First off, I need you to know this is the very best law office in the entire Butte County area. They are extremely courteous, polite, professional and business oriented. Stewart is very upfront about what he thinks and never ever tells you what you want to hear. Brutal honesty is his policy. I had a very stale case that had been basically sitting for almost 2 years. I contacted Stewart and he informed me that it's not gonna be an easy settlement. However in the end he ended up getting all my bills paid, medical, MRI's, loans and still able to put cash in my pocket. I had an attorney before and they never returned calls, never answered questions and acted as though I was causing an issue when I did call. I never experienced this with Stewart's office. Mr. Galbraith did a great job of advising and representing me after I was hit by a car while I crossing a major street in a crosswalk. In the big scheme of things, this was minor, but it did keep me out of work several weeks and involved the need for physical therapy and I very much appreciated a professional advising me on this journey. Mr. Meissner and his staff have been the most competent and attentive law office I have ever had the pleasure to work with! From the very beginning, Mr. Meissner helped keep my head above water in negotiating and securing money for my new car. I was in awe while listening to him speak with the insurance company and knew I truly had someone on my side that knows his business. He is very transparent with me and answers all my questions before I even have to ask.
I had many informative and delightful conversations with Heather and Frank for updates on the case and to soothe my nerves. I don't think I can thank Heather enough! The entire staff always took the time to listen to my needs and returned my messages promptly. They also helped me get in touch with competent physical therapists to return my condition to 100% injury-free. I forget how nervous I was at first thinking that I would have my back problems forever so I have tremendous amounts of gratitude for their keeping my health a priority and making sure I had proper ongoing treatment.

In 2009 I was in a serious car accident where an uninsured drunk driver doing 85mph hit the car I was driving from behind as I was at a stand still on the 5 fwy. It was a nasty wreak. After getting out of the hospital I was lucky enough to have someone refer Mr. Dawson to me. He met with me immediately and treated me like my case was his number 1 priority. He was very straight with me about what to expect with the process. The insurance on the car I was driving was less than great, only had minimal coverage and like I stated the other driver was uninsured so it was going to be a fight. After all the medical treatment I received over the months to come it totalled out to around $38,000 and the policy only covered $30,000. That doesn't even count for the cost of the car and what Jeff Dawson's legal fee's would be. Jeff and his entire staff stayed in contact with me throughout the claim. It I had a question it either got answered right away or at most within 24 hours. They were all on top of their A game! When the case got settled I was worried about getting everything payed because it was way over the policy limits but Jeff said he would work with the doctors and insurance to get it handled. In the end, all my medical and the car got paid. I even got a call to swing by his office to pick up a check. I still have no clue how he did it but he had a check for $11,000 for me. He had explained in the beginning that if I would have set up my insurance differently, he would have been able to get me a lot more. Jeff is one of the brightess persons that I have met. He genuinely cares about your case and how your handling the situation you've been thrust into. He surrounds himself with the smartest people, great doctor referrals and made a horrible situation a lot less stressful. I have absolutely the utmost admiration for Jeff and the staff he employs. I have recommended him to family and friends. I can't give this guy enough credit, simply an amazing attorney and genuine person. Thanks Jeff Dawson!!!

After a life threatening injury accident, I very nearly tried to settle with the driver's insurance company on my own. What a mistake that would've been, but the lawyers I'd interviewed were more like car salesmen than legal advocates. Soon after I started making a tragic series of uninformed decisions, I had the good fortune to meet Jason. I must have seemed overly cautious, but he stuck with me, taking time to explain everything. His larger than life personality is more than perfectly genuine, it's perfectly suited to his profession.
At every turn, Jason clearly knew his stuff, from legal nooks and crannies to the maelstrom of hospital/doctor/fire dept billing depts, and insurance adjusters (one after another). Jason is a master communicator, forthright, practical, and shrewd.
To find a trusted lawyer is even more important than finding a trusted mechanic. The trauma, stress and uncertainty I'd been dealing with steadily faded and I was able to get back to my life! Even as we continued to wait on the other side, Jason would phone me with status updates and include me in his thought process.
Jason works incredibly hard. Even after we'd arrived at a settlement, meaning his fee was a known quantity, Jason continued to work on my behalf, pursuing billing inconsistencies that, once resolved, resulted in even more of the settlement coming to me. Mr. James Ballidis represented myself in a Uninsured motorist coverage case. Geico insurance (my insurance company) refused to offer an award under my policy even with no issue of liability or comparative negligence. The case went to arbitration where the parties presented the nature of injuries and medical care necessary, and economic damages. Mr. Ballidis' preparation throughout the case was extremely thorough and his presentation and cross examination was damaging to respondents attorneys. The arbitrator even came to me on a side bar and complemented Mr. Ballidis " You are lucky to have such a good attorney representing you". Without going through the details of the entire case, I will close with "you too would be very lucky to have Mr. James Ballidis represent you." I was unexpectedly hit by a car from behind by a woman going 40 miles per hour and slid into two other SUV’s on I-5 resulting in a four car accident. My car being the only one to get totaled.
