George Kindley represented our family in a case of Elder Abuse which resulted in the loss of a family member. The facts were clearly in our favor yet the opposing entities continually put up roadblocks to demoralize us and try to "discourage" George. Not once in this almost four year battle did George give any indication of giving up or wanting to "throw in the towel" just to get it over with. We were constantly amazed at his tenacity, his knowledge of the law, and his courage to stand up to hostile opposition.
The long hours of preparation: airline flights far from home and family for depositions and hearings; the seemingly never ending rescheduling of court dates. We saw George go through this and more which often left us wondering, "How does he do it?"
His office kept us informed of our progress every step of the way, and were always there for a phone call or Email. Even if it was just to ask "How are you doing?" I believe our case meant a lot to George. The outcome was more than we could have imagined. We are forever grateful to Mr. Kindley.

I was lucky enough to have John helped me with a malpractice case against a doctor. I went on a 4 year adventure with Nina after I was involved and injured in a six car pileup on the freeway. Nina and her team took care of all the background work over the years and when it (finally!) came time for trial this year Nina went into full warrior mode! To say that this was an arduous case is a great understatement. A great understatement, but Nina fought for me. I had tried pursuing legal action with a different lawyer before and it was a nightmare. The lawyer had me gathering all the medical and insurance info and I felt like I was doing all of the work myself.
At the 2 year mark I wanted to throw in the towel. The guy that hit my car at $15,000 insurance cap, my unpaid medical bills had hit $30,000 and my out of pocket expenses had hit $4,000.
Luckily Mike was referred to me by a trusted coworker, and I am so thankful for that. He is relentlessly persistent in not only closing a case, but doing it fairly and in the best interest of his clients. Even that far into it, Mike told me that he felt he hadn't exhausted all avenues and he would like to keep pursuing the claim. I told him go for it but if he ever felt it was a no win situation, to just let me know. I trusted him completely. Not once did he ask me for money. He said my job was to focus on my well-being and that he would handle the rest.
Every now and then he send me a form to sign with a short note that he hadn't give up. Mike just asked for phone numbers and addresses and any names of people I had talked to, and that was the extent of my efforts. Through a very compelling letter-writing campaign, Mike closed my case with great results.
Results: The medical bills were all paid, I recouped my $4,000 Plus more.

Two years ago I was attacked by a Pit Bull dog.
I saved my 4lb puppy but in the process was severely hurt. The UCLA Emergency saved me physically. Edward saved me emotionally.

I never thought I would be hit by a car as a pedestrian! But here in LA it’s a real problem with bad drivers texting instead of watching the road! I was in a car accident back in 2019, and the driver who hit me was uninsured. I have had 2 previous back surgeries, and this car accident is now causing me to have a 3rd. I contacted Jonathan and he took my case. He not only helped me to get a significant settlement with the uninsured driver (which he did not have to do since this was a case through City Court) but he was able to secure a significant settlement for me through my own insurance company. Jonathan always kept in touch with me and was wonderful about answering my questions. He was always super responsive to my emails and phone calls. About a year and a half ago I was hit by a drunk driver and sustained some pretty serious and potentially life-altering injuries. I had a number of phone consultations with lawyers throughout the state (prioritizing competence over geographic proximity). A number of other lawyers I spoke to sounded perfectly competent, but Jon struck me as particularly thoughtful, measured, and precise in his thinking. So I ultimately chose him and am glad I did.
All I can say is that my initial impression of Jon was pretty on point. He is measured and patient in his approach to litigation, which (I think) is an absolutely crucial attribute of a personal injury lawyer, where there is the temptation to get a bit overly aggressive with the opposition and signal impatience, which then might lead to easier, quicker--but ultimately smaller settlements. Point being, Jon is cerebral, patient, and plays the long game.
Further, and maybe most importantly, his ability to formulate strong and well-researched arguments is top-notch. My case was a bit complicated, with a number of moving parts and policies. But throughout the year-or-so process, Jon went up against the legal departments of two big insurance companies, putting forward arguments that were strong enough to get both to fully capitulate (even in a case that was as anything but cut-and-dried as mine was).
There was, however, one negative point with Jon I should mention in fairness. In the little of a year long period I worked with Jon, there was a two-to-three week period where for the life of me I could not get a hold of him. I left numerous voicemails, messages with the secretary, etc, but no luck. After writing an email to him him he promptly responded and explained that he was in the midst of a court-proceeding which was pretty much all-consuming. As demanding as they are, I understood and held nothing against him. (I even debate whether I should include this in my review, but hey, full disclosure.) And after that two/three week lapse of communication he was super prompt in getting back to me and keeping in touch.
All in all, being the tough grader that I am, I'd give Jon a 9.5/10....meaning he's a mere half-point away from being a flawless and ideal attorney to have on your side. I would not only recommend, but *urge* any friend or family to hire Jon.

We found Kris Crawford law firm by chance searching google for attorneys locate in our area. (Temecula, Murrieta and surrounding areas). After discussing our concerns, we decided to take a chance. Exceptional is the only word I can use to describe Craig, as a person and an as attorney. If you’re lucky enough to have him take your case, that’s your first win. My case was a complicated medical nightmare that was dragged out by a stonewalling insurance company who took responsibility for the accident that caused my (life changing) spinal chord injury, but denied my injury claims, and refused pay. Craig spent more than two years relentlessly fighting for me, crafting a case that completely dismantled the insurance company’s argument. And with the threat of trial looming, specialized litigators hired by the insurance company to fight us in court, weren’t halfway through reading the case Craig had prepared before they were advising the insurance company to avoid trial and pay us the maximum policy. Stephen Waldman was highly recommended by a close family friend, after my son had received a serious injury to his knee following an auto accident when a car came through a red light and totaled our car. I was concerned that after his initial medical treatment my son's knee was still not 100% healed, Stephen advised us to see an orthopedic specialist to get a second opinion and the specialist indicated that a further course of treatment was required.
