I hired Mr. Wade to expedite my divorce after being with an ill-prepared attorney for 1 1/2 years in which I didn't get past the discovery stage. I got quick results with Mr. Wade and my divorce was finalized after 4 months. His support staff quickly responded to all my emails and returned my calls. Mr. Wade is very experienced and knowledgeable and found an error in a filing by my ex-spouse's attorney and took immediate action on her behalf which saved me money and didn't prolong the divorce proceedings. He is involved in all the cases in his firm. Every Wednesday he conducts a meeting with his associate attorneys to consult and monitor their progress and provides them with his expert advice when necessary. Hopefully, I won't need Mr. Wade in the future but if I do, I would retain his services again because I was very pleased with his work and professionalism.

I was in a car accident in 2020 that left me with a back injury that I'd been, and continue to, suffer with daily. After a very low-ball contingent settlement offer from the guilty party's insurance company, I opted to seek legal counsel. I found this firm via a Yelp search, and was connected with Michelle Schill. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was very communicative and helpful, even though my case wasn't a very large one at all. She didn't give up on getting me a fair settlement, so I could avoid going through a lengthy and expensive litigation. Although I hope I don't need her services again any time soon, I would absolutely recommend Michelle to handle anyone's personal injury case. You'll be met with sensitivity, care, and a bit of humor!

Who said you can't recover on a Diminished Value Claim? I was rear ended on the Golden Gate Bridge. After seven months of runaround from the at fault Insurance Co. resulting total unresponsiveness, I made one call to Sami. I sent all of my documentation and emails to him, and wallah! There is one thing you need to know about Lou: he is the MAN! This was my first time ever needing to hire a lawyer, so I had no clue where to start. I knew I wanted an experienced, confident, knowledgable, unrelenting, witty, reliable, and educated attorney. I am happy to say that Lou was all of the above plus MORE.
After a very painful and traumatic experience at my apartment in my first week living in Los Angeles, Lou was there to guide me every step of the way to find justice. All I wanted was to get compensated for my medical expenses, but the insurance company of the apartment complex was giving us the run around and trying to pull a fast one on us by avoiding our demands. Lou went above and beyond by tracking down the root of the problem and pressuring them to follow through on their end. I would never have been able to do any of this without him. Most lawyers surely would have given up on my case after the trouble it posed, but Lou stuck through with it and it ended up recovering all of my medical bills plus over 4 times what they cost me for pain and suffering.

Attorney Shapiro took the case of a man who got crushed by a tree which the company was at fault for cutting the tree wrong . David died several times on the way to the hospital. He had many years of rehabilitation Mr Shapiro made sure everything got taken care of down to the last detail of him setting up long-term payments through all of the compensation he got as a result of this terrible tree accident. Chris is by far the best lawyer in San Diego in my opinion. We were stopped at a light and rear ended by a van full of 7 people. Not only were both cars badly damaged, but my neck and back suffered substantial injuries. I hired Mr. Wallin to handle a very important matter. He came highly recommended and the recommendation was correct! He has over 30 years in practice, including time as a prosecuting attorney. I came to Elliot for a consultation to handle my 10 year old felony case. I hadn't completed the terms of my probation, none of it, and I was ready to turn myself in. As it turned out not only was my felony probation violation open, but also a slew of smaller warrants for traffic violations.

My husband passed from Covid which he contracted at a business Conference. In California, if a spouse passes due to a Worker’s Compensation injury… The surviving spouse receives $250,000 from the board if the spouse makes less than 30,000 a year! I did not meet the income requirement And therefore did not automatically receive the death benefit. Attorney More negotiated a settlement with the insurance company's attorney.
