He represented me in a divorce case, he is not truthful and will leave your case in the middle of the process if he is friends with the opposing attorney (switch hitter), then he will get other attorneys to go after your money in the bank stating you owe his firm money after he left your case. I am presently filing a law suit against this levy he had placed on my account. He ask the judge to be removed from my case without informing me, can you imagine the shock in court in front of the judge, my lawyer is stating he wants to be removed from my case, I am paying you and you couldn’t afford your client the courtesy to left him know, Is this what you want in your attorney. He’s very expensive and not worth the money. I went with Micheal Albi law firm and was able to come to an agreement with my X wife within two months of obtaining there services.

What can I say? I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Weinrieb. He is an incredible Attorney. He is caring, compassionate, and truly cares about his clients.
I came to Mr. Weinrieb with an extremely difficult situation. My previous lawyer quit before trial and I presented him with my case/situation on very short notice. One where 9 other Attorneys said nothing was possible and laughed at the situation. When I first met him and told him this he snickered and said he will work to the best of his ability, and he absolutely did. He went above and beyond for my case. And proved large attorney firms wrong.
His response rate was fast and he was informative and very honest. When he said he was on something he stuck to his word and got things done fast.
Mr. Weinriebs rates are also absolutely incredible and extremely fair for custody proceedings. He was literally the QB and made every play with my sons best interests in mind. Thats what you want in a lawyer.

Stay away from this law firm. Their m.o. has not changed in years. Someone posted five years ago how Mr. Goldberg gave them the run around. He does the same to me and I am his client! He never returns my phone calls or my emails. I called the office recently and left a message for his partner and nothing. They don't value their clients. Go elsewhere. Had I known what I know now, I would have gone to a different law firm.

Ask opinion and Howard was the 1st one who responded with such a words. You just could feel it if the person is real or not. Decided to call him, spoke to him and he calmed me down saying everything should be fine. He would taking care of it well. He spoke by heart!!! That’s the most important. Bottom line, the case dismissed as he promised earlier. It just took me total of 20 minutes in court the I was heading home. Very recommended! You won’t be dissapointed.

Rehab. Center in Manhattan's U.E.S. (where my husband was a patient).
I spoke to Sabra as she had a pleasant smile and demeanor and I was interested in revising my will. I saved her tel. no. and called her when I was

Hiring Lisa as my attorney was the second best decision I made in my divorce...after the decision to get divorced. I had initial consultations with 3 attorneys - all came well recommended and were professional. But only Lisa struck me as immediately "getting" the issues with my ex, and she had a specific plan for how to address those issues. She's now represented me for almost 5 years in this matter - through settlement negotiation, trial, and lots of complicated ups and downs in between. She's not fighting for the sake of fighting or racking up a bill. She's realistic - she will tell you when you're wasting your time / money. She'll tell you when you're overreacting. But if you do need to fight, she will have your back and be your fiercest advocate. I recommend her to anyone without reservation.

Divorce is a super challenging experience and I went through a nasty battle while working and dealing with cancer. Lisa was the best friend I needed in my corner. I fired Emanuel to represent me in a circus of a divorce and custody case. The case spanned two counties as my estranged spouse had just disappeared and attempted to file for spousal support after being out of mine and the kids' lives for years. Emanuel was able to consolidate all of the case matters to one county and have them heard under one judge for a legal decision on all of the various aspects including the spousal support, child custody, and division of assets. We were able to first locate my estranged spouse and Emanuel was very tactful in his approach and able to get my former spouse served.
There were multiple sessions for this case as the estranged spouse was not meeting the bare minimum court requirements or putting any sort of effort forward toward a resolution. Emanuel dealt with frequent last-minute rescheduling of court dates which spawned from constant requests from my former spouse. In the end she lost it a bit and cursed out the entire court and all involved, but Emanuel was able to brush it off and and use the outbursts to our advantage.
After multiple warning mail and email messages from the court my former spouse still chose to keep showing up late or postpone the proceedings and finally ended up defaulting on the case. I was able to retain my full custody of both children and all of the marital assets. He was able to strategically play the long chess game and let my estranged spouse move herself into her own checkmate status.
During the proceedings this was all obviously new to me so he was able to answer my endless stream of questions as well as explain any legal jargon which I didn't understand with ease. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much from myself and both of my children!

I was referred to Dana from my business attorney regarding my recent divorce - we met for approx 1 hour to go over what I was dealing with- she was professional,understanding and very knowledgeable - we outlined our strategy and we followed it. Even with the pandemic the total time the divorce took was approx 6 months.. She was attentive to all information sent yo us from the other attorney. She has a nice way about her but she can be a " bull dog" if it was required - from what I have heard from other attorneys she is well respected in the in her field . I found Elliot after interviewing several other attorneys that I just didn’t trust. It seemed to me like everyone else was all about the money and not concerned about my case. Not Elliot though. Elliot Green helped our family immensely. Unfortunately, our family suffered when my daughters' mother behaved erratically, threw the children out of her home, and no longer could properly care for them. Because of Elliot's hard work, and the excellent job he did in direct examination at the trial, I won sole legal and residential custody of both children. Actually, Elliot did a supreme job, better than expected -- as I had gone into the proceedings thinking I would get residential custody and not legal custody, too. Being a parent is the greatest gift in life and no one ever wants to be in the position where the other parent of their child is in a place where they don't feel safe having their child with them and having them be able to make (or stand in the way of you making) important decisions for them. When that day came for me, and I knew I needed to file for sole custody and knew I needed an attorney to help, I came to Ryan. My experience with Seth is that he is a very knowledgeable and down to earth attorney. Very responsive to say the least! Due to Seth's expertise, I had an impressively short custody battle.

I'm not the type of person to write reviews as I consider myself pretty low key. However, when it comes to Lauren I knew I had to let the world know about her because that is the very least I can do to show my gratitude for everything she has done for me.
Prior to meeting/hiring Lauren, I was going through one of the most painful chapters in my life. My ex fled with my child, lodged multiple false accusations against my family and me, and completely limited my access with my child. After what felt like a lifetime of non-stop accusations, I found Lauren and she really came to the rescue.
In the first 3 months alone she was able to do more for me than all my 3 prior attorneys did in one year. Lauren was always available, always empathetic and always ready to answer any questions or concerns I had. I went from being deprived months without seeing my child at all to now sharing custody as close to equal that far exceeded my expectations.
What I appreciate about Lauren is that she's extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She keeps a cool head and is always present. She doesn't take this as just a job but really invests her time to know her client and she makes a genuine and conscious effort to do the right thing and make a material difference in someone's life as she did with mine.

I was involved in a really bad situation that would've cost me points on my license and a misdemeanor on my record. The court appointed me an Attorney who told me that the D.A. wasn't willing to negotiate and I should just accept having points on my license and a criminal offense on my record. I thought about it and told him " I'll think about it".. The next day I said a prayer and God told me " Get an Attorney, who isn't court appointed !!! ". I believe a higher power directed me into the hands of Jennifer Lippmann as I was a naive, innocent 30 year old woman who had never seen a courtroom or even knew their were people aka lawyers that could not only “win” your case but essential to getting your life back on track. I was so naive that a lawyer was a lawyer…. If I had done nothing wrong and had nothing to hide , I shouldn’t have to search high and low for a way out of my short lived, highly volatile marriage. Thank god the first lawyer I called who I found via Google search bar by entering “lawyers near me” didn’t just see dollar signs or a new case, she heard my voice, listened to my story and honestly told me she she wasn’t the type of lawyer my situation needed, and kindly referred me to Powers Law specifically Jennifer Lippmann. I was a little confused but grateful for any guidance. The day I called Powers Law was when I decided to also Google 2020 cheating apps and downloaded about 6, finding my husband by his cell phone number on every one. I’d known for months something was different and wrong but couldn’t get an answer. After I messaged him on one, he came home from work early, entered our apartment, grabbed a pair of jeans and a shirt and left without a word. I was working remotely and we had a 6 month old son. I remember being so confused because I didn’t even flip out like I should have. I actually said their is obviously your unhappy with, let’s try therapy but he told me I was a “mentally ill, drug addict” and he never wanted me to begin with. I remember I transferred like $400 of our money into a savings account because he had previously kept his paycheck from our account when we’d get into an argument knowing I’d have no choice but to forgive him when we had no money. He told me I stole money from him and I would be penalized when the time came. I called the number of the lawyer i was referred to and I’ll never forget getting a man (John Powers) who spoke to me for 30 minutes reassuring me I absolutely did not steal money, it was our own account and I remember him saying “if he is already pulling this crap, I assure you that you have called the right place” and informed me on important decisions i should immediately make for my safety and my childs & arranged an appointment with Jen a few days later. Ironically that weekend after I met her , I had to call 911 over a domestic incident and before i was even a client John has called me back as did Jen who specified how important it was that I take my child and myself and I go to my parents (which I naively thought was illegal) because of the threats and fears my husband had filled my head with. Once I had this team on my side, my life slowly turned around and in the beginning it felt like my life would never be okay again. Their were accusations of my husband leaving our child in an unattended car for an unsafe period of time, women sneaking into our apartment while I was in the hospital after a car accident, almost a dozen verbal and domestic incidents and even a CPS investigation. I remember feeling so helpless at one point, I just wanted to give him what he wanted to stop the torture but that would mean my son and that was not an option. Jen has been a powerhouse of strength, smarts and just human morality within such a tumultuous series of events. Today, although my case isn’t over I can tell you my husband has zero control over my life when a year ago he controlled the whole thing. She has put safety measures into place and been the voice i didnt have for myself, but grew when my son was born. She knows every answer to every question the judge asks and it’s exactly how I would respond. She doesn’t just people please me through my case but is honest and fair and i am never surprised with any outcome because of this.
