Evan handled our fall case caused by a raised sidewalk. Significant injuries were sustained and required 2 hip replacement operations. The entire case took about 15 months due to the severity of injuries. During that time, Evan communicated with us every two weeks to ask about the healing process and update us on the case. Since we were unfamiliar with the legal process of suing someone, his bedside manner was greatly appreciated. There were depositions, etc. and Evan clearly educated us on the process, so we felt more comfortable testifying. His expertise was apparent at every step of the way. Although I have not hired him I know him personally. He is a man of integrity. He does not have to advertise because he has a wonderful reputation. He does the right thing and would never mislead you at all. He is not greedy just a man whom does what he says he will do for you and is trustworhty and truly does uphold the law does not try to pull any thing over with anyone, he is definitley a man whom I would recomment to anyone for legal advice. He may be a little expensive but he is worth it. He has the expereince and deserves what he gets as far as his fees are concerned. After suffering a catastrophic injury at work I consulted with 2 NY attorneys and then a prominent NJ law firm. They took my case because they said it was" the right thing to do. " I didnt know what to expect from a case like this. You can read her diligence in this case in her exceptions to the court at Florida Department of Administrative Hearings by searching her name. This case was taken to the 1dca. We were the prevailing party. You can watch that court proceeding at 1dca and again,search her name. Ms. Sharon Proctor esq. The appealate attorneyand Jenna handled the case. What a team. I could say a lot of nice things about the two but the proof of her qualifications are in the case.
Ive seen reviews that were simply a bunch of lies or perhaps the Attorneys write them to look impressive here. Dont believe everything you read. Review cases.

I have used Adam to help me with a business I invested in. He wa instrumental in helping me to setup the business while protecting my personal assets. Things did not go well for the business and I ultimately had to shut it down. Adam was very helpful in minimizing the damage to me financially due to the business shutdown. My husband was in an automobile accident that left him with a severely fractured arm. The fracture required surgery which caused hospitalization, and because of the severity he was left unable to work for an extended period of time. Adding to my devastation, I had a three week old newborn.
