I hired Brian Lattimer to terminate a permanent alimony obligation.
I interviewed four attorneys as part of my process. Brian proved to be competent, realistic and calm. He understands the emotional turmoil that you go through in an adversarial conflict as well as what needs to happen on the legalside. My case was settled in mediation, with a fair settlement that permanently ended the obligation. I highly recommend Brian. He is a competent attorney and a genuinely caring person.

Brian is a great attorney that guided me expertly and skillfully throughout my divorce. Brian was actually my second attorney, after my first attorney failed to meet my expectations.
He was always available for questions, and answered them knowledgeably and thoroughly. He quickly responded to anyissues arising from the court or the other side, and treated each issue with great care.
Brian was able to negotiate a final settlement agreement that I could live with. Having to pay your cheating ex wife money for breaking your marriage is never fun, but Brian skillfully negotiated probably the best possible outcome for me given the circumstances of the current laws.
Overall I greatly recommend Brian to anybody going through divorce and would hire him again if I ever need a divorce lawyer again (which is hopefully never).

I have to say though not the situation I ever wanted myself to be in William was beyond amazing. He was always in more corner through my divorce. Not only did he close my case in 60 days, he walked me through everything. I hired another attorney and that was a mistake, he was able to clean up their mess and end a very bitter divorce. He always seemed to truly care about what was important and not just making a dollar off of me. I definitely took way too long to write this review, however they helped me back in 2021 with a bankruptcy case, and i had no idea what i was walking into. Not only did they get everything cleared up, but they also held my hand through the whole process and made me understand what was going on and how to do things step by step. Definitely never left my side.
As with most lawyers go, I dont wish to work with them again, however, I do wish i had a reason as they made it all so simple.

I have retained Cindy Wilson to represent me in my divorce about a year ago. Throughout the whole process, she was continually able to come up with multiple options/strategies for approaching any issue that would arise; she gave me a lot of insight and support; she was very patient and understanding; easy to talk to, professional and responsive. She is also very versatile - she is a great meditator, but she can also be firm and aggressive in her approach if needed. There has been a lot of challenges and delays in my case, and although it felt frustrating at times, I have never worried that everything will work out in the end because I knew that Cindy and her team has my back. With that said, we have reached an agreement which I am content with, and I am officially divorced as of now. My sincerest apologies to the DeTommaso Law Group as this review is 10 months overdue.
My divorce lasted approximately a year and was extremely challenging at times. However, I have to say that my attorney Katrina handled me with care and compassion throughout the experience. Her conduct along with that of the firm was very professional throughout.
Although I hope to never again need their services :), I would highly recommend hiring this firm.
