I was referred to TPMB and Sam Carl via a different firm while I was looking for a personal injury lawyer due to a serious cycling accident. If you have ever had the need to seek our representation you know how overwhelming the process can be and how difficult it is to know if you are making the right choice given the vast array of options at your disposal. Complex life altering injuries are scary enough, and if they involve negligence on the part of large well known corporations its even more intimidating. At the time TPMB was newly founded and little information about the firm existed, but after speaking with Sam and TPMB partners I felt reassured in my decision to retain them. He immediately jumped into action gathering time sensitive evidence and set realistic expectations every step of the way. His advice and recommendations over the course of 2 years were invaluable and ultimately played a big factor in being able to secure a favorable multi-party settlement prior to trial. Sam was always available and willing to answer questions or offer his professional point of view, even outside of traditional office hours if need be and his calm but diligent demeanor kept things moving with the minimal amount of stress. He was able to accomplish this with the uncertainty of Covid and disruptions to the legal system as a backdrop. I'd have no reservations recommending him or TPMB to those in a situation similar to mine.

Sam is a very genuine person. 100% transparency. No cause of concern. 100% trustworthy. Always has client's best interest in mind. All options will be on the table and all the pros and cons, clearly stated. Final decision is mine and he will value it. There was a stage when I was keen to accept the offer made but he felt it was not a fair deal for the extent of injury suffered. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carl. He has been my Work Comp. attorney since 2009-2010 and worked on my case diligently to get to arbitration in order to keep my medical rights open (after sustaining a severe arm injury and subsequent surgeries beginning in 2005.) Since arbitration, there have been a handful of times over the years where I have needed additional help and support in getting the continued and subsequent medical care I need and to which I am entitled. He has and continues to be nothing but extremely kind, patient, helpful and caring. He is also no-nonsense in his responses to my former employer and their Work Comp. insurance provider, and extremely professional in all interactions. He always takes care of things in a timely (and often very fast) manner, and is honestly just one of the most genuinely personable and caring attorneys I have ever met. Mr. Geller accepted my case after others declined to take it on. After I explained my situation (what happened) Mr. Geller pretty much did all the driving from that point forward. He kept miscellaneous costs to a minimum and was very flexible with scheduling. We did most of our communications via email and phone, which was very convenient for me. His office is conveniently located downtown and next to a parking garage with ample parking space so when I had to come in, I had no issues with directions or finding parking (rare for downtown). Mr. Geller kept me informed of my case status from the inception and laid out realistic timelines and expectations for the case. What you see is what you get with Jeremy! I highly recommend!!

I recently had surgery that was very successful. I did not hesitate to let friends, family and acquaintances know that I had the surgery, how excellent the surgery went, who the doctor was and how he had changed my life.
My wife and I recently went through Chapter 7 bankruptcy with David Feinartz. The entire process as orchestrated by David was superb. But, have I gone out to friends or acquaintance an tell them that we had just gone through "Bankruptcy," and that we were so fortunate, so blessed to find an attorney that changed our lives. Unfortunately the answer is no. Why, at the age of 71, I did not want to advertise that our financial condition was such that we required the expertise of David Feinartz. I was ashamed that we had to file for bankruptcy.
David was recommended to us through a friend that admitted that he had experience bankruptcy and what a wonderful experience is was to work with David. Following up on our friends recommendation, we certainly found that to be true. We had been fighting financial problems since 2009 only going deeper and deeper in debt. Our only knowledge we had about bankruptcy and bankruptcy attorneys was through commercials on TV......................... and these guy"s can certainly scare you.
On our friends recommendation, we met with David and found him to be calm, and understanding of our concerns, even our terror of our future. David, after calming us down, explained the options we had ahead of us, made a recommendation as to how he would proceed. Davids calming manner in addition to his level of knowledge and professionalism was everything our friend who recommended David and more.
