Brian and Jeff are hands down the BEST attorneys in Los Angeles. It took me about 4 years to finally write this because it took me a while to get my confidence and life back in order after my injury....but Brian and Jeff honestly saved my life. They are thee smartest, most strategic, no bullshit, power player attorneys when it comes to personal injury in California. Brian has won many awards, they are ALL over his office...but his awards are public....in PRIVATE when you are his client, he goes above and beyond to help you when you're hurt. My face was severely injured and I didn't know where to turn because my father was dying of cancer during the same time I was hurt. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you Brian and Jeff looked out for me like they were my family.
I cannot recommend these attorneys enough. When I was at my absolute worst in life, they never gave up on me and they helped me survive the toughest time I've ever experienced. Typing this brings me to tears because I'll never find the words to thank them enough.

I hired this law firm over a year and a half ago. They take their time to get back with you. It has been 6 months of waiting for the Veterans Administration to answer a letter. Still not answered. The law firm has already been paid, they are waiting for an answer from the VA. I told them over a month ago to send me the paperwork, and I will take it to the VA. I'm still waiting on them to send it to me! I see how this game is played. It was a car accident, not my fault. So, I wait and wait. They only call back about one fifth the time. The suck very hard.

I hired Vincent based on good reviews and a referral from a friend. His rate seemed reasonable, so I decided to work with him. Our initial conversation was smooth, although brief, and I felt confident moving forward. I paid the retainer on 8/17, and he promptly filed the initial form on 8/19. When he informed me that papers were served on 8/27 and the respondent had 30 days to respond, I thought things were progressing well.
However, my positive impression quickly faded. I followed up with him on 9/11 and 9/18 without any response. He finally called on 9/19, four hours late, and reassured me that “everything was fine.” When I questioned why he hadn’t filed the proof of service of summons, he brushed it off, saying it wasn’t necessary to file it right away and would handle it later. He advised waiting until mid-October, to which I agreed.
From there, communication became nonexistent. I followed up on 10/14 with no reply and reached out again on 10/24, 10/25, and 10/28—still nothing. Aside from filing the initial paper with the court, he has done absolutely nothing further on my case. When I contacted the courthouse myself, I learned that my case had been left completely unattended, with the court even requesting a status update due to inactivity.
Vincent’s behavior was not only unresponsive but also unprofessional at every turn. Missing scheduled calls, failing to provide updates, and ignoring my questions demonstrated a lack of respect for my time and trust. He even used a personal “gmail.com” email account instead of a professional one, which, looking back, was an early red flag. His entire approach felt more like a one-man show than a legitimate law firm.
Vincent comes off as convincing and charming on the phone (when you can reach him), but if you’re looking for someone who will swiftly take a retainer, make empty promises, and waste your time, he’s your guy. I wasted two months trusting that he was working on my case while, in reality, he had abandoned it. Now I’m forced to dismiss the case he filed and start over—an unfortunate setback given the lengthy court process.
Please beware of Vincent when choosing a lawyer to represent your case. His unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and disregard for his clients’ time make him a poor choice if you need real legal representation.

I hired Hasidic a few months ago and it started off very good. He was very good at communicating at least when I would contact him. Sent me an email letting me know how much his law group would be demanding from my former employers and things seemed to be going great and afterwards, everything just stopped. I sent text messages requesting that if he could keep me updated with my case so that I won’t bother him that would be nice but of course that never happened. Time went by and I felt the need to reach out and find out what the status was and I didn’t hear anything, a month went by and after me texting and calling a good number of times to no reply and finally I called the main office to let them know I wanted to part my ways with them and that’s when he finally texted me to tell me he was on vacation and will review my case once he returned but could’ve told me that before leaving. Smh The lack of communication wasn’t there and overall just didn’t seem as professional as they should’ve been. I won’t say that can’t help others but definitely didn’t help me and I will never work with them again. I should’ve read other reviews being trying to work with them.

I was referred to Hartunians office by a friend. I was rear ended by a gal.. she sped off and fled. I contacted them one afternoon and by that evening I was contacted by their chiropractor for a next day appt to begin treatment. (I also saw a PT, and got an MRI because of them) Treatment continueduntil I was 100% better! The process was easy and simple. Never had any issues. Communication with Pauline was excellent. I didn’t pay anything out of pocket! The settlement was quick, I waited 2-3 months but because they fought for a bigger settlement when they felt like I wasn’t offered enough. 100% would recommend.

After working with what appears to be a universally viewed terrible lawyer, Mr. Bains saved the day. I am so thankful I found him, and knew it was a good choice from our initial meeting.
Mr. Bains was always kind and receptive, yet straight forward and to the point, always maintaining a professional rapport. I never felt disrespected or that he was condescending to me, as I have experienced elsewhere. Other professionals expressed their admiration for his work when reading documents he wrote, such as a therapist I work with.
The other significant point is that Mr. Bains did not nickel and dime me. When the bill came, I was actually shocked in a good way, as it was multiple times lower than previous counsel I had employed. Mr. Bains is a stellar attorney and I would recommend him to anyone. Avoid this law firm!! The attorney, Roeuth Sam, is very money hungry. They will accept your case then tell you at the last minute that they no longer represent you. It’s either easy money or nothing. If they find your case a bit challenging they will drop you in an instant. Trust me, find another lawfirm!! Unethical, dishonest and greedy. Stay away!!

My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that. I was hit by an SUV while walking in 2021. Mr Raven told me he could get me over $100,000. Without going to court he knew I didn’t want to go to court He said he could negotiate with insurance companies so that I wouldn’t have to pay them any money. It wasn’t until mid 2024, that Ted fully explained-that insurance companies can demand money back when you use your insurance when you’ve had an accident.And I started getting bills from my insurance co in 2022. I even had to pay interest! I had to send him my information more than once as his Assistant misplaced the documents that I originally sent. And he dropped the ball. There were some follow-up visits that were necessary for me to have explaining how the damage to one leg impacted my ability to walk and resulted in me, needing to have surgery on the other leg, and also exacerbated the original leg injured by being hit by the SUV. He’s very unorganized and when he and if your cases isn’t worth a lot of money, he’ll stop communicating with you wound up with $16,000. He wound up with $22. He charges 45% and we had talked about him not taking 45% given the errors that he made, but he still charged me 45%, because he said he had to file the case in court, but we never went to court. He only agreed to reduce it to just 40% if I didn’t post my negative review. So beware, there may be lots of positive reviews but I guarantee you he negotiated to avoid the negative ones. I would just stay away. He's not organized And he’s not honest.

Ted would always return my calls and explain things to me thoroughly and clearly to the point that I was never left with any questions. Even though I had medical insurance through Kaiser and Medi-Cal, they were both asking for large sums of money from my settlement that Ted was able to negotiate and bring down significantly, to the point that I was able to get a larger settlement for myself. This firm did not get the job done for me, he had my case for almost an entire year then for no reason he dropped me. The communication was extremely poor. I immediately hired a local lawyer and within 2.5 months I had a settlement with the insurance company that granted the maximum on the policy. Ryan is amazing. Getting scary letters from the IRS is not fun, and he helped to walk me through even worst case options so calmly that it helped me find my center and remember that even if the worst case was a reality, it was going to be okay. He’s not money hungry, he’s generous with his time, and is an all around great human to spend time on the phone with (in person I’m sure as well, my experience was just over the phone for now).
