I was in an auto accident while visiting family in Southern California with both cars being totaled. It took a while to decide to contact an attorney. I was given Jeff Roberts name and met with him (when he was on vacation), and knew I made the right decision. There was not an email or text that Jeff didn't respond to on the same day I sent it. His communication was always understandable, and he kept me informed and up to date on my case throughout the entire process. My oldest brother was involved in a fatal car accident. He died intestate, and as Administrator in probate for him, I chose to seek legal representation for his death in the car crash. Michael was engaged right from the start and kept our family aware of the progress as time went on. Once the police report was made available (it took 8 months), things moved along well to a settlement. His help was much appreciated!

I can't recommend this attorney enough! Unlike other firms that asked for 40% of my total settlement, he structured his fees based on my case's potential, only taking 45% of anything above a certain amount. Attorney Pingle is not greedy like other law firms, and he settled my case in just a months. He didn't over-complicate things or pressure me, just asked a few key questions and got right to work. First of all if any one is ever involved in an accident dont let your insurance deal with the other insurance for a compensation for you, the best thing you can do is definetely let a professional handle it and who better than Wilshire Law Firm they helped me with a motorcycle accident i was riding from work to get a haircut and go home and who would've known i never made it to that appointment a Pick up Truck from a Tow company was lurking in a drive way with my motorcycle experience i knew he was going to totally ignore me turn right and drive down the road so i went to the farest lane but little did i know he had other plans he did ignore me but instead of making a right turn he went forward and then made a left turn when i noticed that it was already too late crashed against the side of the truck i flew almost 20 feet straight over the truck broke both my wrists, femur, toe and bruised my back. I had to decline the ambulance because i know how much they cost went to emergency and the next morning called Wilshire Law Firm they came within 1 to 2 hours a representative showed up to my door explained me everything and just a couple signatures later i was in good hands they made my appointments with the Drs. In my case was Sammimi Orthopedic 5 stars to him too. After a year of fighting ended up getting a really good settlement. Wilshire Law Firm helped me to not need to get stressed dealing with the insurance making dr appointments and the best part getting a good settlement and not the same as i would've got if i let the insurance handle it.

From the moment I contacted Mr. Nezhad's office, they were with me every step of the way. First they helped me get examined with the right people. My car was totaled in my accident and Mr. Nezhad quickly and painlessly helped me take care of replacing my car. He helped me obtain a rental and dealt with all the details. Chris is by far the best lawyer in San Diego in my opinion. We were stopped at a light and rear ended by a van full of 7 people. I hired Mr. Wallin to handle a very important matter. He came highly recommended and the recommendation was correct! He has over 30 years in practice, including time as a prosecuting attorney. All the DA's and judges know him and respect him. That is just who you want reprenting you.
