The absolute best!
After my injury, I felt completely lost and vulnerable. Having never experienced anything like this before I didn’t know what to do or who to turn to… and then a friend recommended Theodore Enfield to me. From day one, I hung up the phone with a sigh of relief, feeling a huge burden was lifted off my shoulders. I knew I had placed my “burden” in their trusted hands.
Andrew handled my case and was an absolute God send! He is exceptional, very kind and courteous; answered any and all questions I had, and kept me informed every step of the way. I always felt that I was being “heard”. He took the pain out of a painful situation, and gave me the hope and the confidence I needed to move forward. Jessica met me in the hospital after my motorcycle accident in 2019. Very tough case but Jessica has diligently pursued a solution for several years and somehow managed a settlement. I have great respect for her and her team.

I’m a 36-year-old software engineer living in the Midwest. Most of my early life I never had good credit. 3 months ago my credit scores were 580 low 600s. I was obviously not happy with those scores so I started to clean up my credit. Opened 2 secured cards; Discover IT for 200; Navy Federal secured for 250. Did the pledge loan as well; self-account, stellar fi, boom for renting reporting, cap one only a 300 limit. Asking a family member to become an AU on their BOA still nothing changed instead my credit score kept dropping. Thanks PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST after reading so many reviews about them. When I got in touch with PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST my story changed for the better. He helped me delete all negative items on my credit report within 6 days. I am genuinely shocked by the disparity between the glowing reviews I read and my own experience with this firm. Unfortunately, my first interaction with a lawyer has left me feeling completely disillusioned and hesitant to ever work with one again. After seeing numerous positive reviews, I chose this firm, but my experience has been far from what I was led to expect.
I was initially told that my case would be quick and straightforward. I wasn’t filing for bankruptcy, just seeking assistance with a settlement. However, after two months of paying for services, my case had not even been started. I received constant excuses about staff being in and out of the hospital or unavailable due to meetings. I requested an in-person meeting with my lawyer, but every time I was told he wasn’t available or there was another reason for the delay.
Communication was another major issue. I had to send multiple emails, often waiting more than a week for a response, even when I explicitly asked for updates. I was constantly reassured that my case was being worked on, but I never received any substantial progress. One of the key reasons I wanted to meet with my lawyer was to discuss and fill out my client forms, but I never had the opportunity to meet with him directly. Despite this, I was told my settlement was being processed without my completed forms or even a conversation about my questions.
At this point, I feel completely misled. I never once spoke with my lawyer, and my case seems to have been ignored entirely. Given my experience, I’m left questioning the legitimacy of this firm and have reported my concerns.
I strongly urge others to be cautious when considering their services.

One day after a harrowing boat crash caused by an impaired captain, both Scot & Logan were in our living room walking us through what we needed to do going forward. Their primary focus was on getting my wife the medical attention she needed to address the injuries. Once that was in motion they orchestrated the many processes (documentation, insurance claims, State’s Attorney Office engagement, etc.) necessary to make things right.
When it was all said and done we felt that Scot and Logan had our best interests in mind and worked tirelessly to do the right thing. These are good people!
