I hired Ruth upon first speaking to her because she didn't lie to me and tell what I wanted to hear or was expecting to hear except the truth of my case and situation and what to expect. She doesn't play games or make false promises to get your business. I truly appreciate ethics like that. Having her as an attorney was a breath of fresh air. Honest, genuine and hard working are only a few of the ways to describe this awesome attorney and her team. From the first day that I spoke with her, she was straight forward and didn't try to make a lot of promises that a lot of other attorneys make. Had an accident that wasnt my fault. Was getting the runaround from the other person and their insurance. From day one she was on the case. I received in my opinion a reasonable settlement with respect to my case. Hopefully wont need another injury attorney in my lifetime, but if I do Attoney Johnson would be the person.

They took my case because they said it was" the right thing to do. " I didnt know what to expect from a case like this. You can read her diligence in this case in her exceptions to the court at Florida Department of Administrative Hearings by searching her name. This case was taken to the 1dca. We were the prevailing party. You can watch that court proceeding at 1dca and again,search her name. Ms. Sharon Proctor esq. The appealate attorneyand Jenna handled the case. What a team. I could say a lot of nice things about the two but the proof of her qualifications are in the case.
Ive seen reviews that were simply a bunch of lies or perhaps the Attorneys write them to look impressive here. Dont believe everything you read. Review cases.
If you want to win your case,hire her or anyone at Avera & Smith. You wont regret it.
Jenna also handled my auto accident case and i have refered her to friends that seem to be very impressed with her also.

I have used Adam to help me with a business I invested in. He wa instrumental in helping me to setup the business while protecting my personal assets. Things did not go well for the business and I ultimately had to shut it down. Adam was very helpful in minimizing the damage to me financially due to the business shutdown. It also became obvious that many of the things Adam did when we initially setup the business were extremely helpful as we wound down the business. I plan to use Adam in any future business ventures and heartily recommend Adam as a lawyer to consult with when setting up a business.

Adam has been able to help my family and I with a variety of legal needs. He was so prompt and personable when dealing with my parents living will that he was the only choice when dealing when we needed help with their auto accident; where he was able to get them more than expected possible but what they deserved. Needed an aggressive attorney to get my money owed from a company that hired me to do a service for their client. After months of stalling from that company to get paid, I hired Adam after a friend of mine highly recommended him. The phone rings, a legal assistant or Mr. Moon himself answers it. His "hold" music is annoying, but they get right back on the line with you fast. He actually enjoys giving you updates on your case, legal assistant's do as well. Easy to talk to, understanding of the needs we have as "work comp's". I am thankful I was recommended to his office.

My husband was in an automobile accident that left him with a severely fractured arm. The fracture required surgery which caused hospitalization, and because of the severity he was left unable to work for an extended period of time. Adding to my devastation, I had a three week old newborn.
My husband was in the hospital recovering from his first surgery when he decided to contact the office that Tiffany and her husband Eric own and practice law. The day he contacted them, they came to my husbands hospital room to talk to him about what they may be able to do for us.
We had a new baby and absolutely no income coming in, plus my husband was staying in the hospital due to complications from the surgery to fix the fractures in his arm. I was extremely fragile and scared. Tiffany called me to assure me that she was doing everything in her power to make sure we would start getting my husbands lost wages. She was very knowledgable, confident, compassionate, and thorough. Also, from that point on she made sure to keep me updated along with my husband every time she had any news concerning our case. Tiffany made every effort to fight for what was rightfully ours, she was honest, forthcoming, and diligent. She made every effort to make this process was as easy and as quick as humanly possible for our family. In addition, there were times when we did not understand things that were happening, and Eric, Tiffany's husband and partner would call my husband to make sure we understood the jargon. Tiffany's staff was super helpful and they always were willing to answer questions or to help us whenever we needed it. My son had an accident in 2017 where he was cited. The insurance said he wasn't covered because he was delivering for a business. I called so many firms/lawyers for help. I have spoken with Attorney Harris on several occasions and he truly impressed me with his knowledge and ability to understand and interpret the law and wording of legal matters. He was able to explain it to me in simple words what certain aspects of a contract meant . Some of the things may not have been what I wanted to hear, but is better to have a lawyer who tells your the truth, rather them mislead you. This is by far the best attorney that I could have hired. When I first contracted him, I was at a certain point in which I wouldn't have been very surprised if I lost my case.
