I hired Attorney Alicia Seward for a small claims case. She was always very pleasant and I was very impressed with all of the staff and the paralegals that worked on my case.. They were prompt when returning emails and phone calls and were always very thorough. The case went on much longer than we both originally predicted but in the end, she went into court prepared, organized and in a very professional manner. Worst experience ever with an attorney who is supposed to have your back. He promised all kinds of money and in return when the settlement check came he forged my name and stole my money. We hired a handwriting analysis to make sure that it wasn't s my signature and 120% was not he recommended I get back surgery that the settlement money would be more and in return we received a settlement check for $3,000 due to the fact that he signed my name and took my money it was reported to the bar

My first contact over the phone was surprising. He listened to what were my medical problems and future treatment and outlook. Both Mr Salter and his staff are knowledgeable in the law profession but they are caring and empathetic.
He helped me to get a second opinion from one of the best Orthopedic Surgeon's in the area; Dr Thomas Tolli. When my prior Dr had said I was not a surgery candidate and would have to do long term pain management. That second opinion changed my life.

Just spoke with Daniel Soloway, not very impressed with his legal advice. I'm a legally blind individual I was assaulted in a parking lot in my apartment complex with no lighting where I was robbed the $55 and he says no one will take my case because 55.00 my attorney fees will be more than this. Sorry it's not a multimillion-dollar case I'm sorry I wasn't shot in the head and I'm sorry I wouldn't stabbed. I do have a police report the police have known that many incidents at this complex but you didn't want to hear that because you over talk to me way to treat a legally blind person

Steven is trying to keep more of my inheritance then he is entitled to. When asked about it he said “it’s a wash”, and now he is ignoring my attempts to get this resolved. I completely understand why he lost his right to practice for 18 months in 2006. Hopefully it will be permanent this time so he can’t take advantage of anyone else.

Steven Jonas lied to me repeatedly when handling a case of my mother's estate. A Wells Fargo employee stole a significant amount of money from her. The employee was found guilty and sent to jail. I never recovered all the money stolen because Jonas lied to Wells Fargo and to me. It was astonishing how badly he misrepresented the situation. He did not tell me that his partner, who I considered my lawyer, has left the firm. He told me the partner was too busy and he was handling it. He did not file the proper paperwork to close the estate. He did not tell the bank that my mother had died. When I went to obtain other legal representation he would not send them the files. It was a disaster. My mother died in unnecessary emotional pain and confusion due to his mishandling of the suit.

Do not expect a good outcome
I lost $150 consultation fee just to realized this attorney couldn't handle my case due his lack of expertise and comprehension. My questions were left unanswered, his elder secretary interrupted the consultation many times, employees need some training on manners, professional language and dress code. Very disappointed.

Do not trust
I got a consultation and asked for an interpreter because my mother and me dont speak English very well. The secretary told me they have a certified translator that was available everyday. When showed up for the appointment they forgot to put it in his calendar and the employees were eating and just ignored us. The older secretary was the interpreter and asked to pay cash for the consultation. Her spanish was poor and basic and she Was rude and careless The consultation was a complete failure. The old lady wasn't translating properly and the attorney wouldn't answer our concerns. This firm showed irresponsible and unprofessional conduct. Of course my mother didn't hire him. We lost 45 minutes of our time and $150 consultation fee. Do not hire this firm.

be cautious with the upfront fee, that they charge. I ended up getting what likely amounted to 2 hours worth of advice for $3000 dollars non-refundable, when my wife and I opted not to pursue a divorce. I get it, I signed the form but most businesses you come across make some effort to do right by people, and sadly that wasn't the case here

Would not recommend this law firm to anyone. I was told over a year ago that I would receive money for my dad's brother in the tobacco lawsuit case. I never received it. Finally, I received a call from Charles Scott 2 weeks ago that he was sending papers to sign. Still have not received anything, and no one will return my calls. This is not a way to treat clients nor a professional or legit law firm. Find someone else.

They drop my case after a month. (hit by uninsured driver.) Everything was clear at very begging. Why it takes so long time to figure out about "we have chance to win"? Found this firm after doing research on board certified Criminal Defense attorneys. My 25yr old son had never been in trouble with the law but found himself faced with a 3rd degree felony burglary charge that he did not commit. He basically walked into an abandoned hotel that was under construction but did not intend or attempt to steal anything. He has a hobby taking pictures of unique and abandoned buildings. We thought it would be a simple case that his public defender could handle but after the PD had several negotiations with the prosecutor, we felt we were out of options, aside from my son admitting to the burglary charge with 3yrs of probation. I spoke with Mr. Ruddy Smith from this firm and he thought we were in a tough spot but said he would do his best. This guy is down to earth with a great deal of experience and very well connected. He got the charges dropped to a withhold misdemeanor trespass and no probation. Absolutely amazing. Ruddy comes with my highest recommendation.

I hired Robert L Spector, 2014 of June after a rear end accident. I was severely injured and currently in the process of undergoing surgeries .
Mr. Spector had my case for 2 years and didn’t resolve any issue or made progress.
My calls were ignored by him and his office assistant. When I attempt to contact him from a different number, my call was answer immediately.
I decided to make him aware, that I was unsatisfied with his service. I ask him to release my case, and I hired a new attorney.
Due to the statue of limitation, I was not able to recover the full amount of money that my case was worth.

I hired Attorney Saint Jour for a Personal Injury case and he did a great job on the case. He kept me informed and he fought for me when the insurance company was trying to deny my claim. My sister hired this firm to represent her to help her get a Final Judgment Set Aside among other issues in her case with the help our family that was well communicated with Greg. He proclaimed that he would help with all of her matters. I even spoke with him and his support staff too about my sister’s case but now refuse to speak with me to inquire as to why they have now filed a Motion to Withdraw from her matter and he has left numerous issues unresolved as I find it disgusting and disturbing of their lack of professionalism. Again, this firm was suppose to help her on numerous of matters. He waited nearly 3 months to file the “Motion” that he now claims he was “only” hired to do on her matter with the court after getting paid in advance. He received a letter from opposing counsel proclaiming they took too much money from my sister’s 401k account and has sat on it too admitting it has gone unanswered. This issue too was another reason why he was hired. The office never answers the phone and they use their caseload as an excuse as to their poor performance. “Often citing that my sister is not their only client”. How would that statement make you feel if you were a client of theirs? A deadline was missed in her case by 4 days and the excuse of a security breach was used that nearly happened weeks prior to the Judge asking for a Briefing Order to be submitted, which was not disclosed in their Motion for Extension of Time after they missed the Judge’s deadline. One would think that if a security breach caused your firm to miss a deadline, it would have been well noted in their Motion for Extension of Time to the Judge. Luckily, the Judge granted his extension; however, the brief submitted wasn’t in support to set a Final Judgment aside as the case cited was in opposition to their claim to set aside. It seems excuses is all this firm has and unwilling to refund my sister’s money for their lack of being prepared. They claim they’ve used up all of her funds too. No invoice was ever given upon employment. They also failed to submit a document that the Judge asked to accompany the briefing order, part (b) an Amended Final Judgment to include computations that was not included with their brief. They repeatedly asked for documents that was supplied numerous of times to them! I’d strongly encourage you to get my sister’s Motion to Set Aside Final Judgment, their Brief to that Motion and opposing counsel’s response to their Brief from the Court in Escambia County (Brock Kennedy v. Amy Kennedy) as it should be a guiding light for anyone in need of an Attorney. This attorney will talk a big game to get hired it seems to me. He should have been very transparent about his “big” caseload as this excuse was given multiple of times to my sister and to me by Jennifer and Greg. Jennifer asked that I help with the writing of the Motion to Set Aside as their paralegal was out of the office due to an illness and they were short staffed, then blatantly lied about it. I have legal experience, so I drafted and submitted a Motion to them to help them with “their big caseload”. I actually cited a great case in my Motion to Set Aside that wasn’t even used in their brief. This firm cited a case that wasn’t in even in support to set aside and opposing counsel noted that in his response
and the Judge sided with opposing counsel. I’d actually have to agree with the Judge’s ruling for their failure to submit cases that supported their position to set aside. All public record. It is an attorney’s job to keep clients apprised of their case status, which is their fiduciary duty. An attorney shouldn’t half attempt to handle legal matters and wait months to get a result! Do your research and carefully read reviews of other clients as my comments and opinions are of the same of others. Unfortunately, the legal profession in Florida is saturated with Attorneys that talk a big game prior to being hired and do less than mediocre work once hired.

I hired Dean Burnettilaw firm after personal injury. I broke my neck . I spent 4 years trying to get this resolved. I went through 4 different legal assistants. Had to explain to all 4 about my case. They barely returned any calls, emails, texts. A couple of times they thought I was another client . They got my information mixed up several times. I see poke with Mr Burnetti on a Friday afternoon, he said an agreement had been met and he would call me that following Monday with the details. Several weeks went by, just before the limit of time for my case was I g I t a notification my case had been dropped. I made several calls , no answers. I never received the settlement. I too decided to hire this attorney because he seemed like an honest Christian. I will forever have hardships from my accident, including financial. He did nothing for me.

From the initial consultation with Mr. Martin Hoffman, I knew I was in good hands. My attorney was Mr. John Agnetti because it was a divorce case. John is a compassionate and highly competent attorney. He and his staff were very responsive, not just to me as the client, but also to the court with filings. I am a paralegal; I KNOW lawyers. I put $2000 down towards the retainer, met with her a few times about my case, she didn't know anything about my case each time. She then "advised" me to handle it on my own after constantly making negative statements. She did absolutely no work on my case and I still couldn't get my money back.

I live in Alabama and had to fight my custody battle in Florida and she always made sure that I was informed correctly to help guide me in making the right decisions.
