I was injured in a car accident in 2009. After consulting with several other attorneys, my case was discounted due to the lack of structural damage to my vehicle. I shared my case with a semi-retired attorney in Monterey County. He referred me to Ken. Since then, Ken has been instrumental in helping settle parts of my legal claims for bodily injury, property damage, and pain and suffering. The process has been lengthy, but I got results! The office is less formal than some legal offices but this doesn't keep then from being fierce and sharp in their legal strategies. I felt compelled to write this review! I want anyone in the state of California looking for an injury lawyer to be so BLESSED to have this firm stand behind them! I urge you to stop looking. You're going to waste your time anywhere else. Sure, everybody says that in reviews when they are happy with a company. I'm not just happy. I feel like I had my own family fighting for me and they wanted my suffering to stop. Most firms and lawyers are a bunch of hot air and lots of ego!! Let's face it. But when you have a lawyer go above and beyond to make you feel cared about and like you are family, then you want only the same for others. Mr. Sherwin Arzani was more than my lawyer, he was on my side and wasn't settling no matter what. I never felt rushed and I could tell he genuinely cared about me from his hard work, phone calls and keeping me completely informed of everything going on. I was in a very severe accident. A man on his phone, driving towards a backed up off ramp, did not stop and was going 60+ mph blindly hit me from behind without breaks!! I was at a complete standstill. He did not care to help me and took off from the scene. I tried having friends and family talk to the insurance company and saw extremely quickly that I needed an attorney. They wouldn't give me information like what my benefits were. So I looked up Citywide Law and that was the start of my road to recovery. From the day I called, I felt nothing but compassion and understanding from the entire office. I had to wait 2 days to call them as the whiplash locked my jaw shut!! They took the frustration and headache of dealing with the insurance company off my hands that day, right then and there. I knew without a shadow of a doubt they could be trusted to take this on for me. Their kindness, as well as, professionalism are OUTSTANDING!! I had to immediately begin seeing doctors. They made all my appointments. I was thoroughly taken care of by their professionals. As I was not getting better with the treatments, I was sent out for further testing. I was the victim of a real estate fraud, and Mr. Arzani's firm was able to reverse the fraudulent transaction and get my name back on title. The best part was that I even got some of my legal fees back from the other side when we settled the case.

taking a moment to say what an awesome attorney Erik is although it's been a couple years since he did work for me. He's on my mind as I just referred a colleague to him for a personal injury matter. I have referred more people to him than I can count, in a variety of areas, but particularly personal injury and landlord tenant. the first thing I will say is that he genuinely seemed to care about my situation (a nightmare of a landlord tenant situation - me the tenant without much power). I was in a traumatizing and debilitating traffic collision. I found Nicole and company through a friend of a friend. I had multiple injuries that were preventing me from living my life and maintaining my responsibilities. My injuries were more than intimidating, and my situation was extremely overwhelming and confusing. Nicole gave me peace of mind through effective communication and always making herself available when I would freak out about my situation. Her assertive and reassuring demeanor made me feel confident that everything was going to work out. I don't know how I would have survived this without Nicole and her associates. They made the entire process feel almost effortless, and by "process," I mean three years of medical appointments, physical therapy, surgery, more therapy, etc. Despite having to endure all of that, I had conviction that everything would be okay, even when I was on bed rest and could barely walk. I can't adequately express how positive my experience has been with Nicole and her associates. We're almost done with the entire process, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Nicole delivered! My injuries were treated by amazing physicians, and I'm anticipating a full recovery! All of my medical bills are paid, and I have more than enough to compensate for my expenses incurred because of the traffic collision. The best part of it all is Nicole didn't make me feel like a client or paycheck. She expressed genuine concern every step of the way and explained every possible avenue and their respective possible outcomes. She made me feel like a priority, and didn't push me to do anything. I am more than impressed with the exceptional quality of care I received through the entire process. I hope I never have to experience a personal injury like this ever again, but I know exactly who I'm going to call if I do.

I was in an accident a few years back and got badly injured. Unfortunately, I made the silly decision of handling my claim with the insurance company myself at first. After the insurance company strung me along for months though, I decided to hire a lawyer and I asked a friend if he knew anybody good. He recommended Torsten and Nicole, who had helped my friend out in the past. When I called Torsten and Nicole, I wasn't sure what I'd be getting into. I'd never had a lawyer before, but they talked to me about my case on the phone and then we met in person and I felt at ease. They never pushed me to do anything and were happy to meet with me to discuss my case whether I hired them or not. Of course, I ended up retaining them, and I couldn't be happier. Nicole and Torsten worked so hard for me on my case and ended up filing a lawsuit and battling with the insurance company for about a year in court. Along the way, the insurance company kept tossing BS offers at us and I was getting really frustrated with the entire process. It seemed that the insurance company would never pay me what I deserved. But Torsten and Nicole kept assuring me that the insurance company would come up with more money and that this was just the game they always played with people's lives. It turns out, they were right. After pushing and pushing through the lawsuit, the insurance company finally gave in and offered me a great settlement a few weeks before trial just as Torsten and Nicole predicted. Obviously, I'm happy that I got the money I deserved. But I was even happier with who got me the money. Torsten and Nicole were not just my lawyers. They were my friends. They took the time to listen to me and understand my problems and they stood up for me until the end. There were ups and downs for me emotionally throughout the process, and if it weren't for them, I'd probably have broken down completely and taken one of the insurance company's BS offers. In the end, I know I got what I deserved because of Nicole and Torsten. They are wonderful people and made me feel confident that I had great attorneys in my corner.

I've never been in an car accident in my life, either as a driver or pedustrian until one night on my way to work. As I was crossing the street a car came around the corner and hit me and dragged me down the street. It left me with a dislocated arm, head and face injuries. I was hospitalized for 6 days and couldn't return to work. I hired a lawyer who I could tell did not have my best interest at heart and would not answer my calls or emails. It's bad enough I'm in a healing process and now I felt hit by him too. So I fired him and hired another firm who had Jeff Crissman to represent my case. In no time soon Jeff hit the floor running. I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Naylor for the past 13 years on different cases. I first contacted Mr. Naylor shortly after my husband suffered a work related injury while working as a formen on the waterfront. Sadly our case escalated from a work comp. injury to a wrongful death case within days and needless to say, reaching a settlemet not just with the employer but with one of the big three auto manufacturers took time. I highly recommend Andrew! He (unlike the other attorneys I've hired and fired) is trustworthy. He truly has his clients' best interest in mind versus his pocket. I have been a long time permanent resident for 30 years. In my early 20's I got mixed up in drugs and picked up some very serious drug convictions. My green card was expiring last year so I decided to submit my application for naturalization. I went to my interview and was detained and a deportation order was issued against me. I was detained for 30 days. Meanwhile my family called attorneys and many turned us away with no hope on relief in my situation. Fabian was one of the only attorneys that saw hope in my situation. My family hired him and he showed up in immigration court and I was released on bail. 8 months later I had my first court appearance where Serrato law was able to get my deportation case terminated based on a decision from the 9th district court only 2 weeks before my court date. The government agreed and my citizenship app was approved. I couldn't be more happy with these guys. Highly recommend. These guys know there stuff. Thanks guys!!!

I had Chris represent me in several cases. At first I didn't want to hear what he had to say, because I didn't think I was at fault for what I did. I became willing to take the proper suggestions and take care of myself while he took care of my case. He fought and fought in the courtroom and helped me sever my case and come to a reasonable conviction. I would recommend this lawyer to anyone, however I think its important for clients to remember that its their job to hold up to their end of the bargain.

Dustin in the best attorney I have ever used. He went to all of my son's doctor's appointments and worked with the insurance to get a larger settlement. He negotiated our medical bills to 1/10 of their total, which allowed us to receive more money. After our case was settled, he became our friend.
