto accident case. Once hired I never heard from them again, no followups, nothing in the mail. My mom called to see what was going on and his assistant appologized for dropping the ball. She asked questions as if she completely forgot about this case and wanted me to do all the leg-work. I might as well as hired myself. I could never talk to atty Pierre Vaughn, he wouldn't take my calls or that's what his assistant said anyway. She seemed totally oblivious as to what my case was about and very poor with followup. My mom tells me how great this attorney was with her case and I know she refers him to alot of people. I wonder if he even knows what his assistant is doing or what she is up to. His new staff has become very impersonal.

First, in reading the other reviews I would like to emphasize that Rosemarie is not a counselor or therapist who is there to sympathize with our personal legal matters. She is an attorney who needs to understand the facts so that she provide relevant and helpful legal advice. She is very direct in speaking and asking questions which I greatly appreciate. She knows what she is talking about. I have spoken with her multiple times and the advice she provided was extremely helpful and to the point.

I was called by Parker Stanbury twice by this lawyer Rosemarie Merril and both times she was short, rude and obtuse. The first time she wasn't trying to hear me and take my side but instead was determining if she could win as opposed to give me my day in court to air my grievance and see what an impartial judge or jury decides.
The second time, she tried to be rude with her explanation of what a tort is as if I am supposed to know what that is just being Joe Citizen with no law education.
This lady is a bad person. No people skills. Don't be mean to other people the way people were once rude with you.

I hired them in 2016, never meet nor spoken to Ray Wang within the 2 years I have called so many times and have spoken to a Para-legal which I was told maybe twice. I would call for an update and was told the person that is handling my case is out and was told to leave a voice message I did. I'm still waiting for a call. I had to look around for another Attorney and was happy to find one to accept my case due to having to split they payment which im completely against. I wish my current attorney was able to get and keep it all. this Attorney didn't do anything for my at all. never received any updates, Doctors reports.

Currently have a case open since December of last year. I call and do not receive a return phone call until weeks later. I have never been able to speak to the attorney, and I am constantly talking to someone new. There is not a specific staff member that can give me an update on my case. I talk to someone new every time I call to get an update. I don't feel anytime soon my case will be settled as the customer is not a priority. I will report to the better business bureau.

I have a open case with Ray Wang,I called them several times and no one can give any answers. I drove to their office and I was told they couldnt attend me without appointment. My case is almost a year old and I am very concern that will run out of time with the status of limitations,which is 2 years ofter the accidents. I will never reccomend this firm ever!

First of all, this entire practice has been useless. I have had the absolute worst customer service when it comes to phone calls, emails, and communication, in general. John first came across as knowledgeable, strong minded, and helpful. That was short lived. That persona ended as soon as I left the building after our first meeting. Once he had my retainer, his communication was lack luster and basically non existent. I asked countless times for explanations on just how this process actually worked, as it was my first time needing a lawyer at all. He never answered questions directly, and the couple times he finally returned an email, they were short, terse, and rude. Because of him and his late responses, my case took over a year, for a simple divorce. His email responses were over a month in between.
He clearly just saw me as a nuisance and not worth his own time. My case wasn't going to render him much money, as it was a simple case to settle, so I gathered he dragged it out as much as possible to charge me as much money as he could. His "assistant" never returned emails or calls. John McKinley is exactly why people have a distrust of lawyers and a general dislike of them. He epitomizes the term lackluster. Do yourself a favor and use an entirely different practice.

I hired McKinley to do my divorce and custody battle in 2010. He comes across as confident, knowledgable, and aggressive, of which he is all three. However, as shortly after the case started, I found him to be abrupt, not forthcoming, and completely unhelpful when it came to strategy. He would gather facts, but would not advise me on how to come across, nor how the system worked. He would answer questions tersely, with the least amount of information possible, which would naturally lead to more questions from me. This information-hoarding created a cycle in which I would rack up billable hours unnecessarily. it also led to mistakes on his part which cost me thousands. At times he was flat-out rude, which i did not appreciate from a hired contractor at all. He was a poor listener, thinking he knew best in all circumstances what information was needed; however, his performance in court was hit-or-miss, as the only times I came out favorably was when the laws were clearly on my side. Otherwise, when it was up the the judge's discretion, I usually came out on the losing end, even when the other party had inferior lawyers. Thinking his familiarity with my situation might help, I re-hired him for child support. What a mistake. He was a no-star lawyer here, and was a complete waste of money. He divulged no information on how to present my situation to the court, and offered zero insight on how the amount was calculated. It was obvious he took the case just to bilk me of more money, as he put little effort into it, just showing up with nothing. I could have had no lawyer present and ended up the same, save the undeserved lawyer fees. This guy is the epitome of what gives lawyers the poor reputation they have, with high fees, no insight for the paying customer on how to come out the best way possible, and a good-old-boy attitude in court with no appreciation for the seriousness of the situation the the client.
