My wife and I hired Ms. Schmaltz to assist us with an animal law case. We are dog breeders located in Washington State and one of our puppies was stolen from us and sold to a person in Arizona. Ms. Schmaltz was exceptionally easy to work with remotely and she helped us to come to a mutually acceptable settlement with the Arizona family. Tiffany is absolutely an incredible attorney. She is very skillful and knew exactly what to do with my case. Prior to hiring Tiffany Scott to assist with my child custody case, I had a total of 15 consultations with attorneys from all over the valley. I felt confident with my decision to move forward with Tiffany for many reasons. The #1 reason was because I felt she was the most genuine and transparent about my options and possible outcomes, while others pretended they could guarantee the outcomes I wanted, which you find out very quickly into a family law case that it is not possible. At every stage of the process, Tiffany took the time to provide me with every possible scenario so that I could make the decision I felt was best for myself and my son. It was critical to me to always have a realistic picture of what I was getting into and what it meant for my son's future relationship with me and with his father.
Another reason I appreciate working with Tiffany so much is because she immediately provided tips on how to save money on unnecessary attorney costs, such as minimizing emails and phone call costs by asking as many questions as possible at once. As a single mother, saving costs was very important to me and other attorneys I had consultations with suggested to immediately pursue temporary orders, which ultimately would have been a costly and unnecessary step in my case. Additionally, there were not any minimum hours billed for physical court appearances while one attorney I spoke with charged a minimum of 3 hours for court appearances.
A 3rd reason I loved working with Tiffany is because of her timely response to my emails and phone calls; and her clear, detailed and effective communication, which I felt ultimately saved me costs by minimizing back and forth emails or calls.
I could go on for a few more paragraphs on why I will undoubtedly hire Tiffany again and refer Tiffany to anyone looking for a family law attorney.

I was afraid that my divorce, just like most, was going to be long, arduous and painful. As a result I interviewed numerous divorce lawyers in Tucson and found each had a different take on my situation. Obviously I was frustrated, until someone recommended I look into retaining Mr. Lewis.
Mr. Lewis and his staff are amazing, to the point and get things accomplished. Period. They took the time to explain the process, what was Law and how it pertained to my situation. Natalie made the best out of a bad situation. Divorce sometimes comes out of nowhere, and when children are involved the emotional toll that takes can be paralyzing. Natalie and her paralegal Diana did an amazing job walking me through the process with great communication and advise. Many times she had to ground me in the facts even when the outcome seemed to be unfair. Her knowledge of the law and the process made things turn out the best I could hope for. Liz worked on my child support and parenting time modification and helped me pursue back child support. This case took almost a year and was very complex. Liz worked every angle in order to argue the case for back support which usually is not given. She is amazingly smart and energetic. She really thinks of everything and her team was able to put together a case which not only changed my parenting time to my advantage but I was awarded child support and $42000 in back child support and legal fees. Liz and her team handled my divorce from day one. She was up front and honest right from my first consultation as to what to expect throughout the process. She was aggressive in working with my ex-husband and forced his hand to get an attorney when he started to play games with us. She worked to get me the settlement my son and I deserved. Unfortunately we ended up in court but she was able to negotiate in the last minutes before meeting with the judge to get the settlement. The way she presented our settlement to the judge showed her knowledge of the case. While my ex-husband's attorney fumbled to even get our names correct. Liz's paralegal was also an asset to me and answered many questions and was helpful in getting the appropriate forms and documents filed. I've referred her to a friend of mine who was also very satisfied with the settlement of her divorce. I was already divorced, but wanted to move out of state to Texas with my 4 year old son. Mike made it possible. He is a bulldog on a case, he was totally willing to go all the way and nothing slipped by him, he made my move happen. My ex husband filed an emergency temporary order the day before I was set to leave Arizona. We had 3 or 4 court appearances both in person and over the phone and every time Mike made sure we came out of it ahead. My ex kept completely ignoring court orders, so we would refile with more changes to the agreement and win. He is absolutely wonderful to work with, in fact I found this website looking for his contact information since a friend of mine needs a divorce attorney. I have recommended him twice before to other friends / family.

I went through a horrible divorce in Phoenix, and Michael came through to the fullest. He was very knowlegeable of the laws, and knew exactly what approach to take. He attacked this case from every angle, and asked several questions to be well informed. He listens to his clients and their concerns. She made the process of divorce so easy. Due to the nature of the case(Domestic violence and children involved) her experience really reassured me. I appreciated that she was always just an email away and if I needed to schedule some time to actually talk over the phone about something she was usually able to get me in fairly quickly. She didn't use legal jargon, instead she made sure to explain the process in a way I was able to understand. I would not have been able to go through this process alone and Esther was the best choice in representation. I have worked with many attorneys who have similar skills, but want you to hire them and are not great with working with the client that wants to self represent. Because I don't have the financial resources for a retainer, Ms. Collins has worked with me in preparing legal documents, preparing for hearings, and organizing and finding exhibits. She knows what individual judges want, so I feel like I am ahead of the game and know what to expect and how to prepare when I go to the hearing.
Recently, Tali Collins helped me prepare for my latest Parenting Time Modification Hearing and I feel more prepared than I did when I hired an attorney to represent me at the last one, and it saved me thousands of dollars.
