Jeana is amazing. I never thought I'd need someone like her, but I am so grateful she was referred to me by my employer. She helped me for over 3 years, and was never impatient or frustrated, even when I was stressed and asked the same questions repeatedly. I was referred to Martin Law through another lawyer.
I had taken a fall at a local store and wanted the store to pay just the medical cost. Throughout the negotiations both Shauna and Jeff were extremely helpful, responsive and explained each step. I couldn't have asked for better lawyers and caring people.
Recently, while walking my dog, we were attacked by another dog. Shauna again stepped in and helped me.

Mr. Thomas Fabiano has represented me in a two personal injury cases in the past 16 years and did a excellent job in representing me. He worked closely with me while preparing the cases, kept me informed at all times, Always answered my phone calls when I would call the office with questions or concerns, treated me with the utmost respect at all times and I couldn't of been happier with everything he did in my two personal injury cases. He spent countless hours on the cases, being very thorough, and the end result was victory in both cases.
Thomas Fabiano has since then, over the years, represented me in other cases and I have always been very satisfied with the outcome from his dedication to his clients. I feel one of the most important things between lawyer and client is communication. Every time I have ever called the office he has always taken my calls. Never am I told that he is busy, or gone, or I will have him call you back. If he is in the office he comes to the phone. I feel that in itself is showing a lot of respect for his clients, and letting them know that he is there to answer any problems or concerns that I might have, and want answers to immediately.
Thomas Fabiano also gets involved on a personal level. He will go out of his way to ask how the family is, how am I doing, and shows interest in you as a person, not just a client. I have had other lawyers way back in the days, but once I found Tom Fabiano, and got to know him, and began the journey of trust, I have never had to look any farther than his law practice.
They are a law firm with several members of the family in law. A highly respected name in many towns.

I was struck in a hit-and-run car accident. They never caught the person. My car was totaled, I had a bad concussion and upper body injuries. My insurance did not want to cover much at all. Jason dealt with the insurance companies and medical bills. Everything was taken care of. I was able to get physical therapy and replace my vehicle. He was very responsive, would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carl. He has been my Work Comp. attorney since 2009-2010 and worked on my case diligently to get to arbitration in order to keep my medical rights open (after sustaining a severe arm injury and subsequent surgeries beginning in 2005.) Since arbitration, there have been a handful of times over the years where I have needed additional help and support in getting the continued and subsequent medical care I need and to which I am entitled. He has and continues to be nothing but extremely kind, patient, helpful and caring. He is also no-nonsense in his responses to my former employer and their Work Comp. insurance provider, and extremely professional in all interactions. He always takes care of things in a timely (and often very fast) manner, and is honestly just one of the most genuinely personable and caring attorneys I have ever met. I could not continue to “fight” this seemingly never ending battle as a result of my original injury and subsequent surgeries and procedures without him. I honestly would be lost without him.
Know that if you value compassion, respect, and kindness, along with someone who gets things done, Carl should be your attorney. No question. Of course my hope is always that I don’t have to continue this fight; but when I need someone in my corner, he is always there.

John Hipskind helped my Fiance Russell after he was hit by a semi truck on the way to work. John communicated with my fiance, and he was quick. Mr. Geller accepted my case after others declined to take it on. After I explained my situation (what happened) Mr. Geller pretty much did all the driving from that point forward. He kept miscellaneous costs to a minimum and was very flexible with scheduling. We did most of our communications via email and phone, which was very convenient for me. His office is conveniently located downtown and next to a parking garage with ample parking space so when I had to come in, I had no issues with directions or finding parking (rare for downtown). Mr. Geller kept me informed of my case status from the inception and laid out realistic timelines and expectations for the case. What you see is what you get with Jeremy! I highly recommend!!

I was connected to Alex Moskovic through an Employer referral service at my work. I hired him regarding a no contact staking order against a former employee who harassed me and my family electronically and exerted multiple threats. This was an emotionally very draining time. In short, Alex helped me to obtain a 2 year plenary order by agreement, a rare achievement thanks to his great knowledge of the law. With the order in place I feel protected from the harasser and can continue living my life. As someone who never faced any legal situation, Alex guided me through the process and was available to talk when I needed him. He calmly answered all my questions and explained happenings in court, their implications and next steps in a way I could understand, which was important to me. Alex also multiple times provided his professional opinion on a parallel criminal case against the same individual that was ongoing. With his dedication, I wish Alex could have represented me in this case too. Overall, I’m very happy with Alex service and will recommend him to anyone seeking representation for an order of protection. During the most traumatic time of our lives, the one constant was Jim Spiros and Spiros Law.
We lost our dear mom in a horrific accident on November 19, 2021.
