I certainly would and have recommended Mr Hawkins services. I recently got a dui in the state of SC. I had seen Mr Hawkins on the local news about a large case he had and decided to give him a call. It was after hours so I left a message. I was promptly back the next morning. He told me that although he didn't have a lot of experience at the time and DUI cases he would certainly help me out by taking the case. After going over everything that happened with him in his office he asked me to give him some time to contact the solicitor and subpoena some information. After doing so he got back in touch with me and we went forward with our case. It seemed that he had good relations with the opposing party and I truly think that helped a lot. We eventually got my case dropped to a reckless driving which certainly was better than a DUI. As I said earlier I would certainly recommend Joshua Hawkins to anyone who needed his service. He was prompt professional and certainly made me feel very comfortable with his competence.

I am so thankful that I had Andrea as my representation. I have been back and forth with custody of my son for years due to false allegations. That’s what I thought about the service rendered by Andrea B Williams. I was in a unique situation and she worked to determine what was needed to resolve my case. She approached every angle to make sure every question or requirement would be addressed. My unmarried daughter died of COVID after delivering a newborn infant by an emergency c-section. The expectation was to be in sedation on the ventilator until are lungs were stronger. She was never able to sign to get the birth certificate and name the father of the child. Neither the father nor myself was able to apply for the birth certificate. Andrea made certain that an emergency hearing was set and we were granted a final hearing at that time so that benefits could begin. She was stern and straightforward and communicated with me to keep me informed. She was also very affordable for the amount of time dedicated to this case. If I had not hired this firm then I would not have gotten the settlement I deserved. The insurance companies make it very difficult to get the necessary medical treatment expenses paid for, but when I hired Bice Law they got everything covered plus wage loss covered and a great settlement. Ryan Lane and his office staff are to be commended. Mr. Lane represented me to modify a divorce regarding child support. I truly experienced justice with him. I told him several different outcomes I wanted as far as child support. He thoroughly explained why some things would I wanted were in line with child support law and why some things wouldn’t be good because they weren’t in line with the law. I hired Bennett Schiller for a very difficult case. I was told by several people he was an excellent attorney. Despite making the exclusive list of ‘Top 100 Trial Lawyers’ he took my case even though there was a really low cap on the amount he could make. It was obvious to me that my case was way below his pay grade when I read about him winning multi-million dollar cases. He still took the case and put 100% into it. Mr. Schiller is very professional and his staff Elizabeth and Jessica are knowledgeable and gracious. Each of them makes you feel comfortable with a very uncomfortable situation. The odds were against him in my case but he made it all make sense. This man is intelligent and extremely sharp. Being as successful as he is instead of resting on his laurels as he could do-he chooses philanthropy in his community which speaks volumes to his true character. I have zero regrets about hiring his firm and would recommend him to anyone I know with complete confidence.

Parker took my case in despite it not being in his firms day to day type of case. We went up against a large company that had the resources of 2 different defense terms working for them. Excellent trial lawyer!! Loyal, honest, hard-working, and a bulldog in the courtroom. Travis worked hard on a case for me out of the goodness of his heart. He believes in doing what's right and this situation was a prime example. Let me explain...someone filed a suit against me and my company. My insurance company denied the case, but I remember Travis saying he, "Couldn't let me go in the courtroom alone." There were times I had to tell him it was time to go home. He stopped at no end to see to it that justice was served in the case. I told him the Plaintiff was wrong, and not only did he believe me; he proved it. When we got our day in court, he was on fire. Sharp on the law and efficient with language. Ultimately, the judge directed a verdict of not liable and justice was served. We didn't have to pay any money to the Plaintiff!! The question is not whether you hire him or not, it's how bad could the situation could've been if you hadn't.
