Brett Fisher defended my corporation in a recent lawsuit. In was clear the Corporation should have been named a nominal party, but the Plaintiff refused to make the change. This company recently hired Brett David Fisher PA.
Brett is the worst lawyer ever. I hired Brett and he completely screwed me in court. Completely unprepared after over a year of preparation.. Then after court the lies from Brett came flowing as to why he came to court unprepared. According to Brett I had no case from the beginning. Now he tells me this!. One week before court Brett told me he was not going to be a lawyer anymore. Can you believe this? Then he screwed my case.

Very rude staff including the attorney. Will not listen, cut you off when you are trying to explain your issue. The legal assistance hung up on me. When I spoke to the attorney he said little and then said I have to go and hung up. I was not even given a chance to explain my case to him and injuries. This firm acts like they are better than everyone else. Very demeaning and they do not want to take time for potential clients. I would never recommend this firm for anything.

I was a client of attorney Bobby Nunez. During the first meetings with the attorney I asked some question that were not cleared answered and y were many more that he would not answered. Since it was my first accident, I was very confused about the procedures when to do what and who will do what. I signed contract with this firm sometime in the middle of February. At the end of month, our situation got worse not only economically since we lost all incomes but also the only vehicle in the household broke down. We have limited transportation and liquid assets to manage the regular bills (mortgages and utilities) then credit cards and loans, any other bills. Unfortunately, we couldn’t continue with the physical therapies and We participated our decision to the attorney. At the beginning of June, I contacted the attorneys office to obtain a case status. To our surprise the assistant asked if we stopped the treatments and we told her yes. We have communicated the information to the attorney back in February not because we were feeling better but other situations were pressing that required immediate attention. To our surprise she said that without treatment there was not case. That she would consult with the attorney but that was pretty final and she did not believe it would change. She was flabbergasted when I asked why did not the attorney let us know. He knew we were stopping the treatments and never indicated otherwise. She also said that she checked with the clients monthly, so why didn’t she check with us not even after a month or two months or not even after four months? Why? Immediately after a validation email came from the attorney confirming that without a treatment there was not case and he would not represent us anymore. I was disappointed because we were expecting to be informed about the process, the steps during the process and also informed that it was imperative to have therapist in order to have a legal representation. We thought we have stopped an important aspect of our case with justifications or not, but we also have talked about other factors that weight equally or more than the treatments for example: I bought my car and I have paid 14 k towards that property which I lost? Wages, emotional distress? All other problems that come after the accident that can not be resolved with physical therapy. i recalled the attorney said, don’t worry please write down all your lost I will present them to the insurance company. So what happened to all those lost besides the health issues? They are not valid? They don’t count ? They are not important? All those factors were important to us because we were affected by a guy that was negligent while driving i95 and hit our rear back while moving. He broke our balance and equity in our life’s, he made me particularly feel disoriented, lost, lost lost. -and we had an attorney but he did not support us as we thought and at the end he dismissed us totally.

Joe Lenti was in charge of our Title transaction on the purchase of our new home. From the very start of the process we did not have a good experience. Our mortgage lender contacted his office office for two plus weeks without receiving a response. Throughout the process Joe felt it was better to argue about how he was right, rather than how to close the transaction on time and without additional cost to us. Our closing was delayed and cost me an additional $700. I expressed my frustration to Joe and asked to be compensated for the delay and additional cost we incurred due to his mistakes, but he refused and told me to go elsewhere if I was unhappy. Unfortunately we were in a rock and a hard place needing to close on the home before we lost our deposit and interest rate lock. I am very disappointed with Joe’s service and unprofessional behavior.

I was involved in a very serious car crash where the guy smashed into the back of my car while I was sitting at a red light. Thankfully I was buckled but I was still severely injured and I ended up having to go to The ER and later on to physical therapy Sessions and then I had a microdiscectomy to fix the disc in my neck. From the very beginning Ms. Rush and her assistant, Angie, helped me with all of my bills and expenses. Ms. Rush told me my job was to get better and she’d take care of all of the legal matters surrounding my crash and that’s exactly what she did. I received a very large settlement and I am beginning to feel almost completely perfect again. My husband and I are VERY thankful for Ms. Rush and the Rush law firm and I highly recommend them!

Marian Rush is the most difficult attorney I have ever encountered. She is incredibly condescending, does not keep you updated or informed, and works closely with horrible doctors. I never thought an attorney would ever treat me the way she did. I would recommend absolutely anyone over this awful lady. She is incredibly rude and will make you feel stupid every time you talk to her. She did not make me feel like I was in good hands. Please, go to anyone besides her.

The extensive marketing materials oversell the true quality of service this attorney offers. Extremely unprofessional, provided the wrong advice and lead us wrong, this also confirmed by subsequent counsel hired. Careless judgments notably impair the ability of this attorney who may be otherwise actually helping customers. Arrogant disdain and hands off attitude make his service poor and dangerous for anyone needing legal representation.

Mr Jubran cost myself and my family an exuberant amount of money with little to no resolution to my child custody case. Him and opposing council kept getting the case continued for over a year, but they didn’t care, because they were getting paid. Mr Jubran made many legal mistakes and refused to admit them in court. He filed a motion that had incorrect information on it, and never sent it to me, before filing it. This made me look like a liar in court. All he had to do was stand up and admit that was his mistake. He refused to do so. Mr Jubran assured me that it did not hurt my case, yet every time we were in court, opposing council would use it against me! He also assured me that I would not have to keep paying him while my case was being appealed, because all other motions would be put on hold. That was a lie and he continued to send me a bill every month. Mr Jubran would act like he cared but he doesn’t care about you or your kids, he only cares about the money!

I hired this attorney and his firm in a sensitive case regarding childhood sexual abuse. From the beginning his firm where not helpful in getting me proper closure in terms of a settlement and returning. phone calls on in a proper fashion.
Then all of a sudden they drop my case leaving me to pick up the pieces and fight the case on my own which has caused him lots of trauma.

To say you have an "honest" attorney seems like a solid oxymoron, but Mr. Cannon is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of having for representing our family! Myself and fiancé hired him because his children’s biological mother is a drug addict and alcoholic who abuses her two young girls. Should be open and shut right? No it’s not. We made the huge mistake of paying Kelly Hampton 3500 deposit to do absolutely nothing. He has faked court dates, he has lead us on over 2 years now while these poor girls suffer and are starved/beaten when they’re at their bio moms. We can’t afford another attourney right now so this has literally ruined our life and theirs. Run away from this guy he is a complete fake

I have lived in St. Pete for 30 years and have always heard good things about Justin but never expected to need to hire a personal Injury Lawyer. When I got into a bad car accident in 2017, I was in the hospital after to get checked out and figured all of the pain I had was just temporary from the crash impact. This lawyer is both unprofessional and incompetent. She did not believe it to be prudent to immediately inform one of her clients that his wife was also being charged in the same jurisdiction with a crime stemming from the same incident. There is simply no way that she was unaware of this charge for the entire time that she did not inform her client and her client should not be expected to discover this on her own. She has made it apparent to the public that her personal political beliefs are more important than providing the best representation to her clients. Avoid doing business with this woman at all costs.

On my first traffic violation which I hired him to actually go to court for, all he did was take the deal at pre-trial (which I could have done in 5 minutes and saved like 80 bucks) and ended up having to spend almost the same amount as the ticket for what he called "court fees"

We met with Brian more than 2 years ago regarding an auto accident. When you do get to speak with Brian, he has said for the last 18 months that he will file suit; however, still has not filed. An offer from insurance had expenses that were incorrect. He said that because my daughters car was uninsured that would be a problem, however, it was explained that my daughter was a passenger in that car and that it did not belong to her. Stated he would file suit, but the county to file was incorrect, and no suit ever filed. Told my daughter that she would receive weekly updates, however, there is NO communication. This is still an active case and we haven't heard from the attorney or his staff in months. It is our belief that he is hoping that we just walk away. We've discussed this case with other attorneys that said because too much time has passed that the power of getting the insurance company to pay now is very slim and that this attorney has failed us.

I asked for an update on my case and he responded that he and his team were "evaluating".
Weeks go by with me following up via email. No answer.
When I messaged him today that I wanted a response or I was going to review him, THAT made Luis respond, "Thanks for the threat."
He states that he recommended me to go get medical procedures. I had gone to 2 doctor visits upon the firm's referral. The first one suggested that I get injections. I said OK. Time went by and nothing was scheduled.
Then they had me come in again for a redundant visit that was just like the previous one. (All-the-while the legal firm is probably getting kick-backs for running up a medical bill and referrals.)
I had finally had it with the place they referred me to. Although I have been going to the chiropractor the firm had sent me to for OVER A YEAR.
The person who hit me has $50k in liability coverage. They talked a BIG game at the start regarding that number and going for the max. Then a settlement offer came in for $10k and they folded.
In my opinion Luis and his team take the easy settlement and do not take cases to trail. Just from what I have seen after taking TWO cases to them.

I hired this attorney and has been dealing with him for years for couple accident cases. I can say, "Do not listen to the hype he puts in his presentations to gain your trust look at the real facts." The real law states," you never can get more than you pay for" in lei-mans terms under uninsured motorist coverage if your policy is 25k then are you are entitled too is 25k unless assets are involved then you must sue the party. This attorney had me waiting for 2yrs to resolve an accident case due to his continuous moves from law firm to law firm and when doing that it will become a loss to the client, He then accepted the case at the new firm and in 2 mos later the firm decided not to handle the case he had supposedly been working on. I have 122 text messages from this attorney back and forth and also documents scanned and sent to me in which I have kept to present in another matter. Basically, what I am conveying is too research your attorney before hire and get facts not fictions. The result to the 2yr case is still pending and with another firm. Not to discredit this attorney maybe good with other cases but I would not use again.

“Attorney” Hancock in the end did so little for me. I initially thought I did good in hiring this firm then came to realize that he and his staff are just “nice” but so incompetent as to their legal duties. His staff lacks knowledge. He is not realistic nor did he fight for my case! If you are seeking legal help you would be better off going with an legal intern rather then this office.

I was in an automobile accident a few years ago and I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Metnick Levy & Dyson's law firm. The staff was phenomenal and the attorneys were great! I was kept abreast of any new updates throughout my case. I never felt like the office didn't care about my case. Mr. Dyson was honest with me from the time my file was transferred to him. He would ask me if I had any questions or concerns regarding my case. My calls were always answered or returned in a timely manner. Mr. Dyson took the time to listen and answer my questions. Also, I was always contacted anytime defense counsel presented an offer. My case settled and I was pleased with the settlement. Mr. Dyson represented me and was a horrible attorney. He was verbally abusive toward me, lied and boasted he would get me a large settlement but did not. He blamed it on me saying my case wasn’t any good after representing me for more than 2 years. He sent me to doctors that inflated my costs and were a joke. He made me pay for a mediation to sit for hours to get the same same settlement I did. I basically paid for him to have lunch. He added extra costs to a case that he took willingly which he thought was no good. Further his fees were more than what I received for my settlement. There are many other honest attorneys to hire that aren’t just out for money and treat people like this. I am more upset that I was lied to and treated poorly than my settlement.

My wife and son hired attorney Simpons office for a car collision. They did a horrible job in looking up prior records. They didn't take time to figure out other key factors. My son suffered a permanent injury which cost him his career in the military. They hardly received anything from this incident. After settlement the attorney's office disbursed money to people that had nothing to do with this case.

Well people. Just wondering if any one knows what PRO BONO mean? Cause this law firm does not. When TYNAN decided she was finished working on my case, she was done. She put her hands up and walked away from case. She and “staff” have asked me to PAY for expences and sent me a bill on a PRO BONO case.
There is almost ZERO contact with Tynan direct.
When i wanted to take case to trial...... she said she would quit before taking to trial. So again i was forced to sign or have no lawyer. I signed under duress.
Im not saying its a bad place. Just saying my personal experience and documentation to prove and some will be posted in the pictures
I’d look else where if you need personal attention in a matter. Many times i was told Tynan was at trial or busy ect.
Even when Tynan did my fed case. In a whole year i think i got her on phone 6 times.
Take your time and look.

I am a single father of a five-year-old Little girl and also pay child support on another daughter. This law firm and their reckless and inept Doctor financially wrecked my family. Choosing this law firm was the worst possible mistake I could've made. Please do not make the same mistake. I was victimized more by Burnetti Pa's Jeff Diamond and Sarah and their Doctors than the actual person that caused the accident. At least he was honest and admitted to what he did. The driver that hit me told the police he was looking at his phone, and another driver with a dash cam sent me a copy of the accident on video. AND THEY STILL MANAGED TO RUIN MY CASE. And when I asked them to address the problems that was going on in the case they told me I was asking them to do something unethical or illegal. Since when is asking someone to do their job a reason for such allegations. I sat around over 6 weeks not working thinking the matter was taken care of and further running my family into to debt to get by based on counting on Burnetti Pa. The doctor's office called Physicians Group on Himes Ave that they sent me to completely wrecked the case over a simple mistake. And instead of owning up to the mistake and correcting it they all left me and my daughter to suffer for their wrong. And I had to catch the mistake, the attorney didn't even know. I have 3 college degrees and I assure you I can tell when a Dr tells me to go back to work or not. Physicians Group on Himes Ave do not care one single bit if you and your family get your money as long as they get their medical bills paid. There has been constant legal problems for Physicians group and them taking advantage of people through it's founders the 1800 Ask Gary and 411 pain networks. Google 411 pain and Physicians group. This is who Burnetti aligns themselves with. YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER TO THEM BOTH. They both want to run up medical bills that is what they do. The only thing that Burnetti PA was aggressive about was getting me to sign away my case to them and from there they did nothing. A month after accepting my case they still did not have the police report and I had to go get it myself and fight with the insurance company myself to get them to take liability for the case. And even though their investigator and Jeff Diamond told me they would help me with my car repairs if I needed it that turned out to be a lie just to get me to sign with their firm. Later they informed me they do not handle that. Lol. That's unethical and illegal. This firm has caused my family a lot of undue stress please do not make the same mistake. The firm and the doctor's office knew that me and my daughter just lost our best friend that was like family to cancer the prior week and they still could not be bothered to return a call or do their job and left me suffering all holiday weekend. Worst law firm ever. I was trying to buy a home for me and my little girl and now I am pawning things to pay rent with no relief in sight BECAUSE OF THEM. BEWARE!! PS That Dr Office employee was so rude to my 5 year old lil girl the first time I brought her I didn't have the heart to make her go back with me. I had to cancel appointments to not have to bring her back. My kid wouldn't stop bringing it up, seriously.
