I was involved in a car accident on Friday the 13th. I was the typical case of a person who ignored the pain and wanted to move on. I made the mistake (now a blessing) of telling my brother what happened. He immediately demanded that I call his Attorney, Christine McCoy. He wouldn't let me say no. So I reluctantly called Christine and two days later met at a Starbucks. She was very understanding of my wish to not be a burden on the other party, and that I only wanted to do what was best for me. Christine was extremely knowledgeable of all the circumstances involved, and assured me that everything will be taken care of. She had told me that she would get my case settled within 6 to 8 months and that life would return to normal. To make a long story short, my case was solved in 8 months, and life is back to where it was before I was involved in an accident. Christine provided me with the utmost professional and sincere help anyone could ask for. She let me know that taking care of her clients is her only goal and purpose, and it was evident in the way she handled my case. As of now, Christine has helped my brother, myself, and now my Mom. I would not go to anyone else for legal care.

I was referred to Wesley Wakeford in the fall of 2007 by a retiring personal injury attorney that did not have adequate time to devote to my case. I had recently been hit by a car and in addition to suffering from nerve damage, trauma and not being able to work, the insurance companies were unwilling to compensate me for my medical bills and associated expenses due to a discrepancy in the police report. I needed to find an expert to assist me with navigating the case and Mr. Wakeford came highly recommended. Despite my lack of financial resources Wesley was wiling to work with me and saw to it that I was able to receive consistent medical care by arranging a lien for services with my various healthcare providers. This ability to receive regular, ongoing medical attention allowed me to fully recover from the accident and years later I am confident that I received both the best healthcare and legal assistance possible. Wesley was very thorough and knowledgeable in helping me account for all of my affiliated expenses and he followed through by seeing to it that each of these items was paid for when the case was closed. From the very beginning Wesley was dedicated to representing my case and he was diligent about communicating with me throughout each stage of the two and a half year process. I found it pleasurable working with Wesley Wakeford as he was the first really good lawyer that I've ever met. Most of the legal professionals seemed, politically biased, semi-professional, and arrogant. I would think that such an important service would attract the most highly rated, professional people. Unfortunately that is not always the case.
My experience with Mr. Wakeford gave me a new view of the world of law. While I'm sure he did not make a great deal of money with my case; not once did I get the impression that I was not as important as the next client. Mr. Wakeford worked very hard to assist me in getting through the process as easily as possible. My automobile accident left me injured, angry, and confused but with the help of The Wakeford Firm things got sorted out in a clear and equitable manner. I also find it very interesting that Wes was there to guide me through Doctor Visits, car rentals, insurance matters and settlement negotiations. I had virtually no experience in these matters, but it was obvious to me that I had one the most caring and skillful lawyers around to help me.
I hope to never need this type of service again; but I would certainly retain Wes Wakeford should the need arise.

I was completely surprised when Mr. Vaziri called to tell me the outcome of my case. It was much more than I expected! I've never experienced that before. He, was celebrating with me!.Usually law firms are happy to see you leave.
In particular, I want to praised Ruth Marin! I don't think I couldn't have survived with her!! You'll love her also. Although, im not certain or her position. I'm hoping she is the closest thing to being a case manager. I'm thinking, she should be a partner!
Mr. Vaziri and Ruth Marin, are extraordinary representatives legal firms. firms should. Sad others don't function in that manner!

I struggled for nearly two years making minimum payments on my bills getting absolutely nowhere and then my income decreased significantly. I called Olga in a panic. I was injured in a car accident on April of 2011. I found George Najjar online randomly and boy was I glad that I did! George did everything he told me he would do for me and my case. I was involved in a car accident in Modesto, California. It was a very scary accident for me because I was seven months pregnant at the time and was taken by ambulance to the local hospital. A few years ago, I suffered a broken arm from a slip and fall accident. At first, I tried to work with the insurance company myself to get my medical bills covered. I have a rather complex disability case. So I have been working in my profession for about seven years and, for the last year, I have had to miss about 8 months of work for some inexplicable reason. After being told I was insane by doctors,and declining neurologically for a year, I realized something was terribly wrong. Finally I was diagnosed with a herniated disc in my cervical spine, and scoliosis with 2 curves in it. As it were, it seems that my herniated disc might have been going untreated for almost a year. At my age, I am informed that I am too young to have these problems. Anyways, Mr. Shaffman took this case as a long term disability matter and he is on top of it. His initial consultation was complimentary and was an entire hour. Excellent interaction, and he was very nice. The next time I called him, we talked for nearly another hour and exchanged pleasantries, and then we sealed the deal. After I began to email him, he gave me a very long, and obviously substantive response. It looked well-crafted. After consulting with several different attorneys regarding my long-term disability / retirement case, I came across Scott Shaffman. Mr. Shaffman is not only detailed oriented, but is extremely knowledgeable in his area of practice. Several things set this attorney above others.
First, he deals one-on-one with his clients. There is no paralegal that prepares paperwork. He does it himself. One of the many benefits of this is an attorney who is extremely familiar with the case through first hand knowledge. I appreciated this. The other attorneys I consulted with before I hired Mr. Shaffman all had paralegals.
Second, he knows the law when it comes to these types of cases and is unsurpassed with his overall knowledge and how-to. It's amazing and fascinating how he operates. He always was pulling up case law and shaping my case for the best chances to be successful.
Third, his response time is amazing. Most times he answered the phone when I called. If not, he called back almost always within hours. What attorneys do this? Impressive!
