I just spoke with this Office about a class action lawsuit that I wanted to start. They denied it and these guys are supposed to be big on class action lawsuits but they did not want to pursue this one. They would not give a reason they just said they won’t assist. So they are a waste of time when it comes to class action lawsuits

I hired Mr Diveev following a work accident where I acquired a brain injury. I went to him because workman's comp was denying my Neurology care . He filed with the court. Then on the day of court,
during court, he withdrew his filing . Saying to me "we'll get another bite at this apple. " I didn't understand at the time what the problem was or why he was withdrawing. I came to find out much later that Mr Diveev incompetently filed suit against workman's comp for orthopedic surgery. Yes you read that right orthopedic surgery. Additionally As a result of him withdrawing the lawsuit, I became financially responsible for the insurance carriers lawyer fees and lost the indemnity benefits . He had the balls still bill me for his representation! Filing incompetent suits he should be paying me for the losses I incurred as a result of his incompetence. I don't know how it happened but I just learned today that Rue and Ziffra have been put on my WC case as my attorneys but they are not my attorneys. I don't know what sketchy thing they're up to.

After the most horrific accident imaginable, I didn’t know where to turn. I was fortunate to have a friend recommend Morgan law group to see what they could do for me. I was lost and confused and never been through anything like this before. I didn’t even know what steps to take and honestly if I even wanted to take any at all. He ran my retainer down to nothing on emails alone. During child custody trial he did not speak up or attempt to dispute any of the non sense said by the guardian. He charged me 320 an hour and was not prepared for trial. He conducts himself very Unprofessionally by how he speak to you. He Is very happy to collect payment for answering emails and making motions but for trial he went belly up. It was embarrassing. I wish I had someone else.. anyone else.

I hired Mr. Fasig after hearing good things about his firm. After signing the contract with them, everything changed. James soon passed my case to an inexperienced attorney who did a poor job representing me. I was very unhappy with the outcome and with the way the firm neglected my needs. They did not put forth any effort to maximize my settlement or even try to negotiate a higher outcome. James never even took the time to meet me or even shake my hand. He did not provide any good legal advice for me and i would not recommend hiring him. I was very disappointed with this firm and Mr. Fasig.

Convinced by others I mistakenly hired another attorney that not only sat there and collected a check but has also played a vital role in the acts of incomprehensible negligent legal malpractice any officer of the court could possible do. My words cannot express the pain and injustice I have and will continuously be going through the next couple of months and years too come. My reputation as professional has been ruined. My stomach turns everyday because I did not listen to my gut and hire Joseph Bryan. I let myself be convinced by others who are only influence by lawyers who have big flashy law firms who preach they do this and do that for their clients on tv, radio , the internet and in the end can't even negotiate forgiveness with a priest. In my past Joseph was hired as my legal representation. At first I didn't see how hard he fought for me, but what I know now is that he did. If theirs one thing I could change other than the nightmare that brought me to this place in my life, its hiring Joseph Bryan to represent me and with my experience so should you.

Joseph Bryan agreed to handle a case for me. I was not sure I wanted to proceed or not. It turned out that I was not going to have to file a suit yet Mr Bryan CASHED MY CHECK FOR FILING FEES and the case was never filed. He took my money and has refused to refund it. I am now having to file a BAR complaint to try and recover the funds. 99% of attorneys give the 1% (the honest ones) a bad reputation. In my opinion he has certainly lived up to the bad reputation many attorneys have.

Let me start by saying that I never write reviews, but in this case, it is an honor. I can't say enough how pleased i am of the work Anastasia did for us. When I was looking for an attorney to help me reunite with my wife, I spoke to at least 10 other attorneys, whom seemed to me that really didn't care. I was just another number. And they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money. My last call was Anastasia, and boy did i have a sigh of relief after speaking to her. She really cared! and was very affordable! From day one she made us feel that everything that could be done to reunite my wife and would be done, and it was! She went above and beyond. She took care of everything! from handling all documents, to dealing with issues caused by the foreign government, which i would have had no idea how to handle myself. She did it all. I was referred to Attorney Craig Fergus by a very close friend after my mother got into a accident while driving my vehicle. From the initial contact, Mr. Fergus showed empathy and listened. He was very knowledgeable and guided us throughout the process. He literally was our voice while dealing with the insurance companies which can be a hassle. We were very surprised by the outcome and settlement and the time frame was not long at all as most persons we knew said the process can take up to a year. With Attorney Fergus we felt like he really had our backs. And i could of ask any question at any time he always answered the phone. Thank you to your staff that was also helpful. Do not recommend. His staff made several mistakes on our case due to lack of care and attention. Jeff is more worried about covering himself and collecting his fee, than he is in following through on what he had promised. He has wasted our money and time and caused us a lot of harm in our case.

I had an head injury last year, and I was so lost on what to do next. I called Mr. Victor Dante on a Thursday and by Monday, I had my first appointment with the chiropractors. Michelle always called throughout the week to make sure I was doing fine and wasn’t in any pain. They both work so well with one another and I never had to worry about anything. Dante handle everything, all I had to do was attend all appointments and make sure I was receiving the treatment I deserve. Mr. Victor was patient, kind, and considerate. I am a senior recieving a B. S. In Animal Science in Tallahassee, and you would’ve thought that he was local! This man is amazing at his craft and he knows what he’s doing.
