As a teenager, I was in need of legal representation after having been in an auto accident that, over time, rendered me unable to use my dominant hand. With little to no parental presence or guidance behind me, I was leery of seeking representation from those who were eager to discuss their commission and fees; who saw easy financial gain when a young girl walked through their door. After doing extensive research and taking multiple interviews, Ron was without a doubt the clear choice and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to obtain his counsel.

First, I’d like to start off by saying that if I could give The Accident Guys 8 stars I would. I have never experienced so much professionalism and punctuality in my entire life. The lawyer that took on my case was Eliot M. Houman. He is the best of the best for the following reasons:
1. Eliot is a MAN OF HIS WORD. If Eliot says that he is going to do something, HE WILL. That is a priceless trait.
2. My accident took place in September 2016. Eliot scheduled me to see the investigator the following day after my accident. That is unheard of.
3. Eliot was very prompt! He answered all of my questions and returned all of my calls. I had many questions because I just moved to California from Boston and it was a very traumatizing experience.
4. He gave me updates about my case and took care of everything. He went out of his way to help me obtain the documents pertinent to my case.
5. He’s very honest. He walked me through my case and gave me great advice.
6. HE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HIS CLIENTS! He frequently called me to ask how physical therapy was going. It’s those little things that mean the world to me and show me that this was more than just a case to him.

Mr. Reyes is an outstanding attorney. Last year my mom was involved in a car accident which caused her to be hospitalized for 5 days. Unfortunately, our insurance decided to blame my mom for the accident before getting the police report. After 15 years of having this major insurance carrier, we didn't feel as we were in "safe hands". It was a nightmare. Thankfully, we contacted Mr. Reyes and he started his own investigation. He was very persistent and researched everything about the accident to better understand the situation. Somehow, Mr. Reyes got a hold of a couple of witnesses that confirmed that it was the other individual's fault. John is very smart and successfully have represented me in two different occasions with a couple accidents while riding my Vespas. In the beginning of this year I was unfortunately rear ended by a cab driver. A friend of mine had recommended to call John instead of just going through insurance myself and it was definitely the best decision I have made. Not only was he incredibly helpful but so was his staff. They were always there to answer my questions in added provided great recommendations for all my service providers and even arranged me appointments.

Jerry literally helped us when we felt we had nowhere or no one to go to. My husband and I purchased a brand new 2021 Ford Explorer so I can drive around with our 5 boys. We only had about 1k miles and the car caught fire! I was 4 months pregnant at the time and scared to death. We attempted to go through Ford in hopes that we could get some resolution…all they did was pressure wash the engine and change the alternator. I was so afraid of driving my explorer that it just sat in the driveway catching dust. Jerry not only got Ford to pay off our vehicle and take it back, but we received compensation to purchase a new vehicle that we can drive around safely in with our 6 boys. Jerry was very professional, and made sure that we got the maximum which is what we deserved. He’s a no BS kind of guy and was straight up with us from the get go. Our artist's cooperative was having difficulty working with our landlord. The landlord wouldn't work with us to improve several safety issues associated with the retail site. We hired Ms. Pheasant to give us legal advice on how we might proceed with severing our ties with the landlord. Her legal advice was concise and spot on. We followed her advice, drafted our letter, submitted it to our landlord and reached a resolution that was palatable to both parties. Before we had Pete as our family lawyer, things between my husband and his ex-wife had been full of tension which also caused a lot of stress in our marriage. I came to Mr. Tomasik from another attorney who was not capable of handling my particular case. I found his website while searching the internet for a personal injury attorney. I called the office and briefly spoke to Jessie, the assistant who was so polite and patient with me on the phone. She informed me that Mr. Tomasik agreed to meet up with me the same day. On my way to Berkley, I was very nervous as to how things were going to turn out because after all, I had such a bad experience with my previous lawyer. IAt the same time, I had serious painful health issues resulting from my car accident with which I had to deal with on a daily basis. Having to deal with terrible physical pain and looking for a different attorney for myself was very stressful for me. I arrived to Mr. Tomasik's Berkley office and upon entering I almost immediately felt comfortable. Mr. Tomasik got some information from me about my situation and how unhappy and disappointed I was in my previous lawyer.
