Working with the law office of Cecelia Soboleski has been one of the best decisions I have ever made since my divorce process started.
I say this because despite the distance and time difference, I currently live here in the Philippines, we were able to communicate well. She manage to discuss the plans and educate me about the case thru zoom meetings and email. She gives you insight but she let’s you decide on everything. Zoom meetings were arrange so that it would both fit into our schedule. She would definitely reply to questions and clarification thru email.

One hopes that divorce, courts, pain... will never become part of his life. Unfortunately, it happened, and when it happened to me, I was completely unprepared for it. At that moment, I needed more than an attorney; I needed someone to help me. After interviewing Ronald Stich's office, I selected them based on my gut feeling—a feeling that I am dealing with honest, experienced team and someone who genuinely has my best interest in their mind. And I was absolutely correct.
My divorce process was complicated and took four years due to the COVID-19 closures, overbooked and slow Los Angeles court house, and an extremely difficult ex-partner with the opposing attorney who tried every possible trick to extend the process, pain and cost. Immediately upon contacting them I felt warmly welcomed & fully informed about the process. They settled my case so fast & got me the absolute best amount possible! Marta De La Torre was my attorney and she kept in constant contact with me providing me updates & keeping me aware of everything necessary to help my case! Last year my boyfriend and I were in the backseat of an Uber on I-8 when we got rear-ended. It was bad. The rear bumper came all the way into the back seat where we were sitting, and it is a miracle we weren't killed. We all suffered pretty serious injuries, including the Uber driver.
We all wentto the hospital via ambulance, and thankfully I didn't have any broken bones. My boyfriend got a pretty big cut on his face, but overall, we were okay, just really bruised and sore.
Not long after the accident we decided we should probably hire a lawyer. My boyfriend's mom was aware of Randy Walton and Walton Law Firm so we called Randy. We feel lucky that we did. It turned out that the insurance situation was complicated. The driver who hit us had a low insurance policy, but Randy and Kristen were able to open a large policy that covers Uber drivers. That turned out to be so important, because as time went on, the back pain I was feeling from the accident didn't go away, and I needed a lot of medical care. Plus, it was impacting my job at Starbucks.
Anyway, the Uber insurance company eventually offered its entire policy, but that had to be divided among all the injured parties, including the Uber driver. It all took a little while, but at the end it was really worth it. Randy and Kristen were able to get me to better doctors and ultimately got me more money than I thought was possible. They were really friendly and welcoming, and great about keeping me informed as the case went on. I would highly recommend them if you have a personal injury case.

Last year I was headed home on San Marcos Blvd. when a young kid turned left right in front of me. My car was totaled, and when I got home my back was killing me. Because I have a history of back problems, I went to the doctor and was sent to physical therapy and ultimately have had to get several shots in my spine.
When I made contact with the insurance company for the driver who hit me, I started to get the run around because the kid denied the accident was his fault. I figured I better get a lawyer involved and found Walton Law Firm.
All I can say is that Walton Law Firm was amazing. They demanded settlement and when the insurance company made a ridiculously small offer, we went ahead a sued the negligent driver. After some litigation, the insurance finally paid the entirety of the kid's insurance policy. I had underinsured motorist coverage on my car, so we made a claim for a policy limits settlement against it, and they also made a small offer. I am not really sure what Randy Walton did, but about six weeks after the small offer, the insurance company agreed to pay me all of my underinsured motorist policy. I got the max from two insurance policies.
I don't do reviews much but am glad to give Walton Law Firm five stars. They deserve it.

In the darkest, early morning hours, I was driving to work, heading west on SR 52, taking the transition road to Interstate 15 north. Suddenly, out of nowhere, right in front of me, I see a crashed trailer turned on its side, blocking the entire single lane transition road. Because I did not have time to do anything but slam on the brakes, I unavoidably drove into the turned over trailer. I suffered a serious injury and am fortunate to be alive.
I contacted a well-known San Diego “royalty” law firm to help me. They didn’t fight for me. As a matter of fact, they dropped me after the trailer’s insurance company sent the law firm a letter refusing to accept any responsibility for the accident and my injuries, and instead blamed me, the guy who is injured and innocent.
Fortunately, a family member suggested I give Walton Law Firm a call because they had heard good things about Randy and his team. I called Randy and met with him and Wil. They heard me. Randy and Wil believed in me and took the case. They filed a lawsuit and were relentless in fighting to get me justice.
Randy and Wil cared about my recovery and getting the absolute best result. Wil wrote a killer mediation brief and Randy was masterful during the mediation, making sure the insurance company gave me what I deserved. And they got justice for me. I just obtained a significant settlement that will change my life. I am happy to give them my highest recommendation.

I appreciate the opportunity to share my unfortunate experience with Dolan Law Firm. I also appreciate the time the case manager, Mercedes, took to briefly listen to my concerns. I didn't expect to receive services from Dolan Law Firm from the questions I was asked during the information (intake) gathering. I messaged them since their website was advertised on another website as a possible law firm for civil rights cases. I read their reviews and a lot of reviews seem to be accident (personal injury) cases. Possibly there's a quota that needs to be fulfilled or the documentation that was requested that I emailed to the case manager was reviewed and or searched possibly for a statement regarding a accident and or personal injury, I am uncertain. I would have preferred to have received an email message regarding the type of case(s) the law firm is/was currently interested in taking.I realize not every person and or potential clients can be 'pleased'. However, the few negative reviews listed for this law firm have concerning and possibly valid points that I think potential clients may (or may not) want to consider. I did not receive services from this company/law firm, so I would not recommend this company to a friend or colleague.

Kampf, Schiavone & Associates are the best attorneys ever! Although my cases were difficult & complicated with multiple work injuries, Schiavone, Kampf & Associates never gave up on my cases with both, Workmen’s Comp, and my Subsequent Injury Benefit Trust Fund case, also known as SIBTF. I started with Kampf, Schiavone, & Associates a few years back, & they were finally able to get the State Workmen’s Compensation Board & State (my employer) to come to a final agreement & we settled with a fairly good outcome for me, and I was very happy with that Permanent & Stationary settlement. It’s very difficult trying to settle any type of a case with the state of California, but my attorney’s at Kampf, Schiavone, & Associates did just that for me., and they did it extremely well. They also found me great doctors to provide the lifetime medical care I needed, and where I live, that’s not an easy thing to do.
Immediately after my case was settled with Workmen’s Compensation, my attorneys advised me that I might qualify for the State SIBTF award. And my attorneys began the process of setting me up with the required various Medical evaluations, which didn’t take very long at all. I think the whole process of all the evaluation took about perhaps less than a year maybe, and then my attorneys set up with the State of CA SIBTF for SIBTF court hearings, which I did not have to go to at all. My attorney took care of everything For me.
Bottom line, my attorneys won me 100% with approximately 7.5-8 years of backpay, Plus a substantial monthly amount of income for the remainder of my life-span. I am very thankful for everything Kampf, Schiavone, & Associates did for me. I don’t know what I would had done without them, & their help, but I do know this: Schiavone, Kampf, & Associates never gave up on me & my cases with them. They fought long & hard for me, and provided me with solid emotional support, when things felt too hard & overwhelming for me…they were always there for me. If not for Mr. Schiavone, the staff & my attorneys, Mark, Kathy, & Amy, Jessica, & litigation assistants, each & everyone of them, I would not be well off today, if not for these wonderful expert injury attorneys at Kampf, Schiavone & Associates. This office is an absolute joke. I made an appointment and dropped off all my new client paperwork in person the day of, only to be called approximately 1 hour prior to my appointment indicating they would be cancelling and rescheduling for 1 week later. Against my better judgement I waited the week, instead of seeking new counsel, only to be called 30 minutes prior to my appointment saying they would be conducting my 1 hour consultation over the phone. They were late calling me for the consultation and they had none of the paperwork I had dropped off at their office scanned in to the computer, and they informed me there was nobody in the office to see the paperwork. The one hour consultation lasted less than 30 minutes, during which I did most of the talking and Guneet Kaur informed me she would need more money to continue giving me service and, again, against my better judgement I filled out the requested paperwork authorizing her to charge my card. She proceeded to disappear for 3 days and did not respond to my calls or emails until I left a message over phone and email rescinding my authorization for her to charge my credit card and informing her I would NOT be retaining her as counsel. Collectively, her office is disorganized and unprofessional. She basically stole the $250 1 hour consultation fee, which she did not provide service in return for and wasted over a week of precious time, during which I should have been making progress on my case. I highly recommend you call, literally, anybody else.
Based on your petty and unprofessional response to my review, I wish to add "poor work ethic" to your list of undesirable qualities as an attorney.
