A severe hail storm rolled through our neighborhood in the summer of 2020.
That following spring, several of our neighbors had their roofs replaced due to damage inflicted by the storm.
We reached out to a contractor who worked with our insurance company so that we could also replace our storm damaged roof. Over the course of a few months our contractor went back-and-forth with the insurance company showing them time and time again—proof of significant damage which had left the integrity of our roof compromised. Meanwhile, more and more of our neighbors we’re having new roofs installed just about every week.
It was infuriating.
It wasn’t until we reached out to Michael Labbee with PHL for help and guidance as an intermediary in the process that we made any traction.
In fact, it was almost immediate.
Not even a week after we had reached out to them…they came back with a significant settlement from our insurance company.
We will now be able to join our neighbors and replace our roof appropriately.
10/10 would use Mr. Labbee/PHL again for any issues that may arise where they could be of assistance!

I was involved in an auto accident in October of 2012. I consulted with Mr. Bell and immediately felt very comfortable with him handling my case. I contacted Todd after I got into a car accident when I was 7 months pregnant. The insurance company was trying to get me to settle before I was comfortable doing so. Todd took on my case and dealt with the insurance company for me so I could focus on my new baby. He negotiated with the insurance company on behalf of my children and I so that would we would get the settlement we deserved. He sent me copies of every letter he sent to the insurance company and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. He would relay any new settlement offers and advise me with what we should do next. He took away the stress of the whole situation and I'm very thankful.

I highly recommend the Law Office of Edgar Velazquez, P.A. I was introduced to Mr. Velazquez through a local chiropractor I was seeing after an auto accident in February, 2015.
Upon meeting him for the first time, I immediately noticed his professionalism, sharp attention to detail, respect, and I also sensed a certain level of trust. He took very specific notes about my accident and asked an array of thorough questions. I decided to hire him at that point, and left the office feeling like I made the right choice. As the case progressed, seeing the hard work being done only assured me even more that I was in good hands! The office staff followed up on EVERYTHING....every question I had was answered within a day or two and every email/phone call was promptly returned. This made the paperwork process much easier on my end and really left me with minimal to do. They are a highly organized office! Eileen, the office manager was very helpful and nice as well, and I'm sure she played a big part in those great organizational skills!

Upon closing of my new house, it was determined that it should be tented for pest control reasons. They advised It was scheduled for a Tuesday, for which I had made arrangements to have my cat and myself out Tuesday early AM. On Monday, I got home to find the house already tented and fumigated. My pet cat still inside, and killed. I called pest control company who had little to say and could not explain how they switched the days.
Mr. Chiapperini was my counsel on what could be done to hold them accountable. He advised me as to the law and how best to proceed. I found him to be both knowledgeable and very understanding of my circumstance. He periodically kept me informed and always promptly answered all emails and calls. Although I personally disagree with the way Florida law considers pet companions, I had and have utmost confidence in Mr. Chiapperini. Hopefully, I will never need legal council again, but if I do, Mr. Chiapperini will be my first choice.

I initially hired another attorney but because I was unhappy with the lack of progress and increasing bills, I decided to look for someone else. Mr. Chiapperini was referred by a family friend to consult on a boundary dispute complaint I was served with. Although Mr. Chiapperini does not practice in this area of the law, he did some research and found out what needed to be done. He took over my case and contacted the other party's attorney. Although this was a very stressful time for me because the fence in dispute existed years before I purchased my property and I didn't know it wasn't on the boundary line, Mr. Chiapperini went to great lengths to make sure I wasn't paying for someone else's mistake. Mr. Chiapperini was easy to reach and I always knew what was going on in the case. He saved me a lot of time, money, and, most importantly, stress. I highly recommend him and will continue to use his services for any of my future needs.

The most proactive & professional attorney. Greg Zele is the attorney you would be stupid to not hire. He represented me perfectly and even settled my case in a timely manner while COVID was slowing the systems. I did not have to worry about my case one bit and I was kept informed through the whole process. He had an answer for every question, with this being my first accident - there were a lot. Matthew, took an my highly complicated case. (I had previously hired, several other attorneys from T.V)., and they failed to get me any results.
Matthew fought hard and long; putting his 150% into resolving my case. My personal injury case, was complicated due to the misfortune of obtaining attorneys that promised me the stars. These attorneys wanted the results now, they were not willing to fight for me and my rights.

Russell reasearched all aspects of my case, he kept me well informed about everything going on. Both in the court room and out he is very professional, curtious, respectful, etc. I can not say enough good about him, so if you are looking for an attorney that will work with you on your case then he is your man. If not for his dillegence on my case I would not have ended up with the settlement that I received, which I am very happy with.

Mr. Mander defended me while I was very ill recovering from a hysterectomy gone wrong, at the same time I was a caregiver to my father Richard Joseph Vandenberg. I was supposed to be protected from VINE when the state called to ask me to be a witness against a truly disturbed male that had put his 5th female victim in the hospital. His family retaliated.
