I'm giving him a one-star because I've tried multiple times to call these people and it says push one to be connected to the part of your trying to reach then it says that the number is calling is detected as spam and then hangs up on me I don't know if these guys are real or what but somebody text me saying that I filed an online claim which I don't recall I think these guys are scammers or I don't know what the deal is but I called them and it says to push one to be connected to the party that I'm trying to reach and then it tells me that my number spam and hangs up on me

I was referred to Shin Law Group and Jonathan through a family member that was actually sued by his group due to a car accident (they got 25k for a SCRATCH against my family member) and boy am I happy to say, that things were as smooth as they come using their firm. From personal experience handling a car accident ESPECIALLY against a driver who has no insurance or minimum insurance, I can't recommend getting a lawyer enough. And what a team Shin Law Group has. I was rear ended back in October 23 and immediately searched for an attorney from a car enthusiast group and was recommended Jonathan from several people. This is the first time I had been in an accident but I already knew I didn't want to deal with insurance or the other party. Jonathan gave me a call the next day and explained the complete process. I felt compelled to write this review! I want anyone in the state of California looking for an injury lawyer to be so BLESSED to have this firm stand behind them! I urge you to stop looking. You're going to waste your time anywhere else. Sure, everybody says that in reviews when they are happy with a company. I'm not just happy. I feel like I had my own family fighting for me and they wanted my suffering to stop. Most firms and lawyers are a bunch of hot air and lots of ego!! Let's face it. But when you have a lawyer go above and beyond to make you feel cared about and like you are family, then you want only the same for others. Mr. Sherwin Arzani was more than my lawyer, he was on my side and wasn't settling no matter what. I never felt rushed and I could tell he genuinely cared about me from his hard work, phone calls and keeping me completely informed of everything going on.
I was in a very severe accident. A man on his phone, driving towards a backed up off ramp, did not stop and was going 60+ mph blindly hit me from behind without breaks!! I was at a complete standstill. He did not care to help me and took off from the scene. I tried having friends and family talk to the insurance company and saw extremely quickly that I needed an attorney. They wouldn't give me information like what my benefits were. So I looked up Citywide Law and that was the start of my road to recovery.
From the day I called, I felt nothing but compassion and understanding from the entire office. I had to wait 2 days to call them as the whiplash locked my jaw shut!! They took the frustration and headache of dealing with the insurance company off my hands that day, right then and there. I knew without a shadow of a doubt they could be trusted to take this on for me. Their kindness, as well as, professionalism are OUTSTANDING!!
I had to immediately begin seeing doctors. They made all my appointments. I was thoroughly taken care of by their professionals. As I was not getting better with the treatments, I was sent out for further testing. We found I have lifelong permanent injuries. Mr. Arzani called me to discuss what to do and he was clear, thorough, and professional. From the news of my injuries I was very saddened that I will have this for the rest of my life. We were on the phone and he listened to me express my pain. Not just physical pain but the suffering that has come from this man stealing my life from me.....I can handle pain. I can handle suffering, but when you can't play with your kids anymore like you could before you feel a huge sense of loss and he was very supportive. Yes!!!! I said Mr. Arzani was supportive and there for me like a good friend would be.
I urge and implore you to give yourself the best odds at winning your settlement with this firm. I know you will not be unhappy with the results.....
Mr. Arzani fought and won my maximum benefits. If it wasn't for his persistence, I don't think my case would have settled in a year for what I deserved.

Circumstance unfortunate but outcome EXCELLENT due to retaining Mr. KINDOPP to represent me in a few cases starting back in 2001 in a traffic case and most recently this past year in a custody battle in which a father abandoned his first born after requesting emergency custody which was denied yet felt just 6 months later without any significant changes that leaving his daughter in the mothers care 100% showing his original request was a waste of everyone's time. Mr. Kindopp is very personable with his clients yet does not offer a false sense of hope but a few various likely realities so no surprises causing upset arise. He is quick to point out facts that are backed up by evidence leaving no room for error and providing a secure expectation and an attorney / client trust like no other. He explains why things need to be done a certain way eliminating all confusion or anxiety. He presents himself in a very professional manner and always one step ahead due to his thorough review of all case notes, discovery, pleadings abd correspondence. He can be a breath of fresh air yet demonstrates his knowledge and expertise in every case or individual he represents. He's matter-of-fact and straight to the point which in turn wastes no time or money. He is fair aND communicates directly with his clients putting each one at ease rather than leaving them to question the status of their case. I received Mr. Kindopp's name through an Employee Assistance Program when I had an extremely difficult time dealing with a mortgage company and needed someone on my side. I was short on time due to an impending foreclosure/sale date; after seven months of getting nothing but the run around, verbal and financial abuse by a broken system and stress. I explained the time constraint to his assistant and was scheduled for an appointment quicker than I had imagined. Mr. Kindopp listened to me, provided information and the legal support I needed to effectively deal with this company who had not always been following "the rules" and conveniently lost documents, let them expire or didn't have information when it worked in their favor. I received a phone call from the mortgage company with a proposal for a permanent loan modification within days, and an apology regarding their business practices. When the modification papers arrived I faxed them to Mr. Kindopp's office, concerned about what I was signing. I was shocked to receive a telephone call at 7pm on a Friday evening from him to discuss them. I have never had an attorney who addressed my needs and concerns in such a quick and assertive fashion. Through personal necessity, and work, I have had the opportunity to come in contact with many lawyers in Mendocino County, Mr. Kindopp is at the top of my list. If my family EVER needs an attorney or legal assistance I will be calling Mr. Kindopp.

My son informed me of his dilemma regarding a ticket he received for excessive speeding while driving in a construction zone. I knew it was extremely serious and he needed legal representation. I looked up the Internet for a local attorney close to where he is attending a trade school. Originally, Kristina was contacted via e-mail, for an appointment and meeting location. She was very accessible for the date and location.
The seriousness of my son’s case would result in his license suspension, no traffic school, DMV points, and extreme fines. During the two court appearances, Kristina met with the DA’s Office to negotiate reduction of speed, no points, traffic school, lesser fines, and no license suspension.

I was the driver of a motor vehicle, on August 6, 2006, stopped due to traffic on southbound I-5 in Los Angeles, when struck from the rear by an uninsured vehicle driven by a person with a suspended drivers license.
The damage to my vehicle was $4,535.68, including, but not limited to replacement of the exhaust system, rear body panel, rear bumper reinforcement, rear bumper cover, rear bumper lower energy absorber and rear bumper upper energy absorber, and repair of the left quarter panel, right quarter panel, left quarter panel extension, right quarter panel extension and rear floor, and requiring repair from August 16, 2006 through September 14, 2006. The damage to the other vehicle was total.
I injured my neck and right shoulder, requiring four neck surgeries and three shoulder surgeries. The third neck surgery resulted in permanent right vocal cord paralysis requiring two vocal cord surgeries, which were unsuccessful.
My insurance carrier, since 1990, was the third largest property and casualty insurer in the United States, and my coverage was $1 million for uninsured motorist bodily injury.
My insurance carrier refused my repeated demands that they pay me my policy limit, claimed that only my first two neck surgeries were related to the accident, my three right shoulder surgeries were unrelated to the accident, my last two neck surgeries were unrelated to the accident, and since the third neck surgery was unrelated to the accident, the permanent right vocal cord paralysis and two vocal cord surgeries were unrelated to the accident. They delivered a check to me for $750,000.00, which they referred to as an advance, and through their attorney demanded arbitration.
My brother, who is in the insurance industry, referred me to Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley, because John. Carpenter was successful in trying a case against his company to a jury verdict of $483,524.21, when the policy limit was only $100,000.00, and the company paid the $483,524.21 because it had exposed its insured to personal liability.
I spoke with Paul Zuckerman over the telephone, and he arranged to have me transported to his office along with all of my files. I met Mr. Zuckerman, Mr. Carpenter, and an associate named Robert Ounjian.
Robert Ounjian, who was promoted to partner, and for good reason, arbitrated my claim at Judicate West on April 30, 2013 and May 1, 2013, and the binding arbitration award was faxed on May 20, 2013. The arbitrator awarded me the remaining $250,000.00 uninsured motorist coverage. Robert was also able to get my former insurance carrier to reimburse me costs in the amount of $14,759.30.
Robert Ounjian, who is an excellent attorney, and the entire firm, did an excellent job representing me, and they will do an excellent job representing you too. Their principle is "justice for injured people is more important than insurance company profits."

I was involved in a car accident several months ago and I came across D&Z law group which Erik Zograbian is a partner at.
