I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this service. The communication was abysmal—despite numerous attempts to reach out with questions, I never received a response. Promises were made but never fulfilled, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. To top it off, it took six whole months of waiting without any update or acknowledgment. I had a great experience with Denmon and Pearlman after a really bad accident i had while just sitting at a red light. They went ahead and explained the whole process of what would happen and guided me through everything. I think i would not have been able to do it without them. Got in an accident a month ago.. I hired a attorney from this law firm ..to be honest with you ..I never spoke to her and the assistant was not no help either.. she sent me to a clinic for a month after that she told me ..I have to wait for the settlement.. so when the settlement came.. she said I had to pay.. for the clinic and her fee.. so that means she did not fight for a good settlement ..she just offered me $10,000 ..I asked her who's going to pay for the surgery of the accident.. after that she never want to talk to me again ..I called the law office she hanged up on my face.. it's good to give her a complaint to the bar association....

I was severely injured in June 2020 by a fall in a hospital over a bench that was not visible from the turn in the hallway. In addition, three visits to the ED and 2 hospital admissions which included surgery twice
Rubenstein Law upon consultation immediately accepted the case. I was working with their local attorney and was pleased with our discussions The local attorney was to handle the personal injury portion of the incidents and they were to review the medical care as it took 3 ED visits and 2 hospitalizations to handle the injuries suffered in the same facility where I was injured
I had 3 fractured ribs, an 8 inch tear in the intracostal cartilage, a head injury, wrist injury and in the 2 hospitalizations 3 liters of blood surgically extracted from my chest cavity plus a 19cm hematoma that was dissolved. The diagnoses were acute kidney failure and acute respiratory failure due to large effusions in both lungs caused by the fall. Additionally, after 2 months, I’m still on oxygen 24 hours a day.
Last night, a Friday night at 8:30pm, I received a call from an assistant at the headquarters office in Miami. I was advised that the hospital’s insurance had denied the claim for the fall and they had decided not to take the case further and they were closing the case. Hell, they had not even received my medical records yet. Not had the malpractice group reviewed anything regarding the errors made in my care decisions.
I had been told at the onset that the insurer would likely deny the claim and at such time they would have to file the intent to take the case to the next level. Instead, they just dropped the case. Simply because the insurer denied the initial claim
This leads me to wonder who’s pockets have been lined. Why accept my case in the first place?

We spoke to Mr. Smith and asked for his assistance with a small matter. He promised to take care of it in a matter of a couple of days and requested we pay his fee in advance, which we did. We never received any work product, Mr. Smith has gone completely silent and we have not received a refund despite multiple requests. This sums up our experience with this firm.

My husband and I were victims of a "runaway trailer" that crashed into our car on the highway, causing considerable and long-lasting injuries and the complete loss of our car and contents. All of the staff there are very professional and have helped me through this whole process with ease! I was in a car accident and even my own insurance company was against me and trying to give me the short end of the stick in every turn! Then I hired this outstanding law firm and that all changed. Immediately my truck was paid for when before that they wanted to give me 8,000 on a truck worth 3 times that much. Boom! They got me my full value and quick. Then Henry and Renee worked with me for every step until I got what I deserved. I am very happy with them and I would trust them for ANY case in the future. Also Jimmy came to my mediation just to make sure I was taken care of so having 2 attorneys behind me made me feel very appreciated and cared for. If you want him to tell you he is withdrawing from your case the day after divorce trial and tell you he will not advise you and proceed to sign off on a final judgement 3 days later that you object to (one written by opposing counsel)..... he's your guy. You may want to think about if that is ethical and if that's who you want representing you. During litigation many emails to him without responses and being told they were difficult questions when I discussed the matter with him! Too many negatives to list.
Update: as to his response I don't take his apology too serious. The man won't even respond to any emails and sounds familiar as when I was paying him to represent me he didn't respond to emails. He was paid to serve a subpeona in my case and was notified that he sent it to the wrong department and needed to resend it to the correct department. After a few days I called the financial institution to check on the subpeona as we were on a tight timeline only to be told that he was contacted to resend it and did not do it. I contacted him and was given an "excuse" and he promptly resent it. I followed up with the subpeona department that it was sent to only to find out he didn't sign the subpeona! Again another "excuse." Prior to trial he said we wouldn't have the subpeona back in time for trial. One day after trial and him telling me he was withdrawing from my case....Guess what ....I again called the subpeona department to check on the subpeona and was told that it was sent to him the day before trial! 2 days later we have a hearing with the judge for him to withdraw from my case and I let him know that I had called and found out that he was sent the subpeona the day before trial. I can still see the look on his face. Within 45 minutes after the hearing I get an email stating that he went and checked his email and low and behold it was in his SPAM! Take it from there.

Today I called Mr. King after 4:30 PM and he returned the call within 5 minutes. He was professional, very informative, and cared about my situation. He did not rush me and truly listened. I was nervous, he made me laugh and consequently I was able to communicate more effectively and provide the most important facts of the situation. I consult with multiple attorneys at work here in Naples, FL and he is by far the most personable, practical and down to earth at solving problems. He is a rock solid negotiator. I would wholeheartedly recommend him; additionally if I were seeking medical consultation for surgeries such as robotic surgeries, pelvic procedures and joint replacements I would call him to inquire about success rates and potential negative experiences others have had. The worst Atterney I could have ever chosen in my life. He left on vacation when my hearing was set. Then sent someone that didn’t have a clue hat was going on with my case. Worst mistake of my life as far as picking an Atterney. Huge mistake. He left when I needed him and paid him for. Then never answered. Huge mistake choosing Manny a Perez. Huge mistake. I happen to be one of those people that have been convicted of something g I did not do because I chose the wrong Atterney. At the end Manny told me I could just switch to another Atterney if I want after he took my money. Horrible experience. Don’t hire this guy. Hey tried to pursue me for additional money after he didn’t show up at my hearing. Horrible experience. I totally made a huge mistake by hiring Many Perez. The worst thing is that my mistake will now follow me for the rest of my life, from something that I am innocent of. He had no interest in my case at all. He left on vacation and ignored me while I stood in court alone. But charged me for that. Again. Huge mistake.
