Alex worked with me after I got into a head-on collision where the other driver was at fault. Unfortunately, the other driver's insurance was very stingy, and I didn't know how to pursue the case since I have never been in an accident like this before. Thankfully, Alex was an efficient, knowledgeable, and honest attorney. I never felt like I had to wait on him -- he was constantly working on my case and updating me on the progress. He helped me get the medical care I needed - sure enough, an MRI showed two disc protrusions where I was feeling pain. He ended up getting me the maximum settlement!! I went from being clueless after the accident and not knowing how to pursue the case... to getting my back pain treated and a huge lump sum in my bank account. Alex is a very straightforward and hardworking attorney. I got into an accident that severely injured my back and I tend to just let things go easily until the insurance called me and offered me $200 for the personal injury. At that point, I went on Avvo and found Alex so I decided to contact him and see what are the steps to take forward. Within the day, he got me into a chiropractor, he had texted me from his personal phone number both in and out of office hours to answer any questions or concerns I had about the case. This was my first experience actually calling a lawyer for a car accident and Alex didn't treat me like a customer throughout the process but he treated me like a friend and he did everything in his power to get a settlement out of the most stubborn and most complained about insurance company. If you are looking for an attorney, stop "shopping" for one after reading this review and get in contact with him.

For years, I was under the impression that attorneys are cutthroat and just straight to the point. As someone who enjoys connecting with the individuals that I work with or whose services I utilize, I was worried about interacting with attorneys in any capacity. Boy, was I flat out WRONG. Mr. Yebri is not only a top notch, diligent, and incredibly professional lawyer, but one that treated my professional injury case with such care and empathy that I was blown away. First , after going through this workers comp ordeal I would not encourage anyone to try and navigate through that without a Attorney !!! Silberman and Lam got for me exactly what they told me they would ! I really appreciate the service they provided. I would encourage anyone to retain Silberman and Lam if you have a Workers Comp case and allow them to do their work and be patient and sleep well cause its going to be worth it in the end !

I was injured in a bike accident. The driver was sitting in his car and opened his car door on me as I rode by. Ended up at the ER with 6 internal and 6 external stitches in my neck, an inch away from my carotid artery, a sore wrist which a MRI revealed to be a slight tendon tear and abrasions on my knee and hand, plus a sore shoulder. The driver's GEICO insurance tried to refute my claim saying I was 50% at fault for not looking to see if a driver was in the car. The police report said he was in violation since I had the right of way. I initially contacted a larger law firm I saw advertised on TV. They referred me to Braid. Braid was great. He told me these things might take a while, but to be patient. GEICO initially offered to only pay my medical expenses, then a little later expenses plus $7K. Braid advised me to wait because he was sure he could negotiate more. Eventually he negotiated a significant settlement, much more than I ever expected. The whole process took 7 months. I highly recommend him.

Recently, I was reminded about my past car accident and so I wanted to take the time say what a pleasure it was to work with Jahrmarkt & Associates. As I stated earlier, I had been involved in a car accident and John Jahrmarkt and his team were able to get me a monetary settlement I didn't think was possible. Wow, not really sure where to start. I thank my lucky stars every day that I was fortunate enough to find John when I needed an attorney. Is he a great lawyer....you betcha! But whats even better is that he's just a great guy! In 2011 I moved I to Los Angeles from Detroit. I was not working, staying with friends, and had no health insurance. I had been in the USA about a year Two weeks after I arrived to LA I was rear ended on the Ventura Freeway by an uninsured motorist from El Salvador. I sustained injuries and approximately $6000 in damage to the car I had had less than a year. The only mileage on it really was from the drive from Detroit to LA. Long story short Michigan is a no-fault state and their insurance laws are a 180 degrees different from California's. AAA my insurer John sued for negotiating in bad faith. Anyways John navigated the two-state difference in law, got me the medical attention I needed, GOT ME LOST WAGES when I wasnt even employed and then got me the MAXIMUM SETTLEMENT allowed under my uninsured motorist coverage. Meanwhile the whole time John kept me in the loop, worked like a pit-bull, took a genuine concern that I was receiving the best medical attention, and sought to get me the best settlement possible. John has the ability to listen, never waffles when asked direct questions, and IS ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE. If there was a way to make it better it eludes me??? I can't stress enough that if you need legal assistance John is your guy!! I'd give him 6 Stars if it was possible!!!!

Well I got injured at work it took almost 3 months to get any compensation from the company and I wasn't getting anywhere so I had to call an attorney.I gave the law Brothers a shot I told him my situation and Elias said he can help me with my case. California is a difficult state to be a medical malpractice plaintiff. You're going to need the best and in my opinion, you could do no better than David Smith. Ours was a complex case, one which other attorneys had rejected due to all the difficulties of prosecuting medical malpractice in California. Once Mr. Smith agreed to take our case, he was like a bulldog! We encountered some serious obstacles and were up against a heartless insurance company law firm that tried to play some ruthless games and (in my opinion) shady legal maneuvers. But Mr. Smith was ahead of them at every step, even as they seemed intent on taking the case to trial. Ultimately, they came to realize that we had a tenacious pro on our side, and they settled. What I can tell you is that I'm not a big fan of attorneys in general, but we really felt like we had a powerful and effective ally in Mr. Smith. It turns out he's a helluva nice guy too!

I came to Mr. Terhovsepian for a second opinion about my accident case. You see my experience with lawyers has not been very pleasant including the current one for which I sought the 2nd opinion. I was referred to Terhovsepian law by one of my dear friends who has also had a case with him and learned about my struggles with my current lawyer. From the first interaction I felt comfortable and he was very calm and explained the process but first and foremost he listen to me for almost 15 minutes before he started advising me. My other lawyer would cut me short because she didnt wanna waste his time. I also gotta mention that the staff is pretty courteous as well and they called me within the same day.

I worked w/ Dennis Stout as my attorney, though I met w/ Jim first, as his firm came recommended to me by another attorney as "the gold standard" for their services. I could not have been more pleased with the work they did for me, and the results. Dennis and his associates had to follow many paper trails and deal with J&J attorneys that made this particular case a miasma of processes to figure out. I am SO glad I did not make a "class action" choice. Dennis was quite accessible and the lengthy process was always fully explained. It took time but was ultimately worth it. I highly recommend the firm.

Working with Sandra and her colleagues was by far the best experience I had regarding a legal matter! She helped me navigate a complex and very personal case. I can score Kevin Kalajian top score in every phase of him helping me with injury accident in Fresno in my RV when I was traveling Solo Fulltime cross country. He answers the phone. returns calls promptly. replies to emails promptly. experienced with the other insurance company. experienced and knew his way around my med insurance provider and medicare.. He completed all the paperwork that I couldn't have done. He kept me updated of status and explained everything in Laymans terms . was not condescending. He facilitated a satisfactory settlement while avoiding a trial. I tried 3 other law offices and never got past the call screeners. Kevin listen to the whole problem of 3 month trip interruption in a hotel in triple digit temps in fresno not knowing anyone. all this was smoothly accomplished remotely as i was still traveling 2 months before the 2 yr statute of limitations was up. I called him April 3 2023. He was my last attempt to try another referral.. and he was a blessing. He worked hard for me but made it look easy. My settlement will help if I ever need further PT or cover diminished value if needed when sell my RV. Plus pain and suffering. He dispersed my settlement to me promptly after he received the funds. I was 4 months pregnant when me and my husband got into a car accident, I was so afraid of losing my baby but I was so blessed that we didn’t. My car got totaled and I was advised to get a lawyer to help me with how to pay my ambulance bill and all other expenses that came with the car accident.
