This is the worst attorney to walk this earth, if you have a custody battle and use him, you will lose your child. He doesn't care about his clients, I lost my child because of him, he was slaughtered and embarrassed by the other attorney, like he was a 2 year old, he didn't prepare, show one shred of my evidence, which I collected myself, he defense was deplorable, he even didn't dispute that the other attorney used white out on a legal document and changed the amount of support I was to pay, I had only made $ 1,200 for the whole year, as i was a stay at home mom and he let me have to pay $580 a month to my ex, plus $50 an hour on supervised visit at $300 a week. I have no criminal record, never been in trouble, spoiled my child, to dwi, a big part of my community and school, my ex didn't want to pay child support and called cps on me, I was 100% cleared, Timothy Hutton was aware of this. How did this happen, my exes attorney was better and Timothy has no spine and doesn't care, the judge really disliked him also, he didn't even stand up properly to address her, she yelled at him for that disrespect, I knew at that point I would lose. He didn't gather not one piece of evidence, call any witnesses, get and evidence of my ex lying or from his work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM, no stars is what he deserves!!!! He does not care about the end results, why didn't he protect me, why did I get supervised visits, for the rest of my 5 year olds life, he wouldn't even help me fix his mistakes and then ignored me and my calls. He lost big time and dismissed himself, rude!! I lost my whole life and he could care less.

I contacted Tim for an initial consultation very soon after my then-husband and I decided we wanted to divorce. He was very knowledgeable and helpful on that call, kindly answering the many questions that kept popping into my head as he described the ins and outs of the divorce process. I retained him, and was constantly grateful for his assistance every step of the way. I used ms Ronconi for a custody battle that went on for 3 yrs.
Why so long? I don't know. You'd have to ask Ms. Ronconi.
She allowed the family therapist we had been involved with and got along with to be replaced by one of her friends who had been working with the opposite side. So that didn't go well.
She frequently back burnered my case so she could get new clients (new money).
I paid her 110g all said and done. She took the money and threw my family to the wolves.

I hired Heather for a divorce and child custody case. She is very knowledgeable and honest with expectations. She took the time to meet with me before every hearing and prepare me for any possible scenarios. Anytime I had questions, she took the time to clarify and did it with a pleasant attitude. Highly recommended. Attorney Ronconi helped navigate through what was repeatedly described to me as “one of the most difficult and confusing” issues in family law, multi-state child custody jurisdiction. This lawyer was unfocused, delayed hearings and disappeared for weeks. Meanwhile my life with a divorce looming was terrifying. He assistant was too nice to work with a shyster like Fulton
She demanded money from me then I would not hear of anything. She dodged my phone calls constantly.
Upshot at the end because she ran the clock out I had to settle quickly and lost a lot of money. I talked to another lawyer hoping to rectify the damage done but was told there was nothing I could do and that A. Michelle Fulton was a poor attorney and not respected by her peers.

I contacted Sandra back in March to handle my non-contested divorce. Here it is August and my case still has made no progress. I have been emailing her and calling her for the last 2 months and she has neglected to return any of my calls or emails. Please do not pay this lady for services if you would like an attorney that will actually communicate with you and help you in what is already a hard situation. I am now a single mother with 2 children that have paid her over $1200 to handle my case and she will not even respond to me... This is very sad! It is not fair to me and my children that she takes the money to handle the case and does not even bother to finish things or even respond to clients. I do not have additional money to pay another attorney to take care of the case that she started but has neglected to finish. Please go else where and do not be a victim of Sandra's incompetence.

Mr Joel Elliott was hired in a divorce case after being recommended as one of the best in Canton. He turned out to be horrible. Being a male client, he told us he would do what was necessary to get a favorable settlement dealing with three small children. After being caught in the courthouse with the opposing lawyer, slapping each other on the back and making jokes about the case, and then lieing about what he was doing, he was fired. It took over a month for him to deliver an itemized bill. He ensured he billed for almost every dollar’s worth of money that he had been paid in advance. He still has not reimbursed the remainder to this date. His staff was caught lieing about him being in and phone calls or emails were not returned. He is a prime example of why lawyers are thought badly of. Take your money and do nothing.

You can hire Mr.Jim if you want to throw your money to the garbage, and surely, he charges a lot 600/hour. He has temperament issues, he got mad with the judge due to the old age complications and results would not be in your favor end of the day.
He has a tendency to file more lawsuits while you are already running a case, for example, you are running divorce, he will ask to file enforcement and you will lose both. He does this so that he can make more money. I have seen his case and hearing many times. He didnt research, came unprepared, changed his positions and wondered around so he couldn't make his point.
You can go to judge and tell your case on your own rather than hiring Mr Jim.

I have been in and out of court with my son's father for the last six years. I had a very unfortunate event with my other infant child (my son's little sister) having a severe chromosomal deficiency which kept her in Texas Children's Hospital in Houston until she passed at 6 months. During that very emotionally weak time my son's father saw an opportunity to take me back to court with a fictitious and fabricated evidence. I was served with papers of the hearing at the Roland McDonald House while my daughter was in the hospital and we had the court hearing one month after my sweet daughter passed. I was literally still in shock and standing in court without any representation. Without the ability to present my case I was unable to provide documentation to disprove the father's false accusations. I had been the primary parent all of my son's life and then in that unprepared moment it was changed over to his father.
So, one month after I lost my daughter in the hospital, I lost custody of my son in court. This created a huge emotional distress on my son's life as he went from only being in preschool two days a week to losing his sister, changing his primary residence to his father, and being placed in full-time daycare for the first time in his life.
I consulted with many lawyers and finally put my complete faith in James "Jake" Gilbreath's Law Firm. He lined up the appropriate experts and reviewed my case that James "Jim" Piper who agreed to serve as co-counsel. These two attorneys worked seamlessly on my case and started preparing litigation to discredit the prior ruling.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I started working with them in March of 2024. The attorney is just NOW telling me he doesn’t see it as a viable case. My 3 year old son got his thumb severely crushed while at daycare and had to have surgery to fix it. They worked awfully slow and barely followed up. The worst attorneys in the DFW area.

We hired Russell Noe to represent our grandson in a difficult situation. This was the first time our grandson had been in any kind of trouble. This was a felony conviction and our wish was for it to be reduced to a misdemeanor with probation, community service and a fine. My Daughter had a divorce and custody battle and we had to get a last minute attorney and she was fast in getting all the information we had already had a lawyer before but we were not able to pay everything on time with the other attorney so he withdrew. So we had one month to get a new lawyer before the final trial and Michelle did great she did somthing where the other party was not able to have any witnesses to testify which was great on our part. We won great attorney.

I wouldn’t go to her. She hates men deeply and her judgement is clouded with her own hate for men and she takes it out on your soon-to-be ex husband. This means she doesn’t put your interests before her own. This will cost you and your children. Money out of your hands is money out of their mouths.
I paid for a Post Nuptial and she never provided it to me or return my calls because I stayed with my husband when he went on hospice. Without the Post Nuptial, I lost everything.
She also said Russell Dave’s played “fast and loose” and couldn’t be trusted. It turns out that Russell Dave’s was the best attorney we ever hired. He represented us in many matters and even gave us his personal cell phone and stayed in contact with us when he was on a cruise to Alaska. He saved us a house and an unlawful Lis Pendence (sp?) placed in one of our houses by a shady Lubbock law firm. We even kept Mr Daves when we moved to San Antonio. Too bad he is retired. He practiced law, not politics.
Dannie Botros is good and tough, but truly doesn’t put clients first, in my strong opinion. Evidently her ex husband did her wrong. You’ll pay to hear that bitter story, too.

Lack of preparation for court. Schedules appointments and don’t fulfill them or communicate the changes that may or may not come up. The lists continues but I would say hire at your own risk.

My husband requested help and this company said they do not do payment plans , they would not work with him to give him a payment plan. Charged 250$ to take the case 1500$ to take ticket from the city court to the county court. Then charged 2590 $ that they will not agree to a payment. Spent a lot of money in this company and they refused to help. Kept saying it’s one lawyer, then 2 weeks later a different lawyer name and now the 3rd time the name of the lawyer changed. The case was tossed around to different people and cares more about making money of cdl drivers rather than helping.
