I was referred to Paul Tashnizi. I have never needed an attorney before. I was so pleased with him. He was very caring, understanding, and straight to the point. He covered all avenues that needed to be covered. He stood by me with every question/answer that I had to give to the opposing attorney. Seth was communicative and clear, he always made me feel comfortable with the progression of my case and "broke it down" so I didn't feel like any lawyer-ese was too dense. The most difficult part was waiting for dates to come due to COVID delays, but Seth and his team made it pretty painless. The deposition was much easier than I prepared myself for it to be (due in part to Seth's pre-depo explanation and info sharing).
The final result was a great one, and I was very glad to have everything behind me. At no point did Seth lose sight of our goals, and he made me feel like I had a voice in my own case - not only that but going up against a global brand felt easy with him at my side. I was involved in a serious car accident and called Kerry. I was in a panicked state of mind when I called his firm; his Secratery forwarded me directly to Kerry. Kerry spoke to me in a calm demeanor and asked about the accident, which I fully explained to him. He informed me that, based off of what I told him, I wasn't at fault. But he offered to send his investigator to the scene of the accident if it would make me feel better.
Kerry was sincere and really cared about my physical condition from the accident and was more than willing to assist me, even though, as he suggested, I wasn't at fault. I would recommend Kerry to anyone and everyone. His impeccable knowledge and sincerity helped me through the accident.

I got in serious trouble when I smashed my car due to drinking and driving.
luckily I was the only one hurt in the accident. If it wasn't for Kerry Steigerwalt handling my case I was facing some serious jail time.

I was involved in a car accident in 2012 and I had to deal with my car issues but just didn’t have the time with work. I started to have pain after a day or so and I was determined to find an attorney. I called Mr. Henrik Karapetian and he immediately followed up with my accident case. After hiring him he kept me informed every step of the way as my car was repaired, a rental was given and my injury case progressed. I never needed to call him for an update because he would let me know of any new developments as they came so I was really happy about that.
Most important, my car was fixed immediately and my injury claim settled for an amount that I was very happy with.

Joshua really went to bat for me in my motorcycle accident case. The party that hit me had bare bone, limited liability, insurance. And with broken bones my medical bills were really high. I was in an auto accident March of 2016 that was 100% the fault of the other driver. I had minor injuries but annoying pain that will be with me for the rest of my life. Tired of being jerked around by the other insurance company for over a year, I made a few calls to see what my options were. 2 lawyers would not take my case due to a gap in medical care because of work travel. They predicted the case would go to trial and they were not trial lawyers. One of them referred me to Mr Babbitt and he took my case. Where do I begin? Greyson exceeded my expectations! From the first day I met him - he took a genuine interest in my life, my injuries & getting to know me. He made me feel very comfortable and assured me he would fight for me. And fight for me he did!
I was injured in a slip and fall nearly 5 years ago, it was an independent cleaning company that was mopping. They denied any liability and actually tried to place the blame on me. I sustained a spinal cord injury, nerve damage and was also diagnosed with a tricky hard to explain pain syndrome CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome). In August 2012, I suffered several major injuries after falling from a third story window that had not been properly kept up to current safety code regulations. I had gone to dinner with a guy I had just started dating a few weeks prior and decided to sleep at this house instead of driving home after drinking a couple glasses of wine. Some time after we had gone to sleep, I woke up in a daze on the ground - my hands were dangling from my wrists, I couldn't remember where I was, and I was trying to get help. It wasn't until later in the ER that I found out I had fractured several vertebrae that resulted in me needing a large spinal fusion, I had fractured my sacrum and sternum, and severely fractured both wrists which needed to be repaired through the insertion of hardware. I had fallen from a window that could be pushed open with less than three pounds of pressure and that had a windowsill 19 inches in height (which fell right at my kneecap). My entire world had changed overnight--I felt like I was 22 going on 90 and knew my life would never really be the same again.
Two years later, I was in contact with Greyson at the Simon Law Group to help me prove that the building owners' negligence was the direct cause of my injuries. My daughter was involved in an automotbile accident in an intersection on her 17th birthday. The other person said it was her fault and my daughter said her light was green. Steve represented us in a very long drawn out eminent domain action vs the city. While we settled our case, our neighbor also was involved with the matter and his case went to trial. After 5 months, Steve prevailed against the city and their three lawyers. Working with John Winer has helped me realize what it is that happened to me; that brought me into his office. He has reminded me time and again that the injuries and batteries I endured were not my fault. I went to him at such a low and wounded point, and he met me there.
