Kyle took my case over when at Anderson and Associates in 2020. It was an absolute mess. He didn’t let that stop him and worked through what I thought was a battle I would lose completely. He made me feel like I could win a fair divorce and made sure I would be apart of my children’s lives. When he transitioned to another law firm I did not hesitate to transition with him. While their were many challenges Kyle explained everything to me and walked me through choices and options especially when it came to parenting time and what going through a long trail would not only look like but the expense and the overall trauma it could leave on my children.
I had 3 major issues with child support through the change of jobs and issues with HFS. Kyle worked diligently to help me rectify these issues quickly fairly.
I have recommended Kyle to others and will continue to do so. I have spent the last 4 years with Kyle and will always go back to him when it comes to any of my family divorce issues or family matters.
On a personal note Kyle is the lawyer I should have started with. I feel that my divorce might not have taken and cost as much as it did if he was my lawyer from the start. He is very knowledgeable and was sympathetic when the time was needed. For me this process was a roller coaster and Kyle kept me settled and focused on what was most important to me and that was my children.

Michael is a great attorney. He did my divorce, which was very difficult due to the ex-husband's wealthy family fighting against me. He took them on with grace and knowledge. Since my ex-husband comes from a wealthy family, he went after me for maintenance support because he ran his company into the ground. I didn't want a dime from his wealthy family, but he wanted everything, including to kick me out of my very own house that I worked my entire life to buy. He even paid off a corrupt appraiser and a realtor agent who appraised my home at $100K over the market value. This divorce has nearly cost me my health, but Michael not only stood by me the entire 18 months of my divorce but was very understanding and answered all my panicky calls every time. At the end of the day, he got me what I wanted, and I have since recommended him to my friends, who were also happy with his services. I cannot recommend Michael enough, especially if you are a woman fighting your ex-husband for divorce or child custody. He will do everything the legal system allows him to get you the best outcome. I should have left him this feedback seven years ago. After seeing some of these reviews, I can tell you that they do not describe Michael, his knowledge, and his ability to represent you. You cannot find a more knowledgeable attorney in the area.

Its a concern to see a professional as this Attorney allow his clients to post libeling and slandering vindictive comments about his peers.

I hired Juli for a divorce from a 9 year marriage. The divorce was horrible, my ex was completely unreasonable, and the whole process was incredibly complicated with kids, custody and supervision issues, and financial problems. Juli was always available to answer my questions, and was super knowledgeable. She was up front and honest about prospects, and not afraid to tell me what I wanted or was doing was unrealistic or damaging to the case. She also was very personable. You could really tell that she cared on a personal level about my situation and the kids and myself.

I was referred to Juli’s office by close family friends. The initial consultation was great and for the most part most things went smoothly. However upon receiving my final invoice I was charged for multiple things that made no sense. Most charges had full descriptions than slide in there would be “case work”. I was also charged juli’s full rate for the day of court when one of the new attorneys actually presented my case because she was “learning”. I also should mention They attempted to charge me for this new attorney to review my case prior to court! My final bill would have been almost $1500 more than my initial retainer had I not fought it for a divorce that was incredibly open and shut. I could see her being helpful with more complicated divorces as she is an intelligent lawyer but in my case my experience was terrible.

Juli is an exceptional person and one of the most experienced and effective family lawyers in the state. She has assisted me in a post-decree matter several times over the course of 12 years. Each time, she took the time to truly understand the issue, she paid attention to what I, the client, wanted, and she was terrific about keeping me up to speed about what was happening in court. Her firm is amazing and the paralegals and support staff there make it a priority to keep clients connected. There is no one else in the state that I would recommend for family law issues. Juli truly understand the client's needs, personally AND professionally. Working in the legal field myself, I can honestly say that lawyers with her combination of client compassion and expertise are very rare. She is as good as it gets.

I wouldn't recommend Mr. King to anyone. He never met with me in person but only talked to me on the phone which is weird. He filed my case in the wrong court and once sent me a wrong document to sign because as he said it many times "would lose his head had it not been attached." My case was pretty amicable from the start, and we could have settled in a reasonable time, but I have a feeling Mr. King was stringing me along to get more money out of me. He went to court multiple times and never called me to update me on what was going on. It seems like he never did anything to be proactive until I picked up the phone and talked to him. Then you would get charged for the phone call as well for reminding him to do something that he should have known he had to do.

I hired Matthew King for what I hoped would be a short case of father trying to re-open entire parenting agreement. 2 years later it finally settled after what turned into a contentious battle with an unrealistic opposing side. Needless to say Mr King was amazing the entire time! So grateful I found him on a whim and gave him a shot. He holds his composure constantly under pressure and in the end it always did us well. Attorney Richard R. Rodriguez is an experienced attorney. For my foreclosure defense case, he covers every perspective and does not give up. He researches laws and writes smart briefs and argues well. It has been years. He is ethical. He protects my rights. He is well respected in courts, too. He cares about his clients and provides comprehensive advice. I have had him for years. He is very reliable. He is a nice person, as well. He is very smart and thinks and analyzes well. Being an experienced attorney, his memorandum submitted to court is tailored to my situation. Hire him. You will not be disappointed. When my ideas and thoughts are not always correct, he politely but being straight to explain to me where I was wrong. He does not impose his will on me and always explains why he suggests and takes certain actions. When I had problems in other areas of my life, he offers advice with reasonable charges. I cannot say enough good about him. This is an ethical and competent attorney.

That's his voicemail and get accustomed to hearing it if you ever hire him because he never answers his phone, even though he'll always tell you to call him. He's beyond lazy and won't do anything to benefit you unless you absolutely beg him too. Don't bother.

I have used Atty. Parisi on several occasions. Once for a traffic ticket and once for a more serious matter involving a discrepancy with the State of Illinois over unemployment issues. He handled them both efficiently and professionally in a timely manner. I found his fees very reasonable also. Both were resolved to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely refer him to friends and family.

I felt as though I was already at a disadvantage being male in DuPage and seeking as much time as possible with my daughter. My ex wanted to fight over every little thing possible. After 6.5 years and several lawyers later, by the grace of God, I found Katie.
Katie turned the entire case around and it was resolved in 18 months. Katie diligently reviewed the case file and had my ex figured out. She always responded to my calls and emails in a very timely manner. She was well prepared for all of our hearings. My case was a mess filled with drama and I don't know what I would have done without Katie. Thank you for everything!

When I entered this battle with my sons father I knew that I needed someone that I could trust and rely on. A friend referred me to Debbie because she did such a great job with her case. I met with her and felt how passionate she was towards the best interest of the children, in these cases. It made me feel secure in hiring her. Debbie has been my attorney for over a year and not once has it taken her more then 2 hours to respond to an issue that was at hand, another attribute of her practice that made me feel secure. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my situation. Debbie makes her self available whenever needed including last minute. When it comes down to my son, I will do everything to protect him. I'm a former client of this attorney. I hired her after i had a very bad experience with another attorney. Attorney Kimmelman is extremely knowledgeable and competent. She fights for every client and every issue. I had the best possible experience with her. She was proactive and was able to predict every step of the opposite side. She is available 24/7 and never suggests unnecessary motions or steps to bill extra fees. BTW, she is extremely generous with her fees and very honest. NEVER will suggest something that makes no sense. My divorce was very difficult and I had to continue professional relationships with this attorney for another two years after the date of the divorce. The results exceeded all possible expectations. I will provide few fact which speak volumes about professionalism of this attorney, During 2.5 years of this nightmare called divorce the opposite side did not win a single motion. When my divorce was finally over, my ex husband recommended my attorney ( not his) to his colleague/friend, which attests the best to the professionalism and personal skills of Debra Kimmelman. I would not ask for a better divorce attorney.

During a very tumultuous time in my life, Jacob stepped in and provided a sensible, yet firm grip on reality for me and guided me through the process of divorce. Mr. Palmisano retired due to health reasons. The other attorneys left and set up shop in Orland Park. The Suite 63 is now owned and occupied by FWM Beauty. It has been so for at least 6 months. It is easy to verify this just type FWM Beauty and see the address is the same as the Palmisano Law Group old address.

Don't Hire Them! I hired Jennifer Clancy for a child support case. They told me what I wanted to hear and got my retainer. After my initial consultation that I assumed was free, they charged over $600 from my retainer. After I questioned that they knocked it down in half but it should still have been no charge IMO. Had to stay on her to keep the case moving. Fast forward to the hearing date Jennifer had NO argument for the judge to consider modifying my child support. No cited case law, no plan, and no reason to tell the judge why it should be changed. Even the judge was waiting for her legal argument but she did not prepare anything. Just kept repeating, "my client shouldn't have to pay!" BUT wait there's more!! 9 DAYS after I lost the case I got served with a notice they were suing me for an additional $1,800 I owed them. (Gave them $3,500 to start) This was the balance of the bill I owed them after court. I never got any bill!!! No call to me, no email, and no letter stating I had a balance to settle. Just a court date subpoena. It was the most unprofessional way to do business. They had all my contact information and could have called. Unfortunately I just paid the bill to be done with her and not go to court. Read all the other reviews too and then find a real lawyer.
March 2022 update: In response to Jennifer's reply below, I call BS. They claim in their reply "Mr. Naughton agreed to an unusual provision in his Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage..." as a reason the case wasn't won. It is true I agreed to an unusual provision BUT this was the SOLE REASON I wanted to modify my child support. Jennifer and Jim assured me this was a winnable case and "no problem" to get my child support modified. That statement was the reason I hired them!! SMH. I do agree any case can be lost no matter how strong it seems. Notice they didn't address the portion of my review where 9 days after the case concluded they filed a suit against me their client. I never got a final bill at all. Jennifer knew my phone number and email when corresponding about the case but decided to just take me to court to pay the balance owed.
So Jennifer (who had NO case law to bring to the judge) in the future, don't lie about your chances to win a case and STOP serving your clients with law suites when they owe you money. Send them a final bill. Please hire anyone besides Palmisano if you want a chance. I am to blame for hiring Jennifer!

I was involved in a car accident and my car was deemed a total loss. I had many issues getting in contact with the insurance company of the individual who hit my car, and when in contact with them, I was left with no answers. I was feeling hopeless, and this was my first time having to deal with anything like this, so I was a bit nervous; but then I reached out to Steve, and him and his team made this whole process seamless. They were in communication with me, making sure I was in the loop at all times, they addressed any questions I had promptly and thoroughly, and most importantly, they made sure I was compensated for my loss. If you feel lost and hopeless when facing a legal issue, I recommend calling Steven Mevorah of Mevorah and Giglio law offices.
I reached out to other attorneys who didn’t take my legal issues seriously, disregarded my legal concerns, and did not want to take the time to even seriously consider my case.
Then I called Steve and he gave me hope in my case and he was caring, charismatic, and a down to earth, but also a fierce and brilliant attorney.
His team and his legal secretary, Carol were extremely helpful, she always communicated with me and kept me up to date moment by moment on my case.
Their office is professional, courteous, and I highly recommend Steve and his team at Mevorah and Giglio law offices. They also had a Spanish speaking attorney named Jose Gallardo who helped me with my case as well and he was excellent.

This woman committed legal malpractice against me. She had me sign the wrong version of my MSA and then charged me $600 to do my QILDRO and when my ex retired 7 years after the divorce was final we discovered SHE NEVER did the QILDRO so if he had died I would have received NOTHING. Finally when my new lawyers reached out to her countless times she ignored them every time. This woman cost me over $50,000 in missed money. DO NOT USE HER and if you do make sure you go over all your paperwork with a fine toothed comb.

I utilized Tricia's services for recalculating child support with my ex-wife. Tricia is very professional, strong knowledge of case law, and provided cost effective ways for my ex-wife and I to get the details pre-agreed upon without my wife's lawyer or Tricia. This was nice to see since it showed she was ethical and professional, and NOT trying to churn fees.
Most importantly Tricia showed empathy for me, my children and even my ex. Many divorced situations turn ugly. Tricia's empathy and care she showed for all parties speaks volumes about her ethics and morals. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking legal counsel in this unfortunately area of the law.

$3,500 dollars down the drain from a lack of communication, false promises, and excuses of why it took 4.5 months to write a motion/petition to modify parental allocation which oddly referred to me as the mother (she/her) in the language. I switched counsel because of no movement and had $200 left from my retainer which was never reimbursed even after calling the firm’s office asking for payment. Moreover, she was unprepared for court and got talked over by the other party’s lawyer. I got the results I was looking for elsewhere.

VERY DISAPPOINTING! I came in the office for a consult and after discussing, I felt I was in good hands. He promised that he would not charge that much, if any, than the last lawyer (and the last lawyer was very reasonable but limited). I asked 2 very simple questions that would not have taken WEEKS to answer; excuses were he has lengthy trails and would get back to me as soon as possible. He did after several follow-ups to get answers. He then gives me responses to my questions that I could have gotten from a person off the street! And recommendations??!! I'm not a lawyer but I made more sense!! Staff calls me and tells me things I knew already and told her that was not the question! Again, more waiting time! When I made appts to see him, I felt that I was putting him to sleep! I was asked if I received the invoice- of course not! When I came in for a final appt. I was told what the balance was and nearly fell off my chair!! For 2 questions???!! As a "client" who felt that he did not do justice, perform his lawyer duties, and abide to the professional mission and promise of a lawyer- I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Read all the low rate reviews as we all have something in common- being taken! John. I hope you do keep up with the reviews because you can't "hide" behind "you are a Christian"!

Zero stars. Kasper made little progress on the case, then sued me for $8000 which he is no way deserves. I am a single mother with my house going into foreclosure and no way to pay him. My father was the one who was supposed to pay but since this lawyer does nothing he wouldn’t pay him. DO NOT HIRE him!!!

license or went to jail. He was very affordable. At that time I was not able to afford more.
I also hired him for a chapter 7 Bankruptcy and he did a great job. I paid another $300 bucks
for that.

He made promise of child support order within 2 months of filing divorce-during consultation. He said” I’ll give you a deal” 13 months later- a young woman and her children have struggled and suffered -financially, physically and mentally at the hands of this completely unprofessional beast. From his lack of professionalism - to his down right dirty demeanor. He promised child support on 4 occasions - trips to court- never produced anything. He did absolutely nothing but double his bill!! He should be disbarred!! He doesn’t show up for court- his client does- he’s embarrassed because he was trying to pull a fast one on the judge and other party- so he calls up this young lady - screams at her for 10 minutes- gets on a zoom call- sets her for trial and then files a motion to withdraw. Who does that? He charged her a ton of money and 13 months later- still at square 1 nothing accomplished- absolutely nothing accomplished- and he jumps ship. Possibly he didn’t like the question “ what have you done for me?” This horrible individual treats some of his clients as if they are insignificant in this world- why does he think he can do that?? Because he’s been doing it for a very long time and getting away with it . No more !

RUNNNNN would NEVER recommend him. He took my $2000 which if he did his job my situation would have been resolved in a few weeks. He did NOTHING I did all the research and foot work and he kept prolonging it for months and months with no follow through just excuses. His lack of professionalism was appalling I tried to fire him multiple times. He begged and stated he would do his job just give him another chance. The 3rd time he stated “if I don’t do my job you can come to my office and punch me in the face”. Wowwwww what professional would EVER say something so bizarre. When called him out and asked why things weren’t taken care of like he said he would his anger was ridiculous. He seemed out of it most of the time so this again was concerning.

Everybody has to be careful when he deal with her. Court hire her to present my kids. She came to the court say a lot of stuff she’s not supposed to say it. She’s not gonna be honest in the front of the judge.

When my estranged father died, I didn't know where to start because, unbeknownst to me, his will documents had been removed from the house. Christine answered my call and spoke with me about possible next actions.
