Mr. Rettenmaier helped me during my hour of need regarding a Landlord Tenant Unlawful Detainer Action (Eviction). I am so glad I hired Robert Rettenmaier to defend me with my unlawful detainer. Robert, was able to prepare me for trial in case we needed to go forward. During a time that was very stressful, Robert sat me down and explained to me what was going to happen and what would likely happen. On the morning of my unlawful detainer trial, Robert calmed me down. Mr. Rettenmaier protected my rights and even future rights. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. We eventually settled my case instead of going to trial. When Robert was negotiating a settlment, the other party's attorney tried to get me to sign a general waiver of rights. Robert would not let me do this. I am so glad he was there to protect my rights because now I am capable of suing for injuries that were sustained. Also, I don't have an eviction on my record because of Robert. I would definitely recommend Robert to defend your rights in an unlawful detainer eviction action.

I had a very difficult divorce case that required very delicate and knowledgeable approach to handling all the obstacles. My ex husband has mental issues and not an honest person, the case was very difficult and it lasted for 2 years.

JP was the first (after MANY) attorneys I spoke with that would have an honest, straight-forward, conversation with me about my case. After our first conversation, he presented me with in-depth opinion on my legal standing, as well as a well thought out legal strategy for action. Working under a tight deadline he was able to turn a bad situation into a victory.
He was responsive: (Always same-day, usually within 1-2 hours)
He was knowledgeable: Well prepared to discuss case specifics, even finding angles other attorneys had missed.
He was prepared: On court-day we were ready-to-go, yet opposing council (whom had filed the RFO) had to ask for more time.
In the end I got what I wanted, with little sacrifice. I believe it has everything to do with my representation by JP Miller.
To put it another way, even if the court had ruled against us, I would have written a positive review because of the work he performed and how he performed it I felt confident that we were: Prepared for court and armed with the best strategy circumstances allowed.

I had to find an Attorney pretty quickly, as we were in a time crunch to respond. I had read the reviews for the Richard K. Isles firm and was introduced to my now Attorney, Cora J. Dorado. She has been nothing but wonderful! There have been several instances when I have needed answers quickly, like within 1-2 hours, due to the other party not cooperating, and Cora has always responded in a timely manner. Her Paralegal, Leigh Collins, has been amazing as well, very professional and personable! They really do put the Clients first and have made it more of a pleasurable experience because of the personal relationship they have established with me. My case is still ongoing, but I wouldn't go to any other attorney than Cora, I feel like I am in the best hands and she is a very knowledgeable attorney, well beyond her years.

We really enjoyed working with Jenny. She was a calming presence in the middle of our chaos. She always came prepared, provided prompt responses and gave us reliable advice. She is smart, kind (to her clients), and stands her ground in the courtroom and in the presence of aggressive attorneys. She knows the systems and has a plethora of experience.
My daughter was refusing to go to school on days she went to her dad’s house. We were able to file an emergency order and she was able to help us get a schedule with more consistency for my daughter.

Jennifer Cone was a savior to me while I was going through an extremely high conflict divorce. When I first hired Jennifer, I was up against a restraining order, child custody battle, and an unfair split of assets. I had very bad and crazy divorce experience and it took almost 4 years, because my ex was totally brain washed by new boyfriend and this boyfriend is connected to crafty and greedy attorney in manhattan beach RR. this attorney RR is even famous in court room as bad and insistent lawyer. so i was recommended one of top lawyer FS in Bevery Hills at beginning but my attorney FS was so expensive and he didn't care about my case because compare to his other clients I am poor and my marriage was only 2 years.. not big deal case.
but since we were fighting with RR he drug everything unbelievably slow and judge was keep rolling eyes.., after year and half we had nothing done but attorneys fee was already $150,000. then i couldn't keep this Bevery Hills attorney FS who doesn't care about my case and enjoying spending unnecessary time with my ex's attorney RR.
after i let FS go i hire other attorney CC, she was nice about she offered me payment option but she said she came from criminal fields and i guess she didn't have much experience in family law and she was not strong enough to stop RR. so ends up it took another 2years with this attorney CC and i got few bad judgements and even payment option i spent crazy amount of money..
but finally i met William Glavin thru my friend in manhattan beach and william stopped crazy and greedy RR's attack and very honest charge. i went thru divorce and used 3-4 attorneys and interviewed many attorneys. but i have to say 90% of family attorneys are money hungry and don't care about me. but finally I found this this guy William and his associate Adam!
they are strong but honest get into the point and save your money and i can trust 100%!!

Catherine represented me in a very difficult case around a move away situation with my child. She spent so many evenings and weekends making sure she had everything prepared for our day in court. From my first meeting with Michele I felt that she had my best interest at heart. She is obviously a consummate professional with scrupulous attention to detail. She formulated a plan for us to move forward with and was honest with me as to what to expect. Through this whole process she earned my trust and respect. I wish I would have retained her originally.
Katina was wonderful. She kept me informed as to the progress of my case. She is not only a knowledgeable professional, but a kind and patient person. Her support helped me get through more than a few frustrating times.
The whole office worked as a team. There are two more attorneys and plenty of staff at this office. When Michele was not available there was another attorney there to handle issues. Elizabeth Brown was very warm and personable. I was glad this group was on my side.
Divorce can be a terrible stressful experience. It can be compounded by a lack of timely response. I did not feel the delays in this case had anything to do with this team. This group of professionals kept me on task with my requirements and filed the necessary documents with the court in an expedient manner. I always knew what was expected of me.

If you are looking for a family law attorney, look no further than Lesa Christenson and the team at ABC Family Law. I worked with her for about a year and a half in a very contentious custody battle. She is not only compassionate and deeply invested, but she also has the experience and sharp legal mind to get you good results. I would be happy to have her in my corner against any San Diego attorney in trial. She is well spoken, knowledgeable and a force to be reckoned with in court.
I found her at all times to put the needs of my child, and myself above her own interests - she tried to save me money wherever possible, and delegated lighter tasks to her associates to keep the fees lower. She does not blow smoke - she is a realist and will tell you her honest assessment- good, bad or ugly. I always felt well informed of my options and in control of the process.
I quickly found out that there are a couple different ways that attorneys operate in family law. Some use "shady" tricks or try to skirt the law. This is not the way Lesa and her team operates. You can be assured that they will represent you with integrity and do things the right way. I do believe that the sharp difference in approach by my attorney and that of opposing counsel was a helpful factor throughout the proceedings.
It's so hard to really know what you are getting with an attorney before you are really in the thick of it, so I am so grateful to have been referred to Lesa. Multiple times during the process other third parties involved in the court system went out of their way to let me know that I had excellent representation when I told them who my lawyer was. I sent a few clients over to Matt both criminal defense and family law. And I was amazed when he was able to get three felony counts with three to five years of jail time reduced to a misdemeanor and 6 months. Then he got my buddy's daughter home for Christmas after untangling a bad ruling from a less experienced attorney. Matt is a bulldog and the judge can't say no when he argues the law. One of the best attorneys I know and he's also a very generous supporter and contributor to service disabled veterans. The guy is a stud, class act.

I just so happened to stumble my way here. I was looking for a different type of attorney and came across Mat Singer. I got myself in some trouble in 2017, and i dont have the best track record. I thought I would be doing multiple years in prison because of my past. I hired Mr.Singer to represent me. Court dates came and went for nearly a year. Wallace Francis is an exceptional attorney and I would recommend him to anyone who has an ethical case.
Like most litigants, he is absolutely committed to his clients' financial interests. Yet he also recognizes what matters outside of money. He offers solutions that consider all factors. An example would be if a client had to pick two options, one that would likely yield $10,000 and another would gain $6,000. While one might think the obvious answer is $10,000, Mr. Francis might offer caution with what the emotional and timing costs would be to get the additional $4,000.
In my particular case, he was amazingly helpful. During a very dark time of my divorce, he was the only attorney who willing to meet with me on a Saturday. He listened to my situation without judgment and offered a small amount of compassion along with outlining a variety of legal options I had.
Ultimately I think Mr. Francis passionately cares to help people who are against malicious litigators, narcissistic people, or any sort of bully in the legal system.

I was arrested on a felony charge under a highly questionable legal basis. The charge was reduced to a misdemeanor, but the prosecution continued. Ms. Slone moved to have charges dropped for illegal search and seizure, but the judge refused. Ms. Slone filed an appeal, and the appellate court ruled in our favor. In an unusual circumstance, the three judge panel ruled unanimously. Ms. Slone is professional, yet friendly, and she sure got the job done for me. Highly recommended.
