If you want someone to screw you out your monies go to her I dealt with deformation and she sat there and allowed it everything I asked of her I get told wait for ops to expire guess what when ops expire she told me to do it myself no less the courts went to me the case is closed. I still don’t have my belongings and stuff I told her my sister’s manipulation of mom and sister’s intentions and guess what all my gut feeling no less proof was correct. Her going you don’t want to go to trial you’ll be embarrassed save your pride well I too when I could I contacted my nieces legal aid also had a nice chat she wasn’t thrilled my sister played her daughter a child I took care of since she was a infant to teens that live with me and mom on to hurt me I filled out a foil with family and children services found out even more lies told to me untrue. Thanks to a honest staff. At headquarters of family and children services telling me fill out a foil immediately. And after that year too my mother has had a fall and surgery and my sister walked just like she did when I lived there. Gosh on top my sister made sure other stuff was false all papers Natasha didn’t share with me just helped them scare me more and go I am happy you got your own place and move on with your life while my sister hovers over mom and controls her gains moms house when mom dies but while mom alive mom paying for all the food, the house costs as well the yard work even a electrical
Pole outside on mom and the town’s property was about to snap sister didn’t report it to make sure yard safe for mom to mom able to do everything she said she was too old to do when I lived there but not I ain’t there she doing it and sister is living on her and oh well where is the justice huh when my mother ends up in a wheelchair or worse and then people will go why wasn’t anything done. Natasha you knew the lies etc gosh even I had audio proof to clear my name no less the first police report and others could been fought since I lived in that house 7 months after first time sister attacked me and flipped the storyline to accuse me no one would have someone live in there home for 7 month after that accusation no less order the person to stay home with them the person would have been removed immediately and Natasha you know it. I would think after all this time you’d make things right for me I was even told no attorney charges a retainer fee for each op so you did more then lie you scammed me and even communication between you and other attorneys you pulled out my file on top she love canceling your appts with her last minute like 5 minutes prior so for me to drive in pain to my sister in law taking time off work to go with me lost her wages for that time to never available on the phone it is a tag game so she could charge me for the office to take the call for her then she get back when fits her to cause her staff would know nothing. I am putting it on here to arm people she destroys your life with those doing perjury. Like her saying the legal aid for my niece wants and doesn’t say all but see doesn’t even play the proof to the child’s legal aid that the kids needs help but Natasha does go to me something wrong with my sister year to call me crap since she pregnant with her child but leaves me caring no less for the child but the child to live with me 24/7 for me to take child out for me to have calls that she needs me to help the child’s doctor with medical cause I use same doctor to she calling it aunt days meaning I am to no only take child out to movies lunch dinner alone with me but to pay for it etc and no I will not be threatened to take down review you destroyed my life with the monster and lied to the courts and let me take a beating for stuff I find do like I said 7 months in that house something completely wrong no less what was done once sister thought court mediation was done no less I was mislead it was a judge when it wasn’t. Now see it I was lying then why she doesn’t see her grandsons like she did when I lived there seems to be my other siblings saw the truth

I had a very frustrating, and potentially negatively life altering, experience with Ms. Ressler earlier this year. The error on her part cost my family time, frustration, and stress to myself and my children.
I was advised to file a temporary order of protection which involved making claims against family members. Unbeknownst to me, Jessica Ressler has a general modus operandi of being an extremely aggressive attorney, regardless of the situation. Her tactics involve getting her clients temporary orders of protection, involving the police, and using false statements. For those who are not aware, these tactics often negatively impact children. She treats every case the same, and her reputation in the industry is well known as being overly aggressive to the point of being detrimental to her clients and their cases. Further, her strategy unnecessarily involves child protective services who are legally obligated to investigate each case, and each parent, regardless of the accusations made.
Without going into significant personal detail, the filings I made under Ms. Ressler's guidance landed me in the cross hairs of CPS for no apparent reason. The result could have led to a permanent record, termination from my job, and an inability to be involved in some children's activities. When I pointed this out to Ms. Ressler, I was met with vague explanations and no real accountability, nor help to assist me from a legal standpoint. While initially she was attentive to my questions, once this occurred, her communication stopped instead of following up on ways to assist me, as though she signed off from my case. Ultimately, the CPS case was resolved without issue based on evidence provided by my family.
It should be noted that Ms. Ressler was recently formally admonished in court for her tactics and procedures. As previously stated, her reputation amongst attorneys in the NYC metro area is well known, and not well regarded.
I would not trust this lawyer with anything important and would highly caution others to do their due diligence before hiring her. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for legal counsel.

Mrs Nelson seemed nice and caring but I do not feel as though she made any effort to move my case forward. I paid thousands of dollars for phone calls and emails of me asking what she can do to help me in my difficult divorce. She told me to go to another court and do it myself. Paid $450 an hour, and thousands of dollars later just to be told that she couldn't help me. I can not recommend this lawyer. I wish her the best...

This review is not for the lawyer but for her Assistants my case started a year ago and it has complete STRESS with her Assistants you call and leave messages and they don't call you back to get anything done and when you do they rush you off the phone are always answered by a call center never by someone who works there. I wouldn't recommend this lawyer the stress is not worth itneither is the 2000 she charges to have to deal with does unprofessional Assistants.

i was referred to Mrs Alomar by a friend of a friend. The first time i spoke with her i literally cried as i had to relive what my 13yr old daughter was going through with her Mom who she was living with. Mrs Alomar offered many suggestions as i initially was trying to avoid court and work with a mediator to have custody switched. Despite my request Karina made it clear that court would be necessary but she would first try it "my way" only to appease me. Karina was right, it did not work, court was necessary. We went through no fewer than 6 court appearances over the course of 6 months when i was finally granted custody of my daughter. Karina was great, she pulled no punches and even put me in my place on many occasions when it was necessary. Despite the circumstances, i am glad i had the opportunity to meet Karina, she is a wonderful attorney and a great person. Words cannot express how thankful we are.....

Years ago this man charged me and my mother 1000 dollars for a 10 minute consultation to tell us he needed 50,000 to take my mom as a client and told her to unbury the money she stole from the government . Even after we told him while my mother cried that she did not have this money that they were accusing her of Stealing in a white collar case . Sean O Hara has no business in law, came off nice, seemingly, except he contradicted himself several times. Claiming he never heard from the company, but knew where they sent my w-2…Did nothing for nine months and when I gave him crucial information he tried to get money, completely unaware that I had another attorney related to this case. His terrible work caused me to go through their employees and that’s a no for me dog, all white men. Fired and replaced. Don’t waste your time, not my first rodeo, but apparently his. Mind you the case was easy, pictures, text messages and he blew it, lazy, lazy, lazy. Easily the most important client you’ll ever have too.

My experience with Shapiro Legal Group PLLC WAS GREAT. I must say the representative that called me was very nice and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process and explained in detail how everything went from here. There's no amount of money that could buy out the suffering with headache's and everything else that goes along with the tumor, but the people (same people who made some COVID injections) (Pfizer) let millions of women get the Depo- Provera shot for over a decade while neglecting to label the side affect that it could cause brain tumors. At least they could do is compensate/ Settle out of court with us women who did develop a brain tumor due to their negligence

I hired William's law office to handle my child support order, paying in full upfront. Despite waiting four weeks, the petition was never prepared, and I received no updates. After two months of unreturned calls and emails, I canceled my case and requested a full refund. Initially, they agreed, but the refund check was never received. To give some background, my case involved – international divorce, kidnapping and international child custody. My priority had been to keep the family together at all personal cost and abuse. The sheer risk of the collateral damage if I were to speak out and take a stand seemed unbearable to me in terms of breaking the family, the trauma and debilitating effect it would bring to my kids. I had been going thru domestic abuse (I am a male) and had almost given hope that from history and precedents known to me made me believe that if I sought legal help it would be only be one way.
With encouragement from family and friends when I eventually set out to seek legal counsel most attorneys seem to have an experimental take on the situation, it would be a learning exercise for them with me as a guinea pig. Some jumped up with a very high retainer promising to get my kids in an unbelievably quick time. They were simplifying the process for me, hiding the details and fine prints that I would have to deal with anyway.
My case took over two years and I know a lot better now. Mr. Morley was my legal guide and in ways served as a therapist. He helped me on a day to day operational level when my case became very intense and at the more strategic level when I had to travel outside US to countries which were not part of the Hague convention. Mr. Morley’s network helped me connect to the right people in different parts of the world who helped me fight the custody battle from within US and from outside.
From the very beginning of the case, he had an overall strategy that gave me the courage to stand up and keep going. I have interacted with many lawyers related to my situation now. There are times we need a specialist's consultation and times we need a good referral and sometimes we may need to park ourselves and the case in the ICU. Mr. Morley helped to provide for all of these situations and his support and guidance was invaluable – in fact it spoiled my expectations when dealing with other lawyers.
Before I obtained the custody order my spouse slipped to another state with the child. With Mr. Morley's help I was able to chase her address and track my child and put her on the prevent departure program. It took a little over two years for my affairs to settle and to be able to restart life but these tiny victories helped in a long way, making me keep going.

Jeremy has been my lawyer for over 2 1/2 years. I read a previous comment about him overbilling and not being prepared and felt compelled to comment. I had an extremely difficult and complex case (and no, I am not wealthy parent). Jeremy has always been very honest in his billing with me and forthcoming and he was actually very reasonable compared to other lawyers I had to hire who charged me twice as much. He put together a game plan for me in my family custody issues/planning and today I would not be raising my child in a healthy environment had it not been for his counsel (gosh I may not even have my child with me). He is extremely competent and professional and if you hire him, you will have a formidable team for the other side to reckon with. To me, investing in my family like this was priceless and I cannot recommend him enough. And he is not the cheapest lawyer because he is the best in the world (he is considered an expert by all the US courts) at what he does and I would definitely say he is the best in the US too for family law in this area, and you get what you pay for. If you follow his advice, you will probably win.

Beth is down right mean and harbors anger. None of what she does professional. She is sneaky and conniving. What she say and tells a child to do is not her place. Telling a minor wrong information and adding fuel to the fire instead if preserving the family. Do not hire her!
