I reached out to Mr. Zoucha because I was in need of legal advice regarding a potential custody and visitation dispute. Mr. Zoucha was very quick to respond and schedule an initial consultation during which he was very thorough in getting the background facts, patiently talked through the issues and answered many questions. He helped me identify that I also needed legal help in a different practice area and helped connect me with an attorney regarding an unlawful detainer case. After the completion of that matter, I had several follow up communications with Mr. Zoucha about the custody and visitation dispute and he did not charge me for that work. I appreciated his quick responses, his integrity and honesty, and the empathy with which he treats his clients.

I don’t have a ton of experience with lawyers, but would 100% recommend working with Cary after utilizing him to help with our prenuptial agreement. Cary was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and made the process as easy and straightforward as possible.
Since Cary was my lawyer and my partner had a different lawyer, I can tell you that our experience was one of extreme differences. While Cary was no nonsense, great at listening and modifying the document to support our wishes, and respectful of our timeline- my partners lawyer was an absolute nightmare for us both.
One large difference between the two was that Cary had a flat rate fee and my spouses lawyer charged by the hour. Because of this, I firmly believe his lawyer drew the process out as much as possible, often completely disregarding our express wishes, and did everything extremely last minute- causing a lot of stress and unnecessary anxiety for us all.
That said, Cary did a fabulous job handling working with someone so unimpressive, and I believe is the only reason we ended up with a document at all.

There are a lot of good lawyers out there, but when your child is in trouble, you need a GREAT lawyer, and that's where Mike Silveira comes in. Today, Mike contacted us to share the fantastic news that our son's case was dismissed. This was no easy feat. Our son received a DUI in Nov. 2020, and to make matters worse, fentanyl (not intentionally ingested) was found in his system. We looked at reviews online and we chose Silveira Law based on the great reviews we read. We could not be happier with the outcome. For more than 3 years, Mike Silveira fought for our son, never giving up and doing everything legally possible to have the case dismissed. Mike stuck with it and continued to work the case even when the DA refused to reduce or dismiss it due to newer and stricter policy surrounding unintentional fentanyl. There are no words to describe our amazement when we learned today that the case was not just reduced -- but dismissed! Now our son can move forward with a clean slate -- all thanks to Mike. I got my first dui Jan 2021 which involved an additional charge and resulted in probation. I violated my probation with another dui in may 2024 and that’s when I contacted David Simon. For this whole year I was anxious about getting jail time and David kept me informed the entire process. I only physically went to court twice and the whole process was smooth and easy and very guided. I was looking at potentially 6 months of jail but got 60 days of house arrest instead. I’m very happy with the result considering my situation and will be using his services in the future to help expunge my old charges and terminate probation early.

Esther represented me in the formation and signing of my pre-marital agreement. Throughout the process, she was extremely prompt, thoughtful, and professional. She followed up with me regularly when things were stalling with my fiancé's counsel. She explained the ins-and-outs of our agreement to me patiently and confirmed with me multiple times to make sure I understood what I was signing. She was timely in every response. If my fiancé's lawyer had been even half as conscientious as Esther, the process would have been much quicker. I highly recommend her.

As a parent is it our duty to advocate for our children. We do the best we can and sometimes we may need additional assistance to advocate for our child. I was placed in that situation going up against my child's school and the school district. I didn't know who to turn to regarding my matter. We do not recommend this firm. Initially, we were assigned to Meldie, the owner, and we were eager to work with her due to her phenomenal reviews. We believed she would advocate strongly for our daughter regarding her 504 plan and bullying issue. However, we were quickly reassigned to Jessica Graham without any notice or explanation.
Our experiences with Jessica were disappointing. Together, we created a plan that included filing a formal complaint to the Board of Education and seeking reimbursement from the district for therapy costs related to the bullying. Unfortunately, she never truly fought for our child. She did not attempt to negotiate with the district, follow up, or push further when they said no—she simply gave up.
Although we initially planned to file a complaint, which she had recommended, towards the end of our engagement, she completely changed her stance and claimed that such an action would only serve as a “cathartic” experience for our child. We spent thousands of dollars and ended up with very little to show for it. This firm did not represent our family like the advocates they claim to be; they are just lawyers.

I did not really want to get a divorce, but circumstances required that I could not ignore any more. Michelle handled the entire process in a way that made me feel very comfortable. I have heard horrible stories about divorce proceedings and just did not want to go through all the arguing and hostilities. Michelle came up with solutions that I did not know about and it made the entire process very pleasant. She also saved the X and me a lot of money in the process. Highly recommended. Zachary Merliss does his job with pride and really works for his clients n gives them the chance to be home with there family and loved ones during these hard times. I my self did not have any hope of getting out for a very long time maybe years, Mr. Merliss came to see me n jail and advised me that we had court in few days n he was going to push for me to go home on ancle monitor. I cried on way back to my cell thinking there's no way I'm going to go home with the charges I am facing. And when we went to court that day n I was told by the judge I was going home with gps I was inshoke right after dinner they told me roll it up. Next day I was at home playing with my grandson . I was represented by the attorneys of Lari-Joni & Bassell for a recent personal injury case that I had after a severe motorcycle accident and I have to say that I am very impressed with this team and their employees.
I was fortunate enough to have them recommended to me for my case and I found that they just don’t view you as a “client.” They see you as a person and will go above and beyond to do what they believe is most beneficial for you. They truly care about the people that they set out to help.
In addition, I found their candor and their professionalism above reproach. Now, personally, I have never had to work with attorneys before but I found that there was no need for me to constantly call for updates on my case.
