Poor poor service I called to get a consultation with an attorney for 2 days I spoke and left very detailed information regarding a possible case with "Hilda" that stated herself was working from home as there was a child crying in the background, she promised a call back that never came. This says a lot about a business how unprofessional and how little they care about possible clients. Tim needs a new gate keeper to say the least, I took my business elsewhere where they help me immediately with empathy and very professionally.

A real joke. Worded the quash incorrectly three times and left me on my own after he was paid via venmo. He never submitted the paperwork and to this day has not returned the same to me per his statement to the Bar complaint arbitrator. Be careful.

Deean represented me in my child custody case in 1991. I was frightened and concerned that child's alcoholic father would be able to share custody. Deean walked me through what was necessary to protect my child and me and her kindness and sincerity kept my confidence high. With her help, I did retain sole custody and me ex was placed on supervised visitation of our then infant daughter. Currently my son was served with divorce paperwork which has devastated him . I reached out to Deean who quickly contacted me and guided my son through the initial steps. Today is Saturday and yet she took the time to respond quickly and gave my son clear advice and helped him to calm his broken heart. He will be meeting her on Monday. This lady is DEDICATED to her clients and has many years of experience!

I praise GOD for leading me to this woman and her team. I had done everything DCS told me to do to get my kids, and still they didn't give them back. DCS so loved the Foster Family (whom I'm grateful to) DCS wanted to adopt my kids out to these nice strangers-I needed aggressive representation to fight for my children-DeeAn and her team are AMAZING. Although it took a while, it finally turned around and the Judge saw my children's best interest are to be with FAMILY-to be with ME. My only regret was not being able to afford her services longer. Gina was actually our second attorney.
The first attorney looked great on paper. The opposing attorney was a bully. It became frighteningly apparent after a few months that he was not willing to fight for us. We would have lost everything.
Finding Gina was a God-send. For the first time we felt like someone was listening to us and cared about the outcome-not just of a court case-but of our lives.

Didn't seem to care, did not look at my ex's financials, or compelled opposing counsel to provide them. Was willing to make financial arrangements without them. I had to raise my hand in pretrial to ask how someone who makes 32k a year has deposits for 50k in their bank account. Was 30 minutes late for meeting with the Judge because she went home to feed her dogs. billed me for a call to move an appointment around her schedule. I would highly recommend it for the price to go elsewhere.

Reagan was the attorney for my ex-husband. While I understand her job is to fight for her client, it was concerning how little she seemed to care about the children involved. The battles were all about securing money, and more money for her client with almost no regard for the children and putting their financial, physical and emotional needs first. She fought for her client to get child support, which I agreed to for a year, yet he exercised his parenting only three times in almost a year, by his choice. We are now three years out from this horrific process and though we have healed and moved on, I felt it best to review my experience for others in the throws of this process. Of course, the client she was fighting for has not seen his children in three years by his choice, and not paid child support, sent a birthday gift, Christmas gift, attended any single school function, or done anything, but that was clearly was not a shock to anyone involved. We all have a job to do, yes, but defending and fighting for money for a person who does not even want to see or be involved with their children is concerning to me. She may fight hard for her clients, but the real concern should be fighting for what is right for the children as well, not just your client. The children’s needs should always come first, so to ignore your clients blatant behaviors disregarding the safety, care and well being of his own children and continue to push for him to get more money was, in my opinion, not showing a level of integrity that should come with this area of law when children are involved. Arguing endlessly to get more money out of me to fund his lifestyle while knowing I was the only parent who financially provided for the children 100% was disturbing. Additionally, wasting attorneys fees and time going back and forth over a parenting plan and holiday schedule etc. when you knew your clients was not seeing his children, calling them, or providing any financial support was mind boggling and obviously a complete waste of resources. In these emotional times it is easy to be preyed upon, if I could give any advice it’s to use a mediator. The only one who wins in a divorce is the attorney, we all know this. Some fuel the fire more than others and when that happens everyone loses.

Judy Morse and her team took over my divorce after my first attorney left me high and dry. She was recommended to me by not one but two (!) separate acquaintances. Her firm was highly responsive, answering all my questions and concerns as they came up throughout the process, and Judy and her associate offered suggestions and strategies at every turn. Judy also drove our mediation, and I was very impressed with her on-the-fly thinking that helped us reach alignment. Judy also is great at politely but firmly removing emotion from the process, which (I came to learn) is essential in divorce proceedings. If you want your attorney to defend your ex while you are the one paying her she’s the one to go to. This lady doesn’t listen to you, cuts you off mid sentence, I had to stop breast feeding my 3 months old because she said it wasn’t an excuse for the father not to take a newborn baby overnight. From the beginning she made it clear she didn’t want a middle man when it came to paying her since I found her through Marble. I guess she wanted me to pay her directly. Either way after the court day I haven’t heard anything from her is like she disappeared.

I had hired John as my attorney last year (2018) and the way he communicated with me was a cold shoulder feeling, very little interest in my case. Expressing how important the custody of my children were and making sure they were under the best care it didn't seem to phase him. He continued to just express we will see what the court will do. With little to no attempt to make me feel confident about this process, it made it even more stressful. The lack of communication, confidence, and stress that he was going to make this situation worse I had to finally drop my divorce because it seemed no matter what I said it wasn't going to be a high priority. I will be hiring a different attorney who will fight this battle with confidence and not waiting for a judge to do his job.

What we had to do was very hard , John went out of his way to make me see that we had to stand up for our rights and not be bullied by our adult son.
He told us what we could get together ourselves to help keep our cost down with him then he did his own research when he put it all together he had enough that just the show of it scared our son into dropping his case. Then John ask the judge to have our son pay all attorney fee.
John has checked in with us in the days after court. I believe John truly cares about his clients and takes the time to show it.

Terrible law firm. The lawyer I used made frequent mistakes through her staff including: incorrect information communicated in email, needing frequent time line reminders, not remembering important case details, not paying court fees the lawyer was instructed to pay (thus delaying the process), omitting important details in the divorce settlement relating to property settlement allocation and who would retain possession of individual accounts (this resulted in additional paper work filing with financial institutions and unnecessary closing of accounts), alarming and stressing the client due to incorrectly remembering details of the case. These failures resulted in unnecessary delays, created anxiety, and increased fees charged to the client.

I began working with her through the Hernandez family law and it was the worst decision I ever made. She made me feel like a horrible mother and dad almost got what he wanted because this “attorney” never filed the proper documents to the court.
