I couldn't be happier with the way my Lemon Law case was handled. From the start, Rafy was super hospitable and really easy to talk to, which made everything way less stressful. He always answered my calls,never ignored me once, and was always there to answer my questions, no matter how small.

I meant to write this review a while back, but I got sidetracked. Recently, I was reminded about my past car accident and so I wanted to take the time say what a pleasure it was to work with Jahrmarkt & Associates.
As I stated earlier, I had been involved in a car accident and John Jahrmarkt and his team were able to get me a monetary settlement I didn't think was possible.
They worked very hard from start to finish. Tyler was assigned to my case and he always kept me in the loop with updates on my case. They assisted with finding an excellent rehab facility for my injuries from the accident.
These is a very professional team. They work with the utmost integrity and compassion.
I would not hesitate to use them again for any personal injury needs.

When I was in a collision, I didn't know what to do. I did everything I was supposed to with the insurance companies, followed every procedure, and documented everything I could. My insurance decided I was at 0% fault and told me to speak to the other party's insurance (since I did not have collision coverage). The other insurance company was aggressive and accusatory and tried to avoid paying me the money I needed to get my car back on the road.
I was getting nowhere with this insurance company, and I didn't know what to do. That's when I reached out to Jahrmarkt & Associates. John collected the necessary information from me and went straight to work to make things right. He was extremely professional and worked with the insurance adjuster to argue my case.
He was very quick to respond and handled everything in a timely manner. I would recommend his services to anyone in a car accident who needs help.

When I explained my situation to Mr Seyfi he asked me what I did? I told him I was a recording artist. He asked if I had any music available? After he heard a few tracks on Apple Music he told me to get out there and continue to make good music. And not to worry about this case because he was going to make it go away! California is a difficult state to be a medical malpractice plaintiff. You're going to need the best and in my opinion, you could do no better than David Smith. Ours was a complex case, one which other attorneys had rejected due to all the difficulties of prosecuting medical malpractice in California. Once Mr. Smith agreed to take our case, he was like a bulldog! We encountered some serious obstacles and were up against a heartless insurance company law firm that tried to play some ruthless games and (in my opinion) shady legal maneuvers. But Mr. Smith was ahead of them at every step, even as they seemed intent on taking the case to trial. Ultimately, they came to realize that we had a tenacious pro on our side, and they settled.
What I can tell you is that I'm not a big fan of attorneys in general, but we really felt like we had a powerful and effective ally in Mr. Smith. It turns out he's a helluva nice guy too!
