Robert was recommended to me by a friend, and my past experience with lawyers was not great, to say the least. I had always seen them (in injury circumstances) as someone who has the tools and vocabulary but essentially acts as a middle man that just takes most of what you are due. Not SO with Bob. After hiring, he was very upfront with me about the circumstances and scenarios that my motorcycle accident & claim would lead to, and he helped me every step of the way. By the grace of God, and his professional team we reached a result that was beyond satisfactory. He worked at a speed much faster than the state of California and was always one step ahead of everyone else. If you have need for a personal injury lawyer I can't recommend Bob enough. He's professional, timely, candid, and will work his hardest to make sure that you are fairly represented, and given your best chance when pitted against insurance companies and 3rd parties.

I have never engaged a lawyer for anything before, and was incredibly reluctant to do so. But on the advice of friends after several months of trying to get a resolution on my own proved frustrating and fruitless, I got in touch with Bob to help sort out medical bills from a bike/auto collision. Bob was thorough in his explanations, incredibly responsive and refreshingly realistic at every stage about possible outcomes. Thankfully, the situation was resolved in my favor - but even if it hadn't been, I would have been very pleased with Bob's professionalism and service.

I hired him for a difficult case and he has worked hard on the case. He keeps me updated, which is rarity with attorneys. He is highly energetic and wonderful at working the case that other attorneys lacked the knowledgeably to hit all the angles. (I did a lot of lawyer shopping for the right one.) After a horrific accident I didn't know where to turn. A friend recommended Sheldon Aberman, and I owe her a huge thank you. "Shelly" took care of everything, not one thing left to us as my daughter healed. I had a bicycle accident due to a neighbor's dog(s) charging me in the roadway causing a fall and significant damages to me. The neighbors are very nice people, but I decided to pursue a claim with their insurance company. I thought about trying to pursue my claim directly with the insurance company but decided that was not wise.
Since I did not have a lawyer, I used AVVO to find Dave Brassfield who had a strong numerical rating and outstanding personal recommendations. Additionally I could find nothing negative concerning his practice.
Dave was very professional and was able to achieve an amazing settlement in which the net proceeds were about 6 times the amount I thought I might achieve on my
own. And he handled everything quickly, professionally, and without hassle.

I will keep this as brief as possible. My injuries were so devastating and life changing that I wanted nothing more than to forget about them. This "forgetting" included attempting to ignore any and all aspects of my case. To be honest, I would have quit my case just to be left alone and to be able to move on with my life. It didn't help that, in typical fashion, the defense had done everything in their power for years to blame the accident on me. After years of this and refusing to settle, the case finally went to trial in early 2013. If I remember correctly, it took a couple days of jury selection and on a Thursday or Friday Sean made his opening arguments and began examining expert witnesses. Long story short, when the weekend was over and we came back to court on Monday, the defense was ready to settle! It took a couple days of Sean putting witnesses on the stand for the defense to come to their senses. My life has changed dramatically since then...and for the better this time. To reiterate, I wanted nothing to do with this case for years and IT WAS MY CASE! Sean worked tirelessly for me and my life and I was THE most difficult client to work for. He never quit even when I wanted to. To this day I don not believe I would have won my case with anyone else fighting for me. These days I consider Sean one of my very good friends and I am endlessly thankful for his support.

I could not be any happier or any more satisfied with my visit/consultation with John Martoccio. John had an answer for all of my inquiries. And the 1 or 2 items that he was unsure of, he made sure to follow up with me after doing research on my questions the following day.
This office is located in the heart of downtown Hinsdale and has a very inviting feel and atmosphere. John's paralegal, Racine, greeted me as I walked in and John was out of his office to shake my hand within a minute. I never felt rushed, nor did John make me feel like he was pressed for time or that he had more important matters to tend to, although I know how busy he is.
John made sure to provide me with all forms on contact information for himself and his office in case I had any further questions or inquires. John always makes himself available and truly devotes all his attention to you when you are in need of council.

I have found myself twice in post-divorce issues regarding child support. At least for me they were both very difficult, frustrating and stressful times as I believed both parties were capable of resolving all matters amicably outside of a courtroom. During my most recent circumstance, however, I received word late on a Wednesday afternoon, before a scheduled Monday morning court appearance, that the Respondent wanted to resolve matters without making a court appearance. When the mortgage on my rental property was transferred to Nationstar and they failed to consistently send me a printed monthly statement; despite numerous request. I contacted attorney Coleman when I attempted to pay off the loan and discovered that Nationstar had re-applied all fees and charges applied to my account, which had been previously remove; when I explained my need for a printed statement, for accounting purposes; that I would not pay the bill online due their absorbent fees and that I would not be held responsible for fees associated with their failure to send me a printed statement as I had not opted into their digital services agreement.
Attorney Coleman, took over full communication with Nationstar and expeditiously, had all fees removed from my account and all marks against my credit removed based on Nationstar’s faulty business practices. I was very pleased with attorney Coleman’s results. I will definitely, consult his legal service in the future, if the need arises

I had never been involved in anything court related in my entire 60 years. I got injured quite significantly & had no clue how anything worked. I am so glad Lauren was my attorney. During the bank fraud forclosures in 2010. I learned of Vito after experiencing a very sudden car accident in which the driver of our vehicle had zero fault in. However because we didn't have adequate coverage, my injuries were about to have to come out of my pocket, that is until my mother-in-law advised me to allow an attorney to look over and review everything before I signed off on anything that pertained to this accident. I had just so happened to have just received a brochure in the mail from Hupy and Abraham, so I gave them a call. They were very sympathetic to my situation and even sent out a representative to my home for my initial consultation. After signing up with them, all of the bill collectors that were hounding me in regards to this accident just stopped calling. It took awhile for the proceedings to be completed, and I was only seeking the medical damages that were incurred from this accident. Well, after negotiations with Vito, I not only got my medical bills paid, but I had enough left over to pay some additional bills , as well as to take a trip to the Islands for a few days. I was so satisfied that I hired him for another accident where a driver rear ended me and totaled my car. Needless to say, that he did the same thing for this case. However, what did take me by total shock was that, during his negotiations, I assume that he didn't agree with the finalized amount. I say this because he called me and said that we had won "x" amount of dollars but after paying everyone that needed to be reimbursed, I would only be left with a very small amount. It was at this point that he told me that he would make sure that I got at least "x" dollars back, even if it meant that the difference would have to be taken out of his fee. I had never heard any attorney offer to forego their own fee. This meant that he would have just done all of that successful work that he had done for absolutely nothing. How many other attorneys have you heard say something like this to you? Of course, from now on, Vito will be my go to guy if I ever need help after any type of automotive accident. No one knows what happens in next movement
On way back to home from work I & wife met with an car accident (with no fault).Car totalled and we injured severely, ended up in ER.
We don't what to do next. I found Zayed Law and met Mr. Jeremy Lee, a young, energetic and talented attorney. I felt huge relieved after discussing my case. Mr. Lee was very supportive and always in contact never leaves us in the dark about anything. When we had a question we could call/email him and would have instant answer.

Adam and the entire team at Zayed Law Offices were fantastic throughout my entire case. You can tell that they truly care about you as a person and not just your case.
